Chasity the manager went beyond. She does everything she can to try and help all of the customer's that come in the office. She knows her customer's by name which make it feel more personal than business. She is very professional and great at what she does. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I love this place! Its called Lucky but you are more blessed when you come in! The ladies are beyond kind and polite proffesional and understanding! I will keep coming back and letting everyone know about this beautiful place! I went in feeling good and left out feeling good if you need some quick cash no matter what your situations is! Come on to Lucky Finance! And Chasity is beautiful and the bomb and her proffesionalism and Personality lights up the room and you feel understood and happy. Over all service I love it! Great place if you’re in need of an emergency and low on cash

Omg I went there today and in no way these ppl helped me. I knew I should never went there in the first place but they want you to fill out spaces on application that’s non applicable to you and also I brought 4 check stubs 2 of them had my regular pay what I really make every 2 weeks but they were like a month old and my 2 new recent ones was very low due to me not being able to work everyday because I’m at home with my son because he’s virtual and I don’t have any annual leave to take at work but they gon tell me I needed full paychecks I’m like what?? They are going off 2 paychecks that’s not even my regular pay. I get paid way more money than that. I needed the loan to pay a bill which I was gonna pay it right back in full when I got paid again and the thing is I didn’t even want much. I feel bad for someone who’s making 400 something or 300 something every 2 weeks because you will not be able to get a loan there. I will never refer them to anyone. I went somewhere else and got the funds I needed and also they don’t have no parking you have to park on the side of the building on across the street

This is my second time going in to get a loan. & I am just as satisfied as the first time. Everyone there greets you as soon as you walk in and the vibe is always upbeat. Erica was fabulous and super patient when literally none of my references were picking up their phone or when she couldn't get through to someone in HR to verify my employment. She talked me through the best option for my payment plan. & made me feel super comfortable. This is a great place to come to for a small loan. Update: I went in a few weeks back to renew my loan and even though Erica didn't help me this time; she did go out of her way to see how I was doing and even remembered events I had planned from months back! She's awesome!

Alexis, the assistant manager, was awesome! When I first went in there I spoke with another girl who kind of stressed me out, was telling me that I need all of this extra stuff that I wasn’t told I needed. I had to leave and the regroup and went straight to Alexis and she helped me out ASAP and worked with what I had. Even let me email her the things that I didn’t have printed out. I was totally recommend this place to anyone.

WARNING ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!!!!!! This company will claim to want to help and then turn around and forget you when you have to switch jobs or in hard times. Don’t trust them with your money and the interest they charge is ludicrous. I can’t wait for my contract to finally be paid out. It took me seven months to pay back their trash $200 loan. 39$ every two weeks for seven months ?! And the ladies who answer the phone are condescending in tone and clearly don’t care if a person is in need . 4.9 stars ??? All fake because they tell you to leave a positive review after they give you the trash loan. So blessed to have another job even if they won’t accept my payment.

One of the undervalued businesses in the West End. Very courteous staff and I personally believe willing to work with most situations. Been a customer for a little over 6 months and they've been absolutely excellent and a life saver for me in a pinch. They don't do large amount loans but enough to get you by.
