Albert was very knowledgeable and kind! Everything I needed was done quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the customer service I received. My only complaint has to do with their system. When I applied for a loan for some reason their system is programmed to call us right away. When you speak to the reps they ask when you applied because it actually takes a hour before they receive your application. I asked why that is but they have been trying to get that fixed for a while! So when applying ignore the phone call and wait an hour to call them or they’ll call you!

Albert was amazing to work with, super helpful and friendly. It was nice to Speak to someone that’s speak your same language. He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Communication is was clear and straight forward. I will choice Mariner again because of Alberts customer service. Thank you Albert.

I looked into a loan to start building my credit, I spoke with Marquita who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with my loan and was very patient with answering all my questions. The interest rates are a little high but you can also pay in advance to save on it which is something I will look into. Thank you

Mariner Finance has met my personal needs for extra money whether it may be Christmas gifts or for a Special Event. I’ve had the pleasure of having Representative Markita from the Union, NJ office assisted me with my recent loan. She got straight to the point professionally, she was courteous, on task, she has the knowledge of helping to choose the right loan, she explains the proper protocol and process clearly, she asked several times if I had any questions about any portion of the loan agreement along with the privacy acts and the position Mariner Finance take as far as the possibility of customers breaching the contracts. She worked diligently with me on my paperwork due to me being disabled and gave me the opportunity to close on my loan in the comfort of my own home instead of attempting to leave out. She walked me through all the paperwork via telephone and email before I signed. Everything Markita explained to me was understandable and very clear. And Enclosing, she gave me optional parts of the month to making my monthly payments, the rate and the amount it cost me for the loan. Honestly the interest rate is high, but I understand that it’s a business and I had the option to accept or reject and I accepted it because of such and comfort with Mariner Finance my second loan.
