I could not have had a better car buying experience! Marc was extremely helpful and understanding, even with me being a first time car buyer! We came late on a Wednesday, and I couldn’t get off work on time the next day, he sat with my husband until after closing time to get our deal finished up so would could be done with it! He got us top value for our trade! Took care of us from start to finish! A amazing experience is an understatement. I first came in a week ago and met with Mike, who showed me my vehicle of interest. From the get-go He was very open and honest and gave great advice. During the test drive we talked more about life than about him trying to get me into a vehicle. fast forward to a week later, I came in immediately after I saw a different vehicle that I wanted and by the time I got to the dealership it was out front ready for me to test drive. After the test drive and crunching numbers, the deal wasn't exactly in my range, but doable. Still mike told me to trust the process. Fast forwarding to getting into the finance office, Tom had already worked out a new and better deal. He got my payments $70 cheaper, and my interest cut more than in half. After I signed everything, the car was out front detailed and full of gas. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Mike and Tom. That Duo left a customer more than happy, and his wife even happier. I Appreciate you two!

Best experience—Go see Jeff Lewis!! Cannot be happier with my experience purchasing a vehicle with Jeff Lewis! I showed up to get an idea of vehicle sizes and see what I’m looking for in a new vehicle (a lot has changed since my last purchase 9 years ago). Jeff listened to what I was thinking and took time to go over all the advances in cars nowadays. He was so patient and kind! I had no intention of buying a vehicle, which I told him, but I fell in love and ended up buying. Jeff made me feel so comfortable making a big purchase, never ONCE pressuring me. He respected that I had no intention to buy and was just happy and willing to help me explore “what’s out there.” He was so refreshing and joyful to work with. I wish all salespersons were like Jeff! Incredible! All I can say is this: with all of the things I've heard about dealerships in general, I was overwhelmingly surprised with how pleasant my first car buying experience was! Ms. Lana Flowers (my salesperson) has left me near speechless. Between her and Tom Amos (finance manager), I was able to quickly and proudly get myself into a new vehicle in less than a few hours. Lana went above and beyond to help me find the best fit and Tom as well was exceptional with helping me get a great interest rate and low monthly payments. Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Smith regarding my recent purchase of my new car. Just purchased a Buick Encore here this morning. This was the best car buying experience ever. If you like being treated like you are the most important person in the world and that your need for a great car at a great price is greater than anyone elses, then McLarty Daniel Ford Lincoln on S Walton IS the place to go. I have never been treated so nice. From the first phone call, taken by Gabby, who did an excellent job getting the process started to Mike Smith who took over as my Sales Professional, who was helpful beyond belief. He made us feel welcome and comfortable from the second he met us at the front door. One phone call Friday after noon to let him know what time we would be there Saturday morning and he had the car I wanted detailed, gassed up & ready to go. He was very professional and efficient at getting his part of the process in order and ready to hand over to Jonathan McCoy, the Finance Manager. We were treated with the same kindness by Jonathan. We created a little hiccup in the process by not getting there with 1 of the document's that we needed & he didn't let it even faze him. He just made a extra call and got it taken care of, all the while being reassured by Mike that it was no big deal & they would get it handled, which they did. They had us signed up & ready to go in record time. I have never seen such GREAT team work and that's what they were A GREAT TEAM. I know where my next car will come from & I hope these guys are still there. Make this dealership your next place to purchase and you won't regret it. I'm a Very happy customer.

I'm not actually able to grade the level of competence of the service department to perform repairs, because the two times I've had scheduled appointments, they never got my vehicle into the service bay. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for a SCHEDULED appointment, and it sat in their lot for 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS and they never even looked at it. Also, zero communication from the service department, I couldn't even get a call returned. Completely unacceptable, what's the point of scheduling appointments? You should not have to leave your vehicle for a week to get service, it comes across as they simply don't care. REPLY: I don't have any confidence that anything would be different on my next trip. This same EXACT thing happened the last time I visited your service department....I spoke with a manager, they apologized and offered me a discount to come back. I gave you a second chance and the vehicle sat on your lot untouched for 3 working days. We needed the vehicle for a trip, so we had to pick it up. Why schedule appointments if you aren't even going to diagnose the issue? Just disappointing.

Worked with Jeff Lewis at Ford and the experience was nothing less then perfect. Jeff was very straight forward and if he didn't know an answer to a question he found the correct answer. He helped me through the process and wasn't pushy to just sell another car. I would recommend Jeff to anyone willing to buy a vehicle.

I went in to try and test drive a newer Ford edge since I was thinking about getting a newer one later on this year. I went in and was taken to the back desks and asked all kinds of questions about my income, credit score, (I'm quite young 19, so of course I have a bad credit score.) I was downgraded for my credit score and my income and was there for an hour basically being told how I can't afford a decent car and all that. Who do these people think they are. Maybe I'm not buying a car all by myself, maybe my credit is bad because it takes a bit to raise it, maybe stop assuming that someone coming in to test drive a vehicle is paying for it by themselves. Let alone buying it that day. I literally only wanted to test drive to see how comfortable I would be in a newer Ford edge. In the end I didn't even get to test drive and was shunned for being a young lady just looking to test drive for a future purchase. Certainly not ever buying from this place! Stop downgrading younger people looking to invest in a vehicle or test drive.

I drove from Oklahoma out to McLarty Daniel Ford to look at a Dodge Challenger that was listed online after I lost mine in a rear end collision at the end of last year. The salesman, Mike Muckenfuss, who met me when I showed up was awesome! Even almost a month later, he is still taking care of me when i have questions. When I arrived I was in a rental car, and after finalizing my purchase, Mike helped me locate a rental agency branch to return my car to so I wouldn't have to make any additional trips to pick up my new car. This was definitely the best experience I've ever had buying a car! Thanks Mike!

Just want to give anyone that does buy a vehicle from Any McLarty Daniel dealership to read the fine print and double check online on cost. Back on July 23rd me and wife went to sell my truck. Ended up trading it in that day. My wife was due for delivery on the 27th. We got what we thought was a good deal on trading in my 2017 f250 diesel for a 2017 f150 king ranch. My truck was kbb at almost 40,000 which they didn’t give me, even though there radio ad’s and website says we give top dollar for all vehicles (they listed it for 46,000 I believe the next week and most likely sold for that). Told the salesperson specifically we did NOT want extended warranty, I didn’t even want to test drive it. I wanted to just trade, sign papers and get my wife home. Well we waited about 2 hours while the Finance manager did his stuff, he finally called us back there and we rushed through signing everything. He said the warranty wasn’t going to cost a thing. I didn’t even attention to what’s circled on our contract. Ended up having to pay sales tax on a warranty that I specifically did not want. So my advice is to shop elsewhere or pay attention to the so called service contract that the manager snuck in there. Already in process of cancelling the warranty but that doesn’t change the fact that I now have to pay interest on an extra $5200 on my loan. And the extended warranty that McLarty tries pushing on consumers is about double what you would pay elsewhere. I hope this helps others out and don’t get screwed over like we did.

The Service Department NEVER answers their phone. Very irritating when you simply want to check on the repair status of your vehicle. I've never experienced such a lack of customer service at a dealership. I'm definitely reevaluating my current vehicle order, as I don't want to deal with their lack of communication in the future. At this point, driving to another Lincoln dealer (IF I stay with Lincoln) would be worth the drive.

I will never buy a vehicle, part or otherwise from here. If you pay with a credit card, the customer gets to cover their card processing fee. You pay full MSRP dealer pricing for parts and they expect you to pay for their business costs. A $33 credit card processing fee cost McLaarty Ford a future truck sale and any future business. Hope it was worth it.

Jeff Lewis, our sales professional, and Clark Christie, the sales manager, made it very easy to understand what incentives we were receiving along with a written breakdown of the price. I would highly recommend anyone considering a Ford product, see this group. They were incredible! Not pushy, took the time to cover the features and benefits but in such a way that explained everything without talking down. I would be not only happy but completely comfortable sending my close friends and family, knowing full well, they'd be taken care of.

Each time I have had to get any service done I have to wait 20 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge or help me, even with appointment. Buying a vehicle is a good experience, but not worth buying a vehicle here if you plan to have it serviced here.

Mike Smith is the best sales associate on the McLarty team. Mike has sold me 4 vehicles now and is honest and reliable. Always returns calls and texts. I've never felt pressured, etc to purchase anything. I'm indecisive at times and he is patient. Clark Christy used sales manager great guy also honest, treats you great. I will never purchase or service a vehicle at McLarty Daniel again. Their customer service is very poor. My car has been in their possession since Monday afternoon for a simple battery change. When I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire about my vehicle,I was greeted by a recording to leave a message and someone will get back to me. No one did. This is not my first bad experience.Two years ago I had an appointment for a simple oil change and waited 4 hours. I would not recommend McLarty Daniel to anyone for service or sales.

1 star rating is being generous. Go spend 60-80k on a truck for their mechanics to half ace the work. I’m 3/3 on service visits having incomplete work performed on my vehicle. The service department is always chaotic and unorganized. My vehicle needed a new heat shield. They literally re attached the same heat shield and tried to hand it off to me as a replaced part. I have pictures of before and after. It’s the same exact heat shield. God forbid you ask to have a courtesy vehicle wash upon returning at check out. I’m so disappointed with this dealership. I’ve been a long time Ford owner and was recommended to this dealership only to see its true colors. Steer clear of this place. They enjoy wasting your time and money. I will not be buying another anything from here again.

So i get an email today telling me that ford wants my vehicle and that they want to pay top dollar for my vehicle. A lady by the name of Donna told me to come to the dealership and told me to speak to a man by the name of clark because of my experince of getting run around constantly by salesmen and ect. So i show up only to dealt by 3 different sales people and never was able to meet clark because no salesperson would tell him i was here.....on top of that ford wants me to fork up $8k in order for them to buy me vehicle or put me into the same exact vehicle im already driving....same make and model..... with just one more added little feature. I'm tired of being herassed and lead astray and look foward to not dealing any more business with this establishment. Not satisfied or happy at all

I bought a new Explorer from McLarty Daniel a year ago. The buying experience was good. Since then we have gotten multiple recall notices. I used their scheduling tool to schedule the service 3 weeks in advance on a day the courtesy shuttle was available. Dropped it off at 730, told them I needed it after work. Heard nothing all day, service phones wouldn't answer, and when I got through to sales they transferred me to a voice mail. I showed up in person and they couldn't find my vehicle, then told me they couldn't address all the issues, ended with "there is a bolt in your tire now."

They had my car for 2 days. Never called me back not one time. I had to harass the dealership just to tell me they had done nothing to my car. After keeping it 2 days and the service manager promising to squeeze me in which never happened. Went to just pick up the car and it took 45 minutes for them to even find it and pull it up. 0/10 experience. Logan is the worst and so is everyone else in the service department. Even the manager. Completely unhelpful and incompetent.

I had an appointment at 1 pm to have four new tires put on. I am still sitting here three hours later and the job is not done. How in the world can it take that long to simply install tires? What is the point of an appointment? They should have told me it would take all day and offer transportation home. I have three children with me and they have been as good as kids can be expected to act when stuck in a dealership for three plus hours. I will never have any service done in this place again

Absolutely horrible! Gave a quote on a car I’m writing and told them I would let them know the next day after talking to the bank. The sales man stated he would hold the keys etc. Next morning they changed their mind about the total price. Finally that afternoon they agreed with the original price. Planning on buying the car today and just found out that they sold it! Horrible business ethic!

Worst service I've ever received from a car dealer. I wanted to trade in my 2020 Mustang for a pickup truck and lower my payments. I purchased the Mustang from this dealer last year and was happy with the service I received then but today was dreadful. I spoke with the same salesman that sold me the Mustang, Scott, came out asked what I wanted. I informed him I was looking for a truck. He then told me he can't do it. Told me to go look and he would meet me and my fiance out by the used lot. We waited 30 minutes in the hot August sun. I went back in to get my keys and Scott was with another customer!! I will NEVER return to this dealer worst experience ever!

I called Woods Ford on the northside of Bella Vista and they got me in same week. not saying the company is hopeless, but there’s a lot that needs to be fixed in that service department

The service department did fine changing the oil and washing our vehicle, but customer service was severely understaffed. This is understandable, but it was noted that we needed a call to come back when our vehicle was ready as we would be on foot with a small child. Instead, they checked the waiting area and did not call when they didn't find us. When we returned to check to see how long it would be, our vehicle was parked in the garage and ready with the keys in it. Even with only two customers present and explaining our vehicle was ready and needed to check out, we had to wait another 20 minutes while the staff kept telling us they would get to us when they could and continued calling other people to tell them their vehicles were ready.

Service department is horrible with customer service. If i hear one more time that " we may not sell every Ford but we sure service them all" from the service department I will throw up. Had my vehicle 3 days to fix a minor warranty problem and oil change, they never got to the warranty. They told me I need to reschedule or leave it another 3 days. Who can go without a car for 6 days? I call another dealership and they booked out also, so I guess they dont service all the Fords in NWA. The new on fixed the warranty in 2 hours of my appointment time. And they were booked out just as long as Mclarty Daniel I think i found a new home to buy my vehicles.

This is our second experience with this service department for our 2020 Ford Fusion. Long block replaced at 3,000 miles now 7,000 miles and engine is acting up again. The dealership was kind enough to provide us with a rental vehicle, however we have received no updates on the status of our vehicle the past 2 weeks they’ve had it. We called to inquire and was told our service advisor was out sick. Apparently, nobody else can see our records except for the assigned service advisor. We were transferred to another advisor who assured me he was doing the best he could to take over his coworkers cases and that he would update me along the way. We were hesitant about his reassurance after our previous experiences with McLarty Daniel service center so he gave us his direct line. We were told we could contact him directly and/or leave a voicemail and he would call back. A few more days go by no calls to which we reached out again. No answer, so we called main service line and was told our vehicle and information could not be located, neither our new service advisor or the service manager could be reached either. But was again reassured that someone would call us back. Another couple days with no updates so we call back and ask to talk to the service manager Steve in which we were transferred to voicemail that was full. We’re unable to receive any update on our vehicle and unable to reach our service advisor, the replacement advisor, or the service manager about our vehicle status. However we are currently enjoying the provided rental. With this being our second visit for engine issues on our Ford Fusion, we have acquired more miles on their provided rentals than we have on our own vehicle.

If you like paying too much for a new vehicle or not receiving good value for your trade in, than for sure go here. On my vehicle was offered an insulting amount even though used vehicles are extremely valuable right now. Acted like they are doing you a favor even talking to you. Went elsewhere and got $6k more for my car just driving to Tulsa. Must be many lazy people in this area to not shop around and get vehicles at this dealership.

I recently dropped my truck off for service and had a very poor experience. No one is greeted when arriving into the service department. It seems it’s customary to stand there and wait for the obligatory “next”. I recently relocated from Texas and am accustomed to Ford service staff greeting you at your vehicle upon arrival. It took me 45 minutes to drop off my vehicle for a scheduled 0830 appt. I left the vehicle for a week to have several items repaired and a recall completed. When I picked up the vehicle, it was the same process of waiting to be noticed and called upon. After approx 10 minutes of waiting I asked to speak with the service manager. I don’t remember his name, but he was not at all shocked by my issues with lack of customer focus and service. I stated I would take my business to another Ford dealer. He advised me he’s new to his role and is working on the issues. He continued saying the other dealers are actually worse. He advised me there were 400 vehicles waiting for service and essentially it is what it is. I realized there was no point continuing at this point. Coming from an industry that is hyper focused on the customer experience, I felt like he would want to know some areas for improvement. Unfortunately, it seems McClarty Ford is well aware of its weaknesses. To make matters worse, when I got home I found a large scratch down to the metal on my driver’s door. I called the service department immediately to notify them and sent pictures as well. They assured me they would set me up with their “scratch repair guy”. 5 days later I haven’t heard back. My next steps are to notify Ford Corporate of the issues. I’ve been a Ford truck owner for 15 years. EIf I can’t get better service than this, I’ve owned my last Ford vehicle.

I purchased a 2022 Bronco from Jeff Lewis. I had heard all kinds of stories about how some dealerships were inflating the price after the vehicle arrived. That was not my experience. We had a great experience buying our first F-150 and this was solely due to our wonderful salesman, Mike Smith. After shopping online and doing some research, we knew what we were looking for and Mike showed us exactly what we wanted. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, like most of the experiences I’ve had at a dealership. He was polite, professional, and courteous. We had an amazing experience working with Jeff Lewis. We ordered our Bronco in January with him from the factory and he helped with the process, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. After the order was placed he kept us up to date and let us know how the process was going and when we got new information about the build. He was very genuine and we never felt like we were being pushed into something by him. When the vehicle came in, it was everything we asked for and the dealership held true to the Ford MSRP and never tried to sneak additional upcharges like some of the horror stories out there. Wish I could give a zero, terrible service. The car warranty doesn't cover anything. I've had to have my car in service 5 times now. They left us without a car for several days just to tell us the warranty didn't cover airbags. And they made us pay a huge diagnostic fee. Very terrible service, they ignore your calls and hang up. Please don't buy a car here.

Just had a great buying experience at Mclarty Daniel Ford. I order a Bronco long ago hit Covid restrictions, computer chips and hard top issues caused delays with Ford. But my Dale guy Bobby Flippo kept me aware of what was going on the whole way and was always there when I texted or called him often for updates for the last year. Then he made the process so easy today when I showed up to get my new Bronco and made sure it was spotless and had all the shine. Call Bobby if you need a car and the whole staff at Mclarty Daniel was amazing. This was my 6th or 7th time to buy a car at Mclarty Daniel and they always take great care of me.

RUN AWAY! WORST DEALER RUN AWAY! I made an appointment 2 months in advance. I brought my truck in on a Thursday morning at 8am. I rented another truck for 5 days to do so. Did not hear from them all day Thursday even though they told me I would that day. Still nothing by Friday afternoon, so I called them, I was told they would check up on it and call me right back, never heard anything. Waited until close closing time on Saturday since I was leaving town Sunday, which I told them multiple times prior. Went in to grab my truck, nothing had been done and they showed no remorse for their utter incompetence. In the 10 minutes I was in there waiting for my truck, another gentleman came in and was experiencing the exact same thing. I told them they owed me reimbursement for the truck I rented and was told a manager would be in touch, he never called.

2015 explorer sunroof got stuck open. So we went in to have the service people after they diagnosed the reason it was stuck to tell us the diagnosing fee was 140 dollars. Which we were told would go to the price of the repair. Spoiler alert, it didn't. What's not to love at McLarty Daniel ford, from the terrible communication? the price gouging of replacement parts? With the weather and the part on order for over a week we had no choice to opt for the work. The manager was decent enough to take 10 percent off of the total work. still over 1200 dollars to replace a sunroof motor and the control switch pack. They rushed the work got it done next day. Me being a skeptic I decided that if I have to pay 3 times the price for the parts I wanted to be sure they weren't broke to begin with. So while I'm at the dealership I took the old sunroof switch and installed it in the car. super quick and easy and to my surprise IT WORKED! so not only did they price gouge me they charged me for a part I didn't even need! When I confronted the manager about it I was told " the tech shook it and water came out and wasn't working so the switch is bad" when I told him the tech was a liar because the day before I brought it in I had pulled the part at my house and disassembled it and there was in fact NO water. Then I showed him the part that I was using was in fact the old one. They refunded me the part after I made them swap the old "broken" part back into the switch housing. Interesting to me though that I was only refunded the part. not the labor to install it. terrible experience. ill be heading down to Springdale or Fayetteville the next time I need anything. on the plus side all the customer service people were nice. Not that it offsets the fact i feel i was lied to in order to drive sales. the fact he tried to argue with me and tell me the switch was bad while I was physically opening the sunroof in front of him is just plain dishonest.

Not as good as the first time I bought a car through them. My Sales lady was adamant that I give her 5 stars so she could get her "bonus". She kept saying it over and over. Adamant that I give 5 stars for every question from the Survey, not allowing for me to be honest. I felt harassed and stressed out. She also got irritated at one point during the process. She called me at home ( more than once)to make sure I done what she said so she could get her bonus. It was stressful. I suspect she does this to everyone. She called me when she didn't get her bonus crying and making me feel awful for being honest and stressed me out. We are a multi car/truck purchasing family at this location but I will not be back, I'm going back to a Hyundai. And will have a discussion with my family.

We live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. We called ahead to make sure what we were interested in was in the lot. Gabriella Murphey assured us it was right there in the lot. We told her that if anything happened to be sure and call us so we didn’t continue to drive. We get there and no one can find the car, then finally they figured out one of the salesman had it at a golf course who was in a tournament and wasn’t working that day. So they proceeded to try to show us other vehicles instead while we waited for him to text him back. Finally they decided to go to the golf course and pick it up in which we waited another hour for them to get back. Very unprofessional to have someone drive 2 1/2 hours to find out the car isn’t even there after telling us it was in the lot and having to wait another hour for them to find it and bring back for us to look at it.

I will never take my vehicle here ever again. They quoted me at 2000 worth of work and when I went to pick up my car they tried to charge me over 2500. Not to mention they add random charges and when called out on them they can't explain why and simply remove them. I just assumed it was a mistake but after this visit and seeing consistent additional charges I highly recommend not going here. They told me my car would be done in 1 day. 2 day's later they got me loaner vehicle. They did the same thing to friend of mine. Nothing but a hassle going here. Try creedence motors the guy is really nice and doesn't charge for anything he doesn't have to. Plus they do what they say they are going to do.

I was one of the first people to order the New Ford Maverick truck at this location. I knew from the start that I wanted to work with Bobby Flippo due to his long-term work with the Ford dealership. Together we selected the package and options of my new Maverick and the process was smooth. Then the truck came in and was missing a few of the selected features, Bobby took the time from his day to find out what happened, needless to say somewhere along the line after we entered the order and building began a button was missed in the ordering form later down the road. The Maverick is currently in high demand and we both realized that obtaining another with everything correct would be a challenge , after much time had passed we reached a solution that works for me and for the dealership and the needed items are being installed on the truck. Through the whole process Bobby remained helpful and honest and driven to help achieve a result I am happy with, for that I am grateful. I feel that when a situation goes wrong the solutions that you find to solve them are a better indicator of a person than if everything was perfect. My service was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car off 7:45 am Wednesday morning, Logan Barker who showed no interest in helping me by his attitude, told me he didn’t know what it would cost but that he would call me in a few minutes that morning. I told him I just called Ford and they said my car was under warranty until 01/22. He said he’d check and let me know. 11am comes, I call, he’s not available, I leave a message and he never calls back. (I’m still just waiting to hear if I have a warranty or not) 2pm comes, I call same shenanigans. Can’t talk to Logan and no one else can tell me anything about my car. So I end up not knowing anything and leaving my car overnight. Thursday comes. Still never got a call from Logan as promised 24 hours ago. I call 3-4 times just trying to see if my warranty is good or what the heck is going on. I FINALLLY 2pm Thursday had to demand I speak to the service manager because at this point I have no idea if my car has been worked on or if it’s still just sitting and we leave town Friday (the next day). The service manager tells me my warranty was up at 36,000 miles and nothing will be covered. So it took 48 hours for not even Logan to tell me that nothing was going to be done on my car. I live and work 45 minutes away. I took off time to bring my car there, had no car for 2 days for absolutely no reason at all. And had to Uber myself to work after being told Mclarty would shuttle me for free. I show up to pick up my car Thursday evening and Logan sitting at his desk sees me and refuses to help me. Finally after 10-15 of standing there some guys helps me, gets my keys and is gone for 30 minutes!!! I’m wandering the lot looking for any sign of my car or the person with my keys. Logan still completely ignoring me, no interest in helping me. Everyone in the service department just pawns off every customer question or concern to the next person and said “oh I can’t help you, you’ll have to wait for a call back” but no one every calls back. It was completely insane. I will never ever be back.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever went through! Brand new 2021 had for 5 months and already having motor issues was in the shop one day of owning it was brought back to shop 3 months of owning it and sat at there dealership for 3 weeks and never touched it. Went and picked it up because I was tired of it sitting there. They made me another appointment and went to that and they told me they couldn’t look at it! I’m just absolutely upset with the experience I’ve had all around!! Would leave no star but that’s not an option

Make sure they are able to get the title before you purchase the vehicle! We purchased an Expedition on October 23, 2021 and as of January 14, 2022 we have still not received our title. My husband has contacted them several times, but they just say they haven’t received the title from wherever it’s coming from. So, I can’t tag my vehicle and driving it is taking a risk of getting in trouble for bogus tags, even though they said we have 30 days from when we receive the title which according to the officer my husband asked is not the case. I am extremely unhappy with this entire situation and honestly regret purchasing my vehicle from them!

He was helpful, kind and did not try to push the sale to the point of being annoying. He made everything easy as possible and helped with everything. I am visiting Northern Arkansas as a tourist and I noticed my transmission felt wonkey. I brought my car to this dealership needing a miracle because I'm hours from home. I met Mr. John Huffman in the service department and, right away, he took my fears away! He helped me learn that my needed repair was still under warranty, which I didn't know. And he helped me with temporary transportation to get me through the storm. It's been YEARS since I've witnessed such dedicated and attentive customer service from anyone. Every single person at this particular business did everything in their power to help me! Every time I said "thank you" I was met with the answer, "it's my job". Where else do you find that these days?

We drove from SW Missouri to look at getting a specific car. Had a great time there and a great experience. Loved the experience of dealing with Jake. All around a great sales guy. Helped us get in and out with no issues, including getting us a vehicle to drive around while we waited for my husbands to get detailed. The issues started when we got home and tried to register the car. They didn’t include an ID/OD or an inspection with the paperwork and when we asked if they could send us either they said they had no idea what the first form was and said that we would have to pay for an inspection. I thought that was funny as they probably sell 100s of vehicles to people in Missouri. Then when we go to register it they can’t accept the bill of sale because the date was wrong and they crossed through it! A legal document and they thought crossing through it was okay to do because they included an affidavit that was also done incorrectly. Not only was it just a copy of it, it wasn’t notarized which has to be done when it’s a legal documentation. When I call to have this second issue taken care of they tell me that we would either need to come down there with the original bill of sale or we can get an affidavit notarized and sent to us. When I ask if it could be faxed they stated no and requested my email. So now we are behind on registering the vehicle and got the worst attitude from the male that did the financing documentation on it as if it was our fault. I would come back for Jake because he made things very easy for us, but would not come back for all the issues that we have had as far as paperwork goes. Update: my fiancé and I are very grateful for Jake as he called and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend him. I do wish there was more communication about the issues that we were having from someone in the paperwork/finance office. All in all we will be returning.

I would like to commend Jon Huffman and the service dept. for helping me get my 18 F150 back on the road. My wife and I were on vacation and pulling a camper when the check engine light came on and it began running poorly. After dropping the camper at our campground, I called Jon and explained we were on vacation and 800 miles from home in Ohio and needed his help. He agreed to get me in as soon as possible, diagnosed the problem the same day, got the needed parts, and had us on our way in a few days with a new catalytic converter. I know they were very busy and I truly appreciate that they were able to make time to help us.
