Easy to buy from, nice salesmen. However I’ve never been to a car dealership and bought a car and they hadn’t at least filled up your tank before buying, left with a quarter of a tank and also was told the vehicle would be retouched up as it was dirty inside when agreed to buy, next day when I came in to complete the sale I was somewhat disappointed. Also I originally came to buy a different vehicle and was emailing back and forth with someone about it, that lead me to believe it was available but when I got there they told me it sold days ago. Other than that our salesman was nice and helpful.

Mark Banister was my salesman. He helped me when I was looking at a truck. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the details I needed to know before leaving the lot with my vehicle. He is very kind. Shakes your hand before and after. Always clear about his answers. Loves to have good conversations. Mark gets his work done in a good timely manner. I also did paperwork with Paul to help finish the paperwork. He made sure everything was explained before signing. And he was happy to work around our short time schedule.

I have recently went through the buy back program with GM. Marthaler was the dealership that I purchased the truck from. I'm not going to lie. We had our ups and downs along the way. The entire process took about 6 months. At the end of the day. The GM took control of the situation and handled it with professionalism, integrity and with a happy customer. The sales manager did what ever he could to get everything pulled together and finalize the deal. He always fought for the little guy against GM. Which meant alot. The service department deserves a huge shout out. They never gave up on trying to fix the gremlins my truck had. Always did whatever they could to make the situation as painless as possible. As a team the advocated for 1 person as much as they possible could to make the situation right. Even when they didn't have too.

Bought a car from Marthaler it was 6 to 8 hour process a lot of wasted waiting time. Our sales person was way under qualified to sell cars didn't keep us informed as to waiting time or stay by us kept walking away to find out something we had asked a question about the windshield has to be replaced on the car and we asked if the tire light that is on in the car be taken care of. He said yes that will be taken care of. He came back later and said the tire light was reprogramed so will not show light on. Well almost 2 weeks later we still don't have our car because of the wind shield. We have to keep calling him and asking. He said he would call my husband the next day and would keep us informed have not received a phone call back from him unless we call him. I personally will not recommend this place to anyone after the poor service we have received. Still waiting on our car. We finally got the car we purchased home. We do understand now why it took so long woth the wrong windshield sent in the first place. We are not upset with our sales person we are hoping this would be a learning experience for the sales person. The main key is for the sales person to stay in touch with the buyer even if you need to contact the buyer every day to be updated.Thank you for the last few days staying in touch. Marhthaler Chevrolet provided us with the pace or pilot vehicles this past spring when Covid 19 was keeping the world down. On several vintage vehicle runs,rally's and kids day events their pace car or truck was front and presant. We toured nursing care facility's from Starbuck to Willmar to show our appreciation to covid workers and residents pent up without visitors in a parade like tour thru many city's Kids events at several afternoon car shows Self made car show tours from Willmar to Annandale to Oglvie In response I drew pictures of the vehicles in the runs and shows and provided color books,crayons and colored pencils to nursing homes,library's and schools for their use in future Also we raised money for several food shelves by the participants Thanks Marthalers

This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased but by far the largest dealership I have bought from. I sent an inquiry about an Equinox last Tuesday morning and by that early evening, Mark had already emailed and called me saying it was sold. He then proceeded to tell me about a couple more they had that I might be interested in. I'm able to get there and test drive a 2015 2 days later and he tells me everything he can about the vehicle. Friday morning I get there and not 20 seconds later, im being asked if I need help, do I need some water or something. The whole point is that the customer service i received there was by far the best I have got from anyplace and would definitely recommend other people to shop for vehicles at Marthaler.

Vehicle was priced at the top end of used vehicle price. The employees were nice and easy to work with. They were willing to fix a few issues that were found when inspected by another mechanic. They were firm on their price not willing to come down. Overall a good experience.

I didn't even buy anything from them and I'm still giving them five stars. I live about four hours away from Glenwood. Mark was willing to deliver a vehicle up to me free of charge, do everything over the phone, and take my trade back. He was super nice on the phone. I passed on the vehicle as it ultimately wasn't what I needed. And I'm not yet sure I am okay with having a vehicle delivered. But when that day comes I will keep Mark in mind.

These guys are great! They picked up our car, worked on it, didn't suggest frivolous repairs, charged us fairly and then brought our vehicle back. If you have car issues, give these guys a call. Junior worked on the vehicle and even managed to figure out a problem that nobody else was either willing to or just couldn't figure out. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan 71k miles from Marthaler. The car ran just fine at first. And then out of nowhere 2000 miles in to purchase and the transmission blew. But I picked up the phone and called general manager Reggie and he was very quick to have the car picked up two hours away from his shop bring it back fix it under no warranty and I only paid half of the bill. I’ve now been driving the car two weeks and it is working just fine. My sales guy Mark was awesome as well . I decided against purchasing a dealer extended warranty and the dealership still stood by me and helped me get this vehicle back on the road. I would purchase here again. The shop also kept me up to date on parts coming in and were very accurate on the vehicles finish date. I thank you Marthaler team

Took my car in for an engine light, problem was quickly diagnosed and scheduled a appointment to have it fixed. During the repair the technician noticed that I had a serious problem with a wheel bearing. They called discussed the dangers of ignoring it and then fixed it in the same service appointment. While the fix wasn’t cheap, it did prevent a serious problem had the wheel come off. Thanks for being thorough!

It's a really nice place tho so i gave the stars for the helpful receptionists . But if 15,000.00 is alot to you, this isnt your place. Get to fargo. Cheaper by far and no rust

I had an OK experience with the ordering of my vehicle. When I went in to sign papers and pick up my vehicle, things started to go down hill. I was there for HOURS, although they had already told me things were ready to go when I would come in. The process seemed like nobody really knew what they were doing or what the status was on my vehicle/purchase.

Sold me a pickup knowing fully well the transmission was bad I know this because I talked to the previous owner after it went bad.I made it 45 miles before it went out. I called asking why they would sell a pickup knowing it needed work and they won’t call me back or give me a answer would not recommend buying from here

Went in for a oil change and a license plate mounting. The customer service was 5/5. They make it super easy and quick to drop off my truck. Also very nice people to work with. The lounge was again 5/5. Clean and very comfortable chairs. It didn't even feel like I was there very long and then I was on my way. Thanks guys and gals for a great experience.

I called and talked to a salesman named Mike after looking at a pre-owned truck on the Internet. He told me that Marthaler was a best price dealer. After searching high and low for 2 days I did not find a better deal. I called him back and bought the truck. They even delivered it to me (2 hours away) for free. The driver was very friendly. I got such a good finance rate from Chad in the business office that I went ahead and bought the 5 year 60,000 mile extended warranty he offered. All around good deal.

I just feel MARTHALER Chevrolet could have stepped up to the plate a little more than what they did.

Unbelievable service. I was in town on business and my water pump went out while visiting a customer. I limped over to Marthaler and in just a couple hours they had all the parts and had it running like a champ. I am VERY thankful for their service department!

I needed to get my car repaired after hitting a deer and the process was so seamless it was almost unbelievable. I was also provided a loaner vehicle. Being a single mom working fulltime, this was the biggest stress reliever of all of it. They even applied an interior protectant that I did not take care of when I purchased the car 7 months ago. Kudos to Joe and everyone involved.
