The ladies here are so awesome. I really feel like family walking through the doors. They work with you and get you what you need all while having a smile on their face. The ladies are nice at helping people but not professional at noticing if someone is planning on using someone to get extra cash and walk away and using the person and leaving them to pay it back that's no plan and needs to be stopped at all cost I need to talk to their boss over them before everything gets out of hand I'm paying on something I aint entitled to the person aint playing no part in helping me get out of it and blocked me I am thinking of suing

I happened to stop here one day and was impressed with Melissa Kirklen very polite and humorous demeanor. She was so patient and kind and helpful. She didn't make me feel like I was a bother.
