I reached out to Marlin to set up online account access and spoke with Renae today. One of the best experiences I have had speaking with a customer service rep. Renae set up my account and then asked if i had time to walk through the process with her and she explained everything with great detail. Thank you Marlin for your kind, courteous Customer Service.

I needed clarification on two contracts we have with Marlin Leasing. I was able to talk with David and he walked me through the billing I had received and was able to clarify what I was looking at. He was very professional, courteous, and so helpful. I appreciated his attention to the details of my questions. Marlin has been great to work with over the past five years!

Had a billing issue with Marlin regarding some equipment where the roots of the issue were identified, options discussed and processed, and resolved promptly and professionally all within a very short call. Their representative was empowered to actively resolve the issue. We received very good customer service!

Renee did a wonderful job, very professional and helpful. She set me up on there website to access our invoices and how to make payments. Renee stayed on the phone with me until I was able to complete the process. Thank you so very much for all your help Renee I really appreciated it!

I rarely write reviews but in this case I feel it is a must. I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Nadine Reighn of Marlin Capital Solutions with a situation that no one else was able to handle. Sensing that I was stressed and a bit upset, Nadine immediately went into customer service mode and assured me that I had her undivided attention. Nadine had a calming way of addressing my concerns and I felt that she was in my corner and would make sure to resolve my issues at hand. Due to covid business dropped off the deep end and was not able to make payments. I ended up having to supplement my income with a job and was able to due weekly payments. I talked to Valerie McMillen and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. No complaints!

I spoke with Renae today to help me register an online account for our office in order to make a payment and set up recurring monthly payments. She was FANTASTIC, stayed on the line with me for over 30 min, had to do a name change request, update our EIN in the system, and didn't mind when I placed her on hold for a few minutes to get up to speed. Having to call customer service is in most cases a stressful endeavor. When calling Marlin Capital, the stress level comes down when speaking to the Specialists that answer the phone. Great customer service and great quality of work from the TEAM at Marlin Capital. We have a contract with them and at the very end we had a personal error in which we immediately contacted them to make them aware. They were able to not only assist us with our ordeal but waive all fees related to our personal error made within our account.
