    Friendly service with no pressure. We purchased with the online salesman Vance Gardner. He was great. Made the process easy. When we got there he had the vehicle pulled up to the front and had it cooling down for us. Most of the paperwork was completed so as to not take long.. we will be sure to check with Vance for all purchases in the future.

    The staff went above and beyond to make our buying experience the best you could hope for. They were personable and knowledgeable. This was the best buying experience we've ever had because of the incredible customer service. We drove 4 1/2 hours and didn't regret it for a second.     I had an amazing experience. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning without an appointment and was able to pick it up by mid afternoon. Service was timely and Tracy was amazing. Loved her attitude! She definitely made the experience much more enjoyable!

    I had an appointment when I went in. They valued my trade in and was able to get my test drive set up within minutes of being there. The whole experience from start to finish (test drive to signing papers) was done in the matter of 2 hours. Tim and Jared were both very helpful and able to get me a GREAT deal on my new 2021 Kicks.

    The intake people were very good to work with and patient enough to listen to my complete sad tale. The technician that worked on my car seemed very thorough and fairly quick. The cashier was nice and stood by with a bottle of water and a Defibrillator as she handed me my bill.

    It was my second time buying from mcclarty nissan in North little Rock. Staff is real nice and helpful when you are trying to find the right vehicle. Both times I have bought from them it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have had. They went all out to help me and my family get a new ride.     I made my appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change and some small things to get looked at/possibly repaired. My appointment was for 8:45am, and at 1pm, after not hearing anything about the progress of my vehicle, I went and asked for an update. I was told they haven't even brought it back to get looked at yet, and it will be at least a couple more hours. I fully understand that things happen and can get backed up sometimes, but to have me sitting here for over 4 hours and not think to come and let me know that my vehicle hasn't even been brought in yet is unacceptable. Why even schedule an appointment if you can't get get your vehicle in at a time even close to that? I've lost a full day of work at this point and I'm still here!

    Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Anytime something goes wrong with your car it can be very stressful. Everyone was patient and kind and sensitive to my needs. They took there time and explained everything. I was told by another service company that they could not look at my car until the following week. I was able to get an appointment at Mclarty in NLR immediately and they were able to repair my car in a timely manner.

    I have shown up to the dealership twice and asked for a price quote on a shift sensor on my Altima. Both times no one was there to answer in the middle of the day. Both times I was assured someone would get back to me. They still have not. Id give less stars if possible. Ive called in and left three messages asking for a call back (because no one in service answers) and still havent gotten an answer or even talked to anyone. Complained to the service manager and they said they would call me back. They still havent and its been over a month. If they can't even provide a simple price quote on an easily replaceable part, why give them your business at all? Sales is a joke, that we knew. Now service too? Im convinced they stay in business by reselling to roaches. I can only hope an Arkansas natural disaster goes through the building.

    I bought a car here with a service agreement for oil changes. When I went to do the oil change I was then told only the first is free. After arguing with the guy in the service department I'm which I showed my service agreement I was still refused this waS back in 2018. About a month later I had one sensor go out instead of fixing the problem and being done with it this place called my insurance company and somehow got them to total the car out without my knowledge of what happened forcing me to call the gap insurance which they gave me the wrong number for then sent me a payment coupon after this was completed saying i owed them. This place is underhanded and ran by shaddy people I will have nothing to do with them or any dealership in that name.

    Our service was better than excellent! We expected 1.5 - 2 hrs wait but it was done in 70 minutes. We expected a $310 bill for a new rim + more possible once they checked the rest of the wheels for damage from the pothole. Our tech was able to bend the rim back into shape and balance it and we only had to pay $24!!! It was such a miracle to us!

    Spent 569 to get transmission service done, front rotors turned, and wheel alignment and Tires rotated. Got in my vehicle and starting going down the interstate. Have to tilt the wheel 10degrees to the left to keep it straight and if I keep the steering wheel straight my vehicle goes to the right. Makes me question whether they even do the work I payed for. After this gets fixed, this will be the last time I go there. They want me to bring it back. I told them I shouldnt have to it should have been checked prior to me getting it back. I am not happy!     They fixed the mass airflow sensor and did the alignment that I brought my car in for…. BUT they drove over a metal engine part that put a whole in my BRAND NEW TIRE! They are so nice to pay me back for having to pay to have my BRAND NEW TIRE plugged! Would Mark McLarty be okay with having a plug in a tire he bought 8 days ago because the service guys don’t clean up sharp metal before bringing cars into the shop?

    I scheduled an oil change a week ago for today at 10 am. I get there ok time and checked in. I’m waiting in the waiting room and an hour passes. This was my first time to bring it to the dealership for an oil change as I just bought the car in July. After an hour and 15 minutes goes by, I decided to go ask how much longer and just check on the status. My car is still sitting in the back and hasn’t been looked at yet. The guy behind the counter says that someone called in and “Presidents’ Day” (it’s Veterans Day) can be busy. I didn’t say it but they should have told me that when i called to schedule or when I checked in. No one came to update me or anything and they knew I was waiting. He told me that I was behind 2 cars and would I want to leave a number to call when it’s ready. I had no where to go. I ended up leaving with not even a “sorry”. I don’t usually post reviews but this is my second issue with this dealership. I bought this car in July and still do not have all of the paperwork finalized. I ended up after multiple calls to the dealer so I could go pay my sales tax, paying it with it in suspense. They keep saying they are waiting on the title. That may be true but going back to the customer service aspect, no one ever called up on that and kept us up yo date etc. we did all that on our own. They would even talk down to us when we called to check the status so we could get the sales tax paid. It was truly unreal how rude they were and and even to this date, they haven’t completed the process. Someone needs to know these things. If you expect customer service, it’s not given here.

    The whole experience was great. My initial point of contact was Trevor and he was excellent and communicated with me via text, as that is what’s best for me. David was my sales person once I arrived and he gave me plenty of options and put me in a car that I love. Daniel helped me with the finance side of things and he is lovely! My experience was top notch! I am not the most easy going person and they were all there to help me make a good decision for me, my family and my check book ;). I was impressed with the whole team!     I was there for an oil change and tire rotation which took about an hour and and a half. I was pleased with the service. I do have one suggestion though...I think it would be nice if they washed your car with this service to for free. When I had a Toyota and would get my oil changed, they would wash by car for free. I liked that and kept me coming back.

    My son has an old Nissan Xterra that he needed a door fixed on. Went to the service department and the basically told him to go away. Not a good look, not a good look at all. What they didn’t realize is my son is a Senior in HS and I was actually motivated to picking up a Titan today. Oh well, I’ll just keep driving my Truck and glad I didn’t spend money here.

    It was a lot of confusion going on between the Tow truck driver and them on the whereabouts of my truck that had me a lil concerned. (Very Scary) but as a person that work in customer service myself I know that it wasn't there fault. And when they realized something was wrong they jumped into action and made it right.     This place was excellent. Clean. Stocked up on amazing cars and SUVs. They sold my mom an amazing Pathfinder. The service team. The sales team. And even the finance guys were pretty nice to us. Our salesman was perfect. I noticed they have a better value on their cars than other Nissan dealerships. I was with mom the entire time and they gave us the tour. And when we took the car in for an oil change they were quick and professional. Want some car work done? Sit your phone down on their many charging stations(leave your cord at home) grab a fresh beverage from the machines and just enjoy. You won’t regret it. Haha this almost sounds doctored. It was that good.

    Wonderful experience working with Andrew Murray to purchase a used vehicle at McLarty Nissan. Would rate it as my easiest and best purchasing process from start to finish in 30 years of buying cars. He treated my wife and daughter with great respect and continued the excellent service once I arrived to review the car. He noted the items that I felt needed to be corrected for a sale and worked with us to negotiate them as part of the vehicle purchase. He even went above and beyond when we request a new tire and a nail removed from the other, he replace the second tire without any hassle or costs to me. I feel Andrew understands the little things matter too and would strongly recommend anyone to ask for him if they are in the used or new car buying process.     Our sales rep was good. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that I wanted to buy and took out time to show me how to use the functions in the car. I was a little disappointed to find out after purchasing the vehicle that there was over 300 miles on it instead of the 11 miles that we thought was on it. At times I felt as though I was being scammed into taking a loan through the dealership and often times declined because we were going through our insurance company for the loan. I’ve bought brand new cars before and never had that happen. My only suggestions is be upfront of the particulars and ALWAYS work with integrity and you’ll have a customer for the long haul.

    I brought my 2019 Titan XD in for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. When I left, I noticed a vibration in the front end I hadn’t noticed before. I called John, my service advisor, and he said to bring it back in and they would check it. He brought it back into the shop and said that the tire rotation put unbalanced tires on the front. He went ahead and balanced them at NO Charge to me. That is awesome service!

    Fast service, knowledgeable staff at this North Little Rock location, but DO NOT confuse this review for the Little Rock location which has a terrible service center. Only 4 stars because they successfully talked me into paying for service (fuel system and throttle body cleaning) that is not required by the preventative maintenance revive schedule. I asked the service advisor point blank twice if it was a required preventative maintenance item and he said yes so I had them perform the unnecessary service on my 36K mile vehicle. I still think they are one of the better Nissan dealers of the many I’ve been to and will be back, but will pay more attention to recommended services in the future. They come it Stanton get me in for service quickly, actually are prepared for my appointment when I arrive, and get the job done the first visit. Other dealers have me bring the vehicle in to look at the vehicle and then to make another appointment for the actual repair.

    Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I already knew what I wanted when I got there. My salesperson George was great! He listened and found me exactly what I wanted.     I will never use this dealership ever again. I purchased my new car here in 2017 and my salesman gave me 8 free oil changes, this was in the form of a punch card, 2 on each card. I have used a local dealership for some of my previous oil changes so I had 2 free ones left. I was informed today by Kenny the service manager that corporate did away with these free oil changes. He would not honor it nor discount it. He said to take my issues up with the sales staff.

    Seamless process from start to finish! I was in the market for a new car and I wanted to take advantage of the year-end deals. I went to multiple dealerships in NLR, and drove every mid-sized SUV they had to offer. The team here was far superior! From the initial interaction they were pleasant and professional. They weren’t trying to “sell” me. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. David Lee was my Salesman, and he was a gem. He simplified the process and made me feel at home. He went the extra mile and let me see the inventory at another location to find exactly what I wanted. The General Sales Manager, Mr. Valencia, was helpful and genuine, unlike some others I encountered during my shopping experience. I visited the dealership multiple times during the week and everyone I encountered was polite and personable. Daniel Reed and Shilo Mitchell worked their magic with getting me the best financing option to meet my needs. I was hesitant to approach car shopping, but these guys made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I went in for a recall repair and they performed a software update that I didn’t know was needed. The free oil change was a plus as well. My service advisor, Traci, was the best. Very courteous and friendly. She explained everything that was needed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The wait time wasn’t too bad considering the work that was completed.     Our buying experience with Andrew Murray was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I contacted Andrew several months ago to be on the look out for a vehicle that was very specific. I knew that the waiting could be lengthy since I was very particular on what I wanted. Andrew did not disappoint. As soon as a vehicle arrived on the lot the met my request, he contacted me immediately, sent me pictures, and told me I could come look at it and he didn’t think I would want to pass it up. He was right! The next day, we went to check out the vehicle. He quickly got it detailed for us and in for a test drive. It was EVERYTHING I wanted and more. If they don’t have something on the lot that you want, give him the chance to earn your business by telling him what you want. He didn’t forget about us and I am so grateful.     Went in for a service recall on my brake lights. I asked if they could also change the oil. He said yes but the wait would be about 2 hours as they were very busy. I may have waited an hour. Very friendly staff who were easy to talk to.

    I came in to exchange a free oil change for a tire rotation and balance. The only problem was I just said tire rotation. I looked at the receipt saw I didn’t get what I needed my sales clerk spoke to the manager and they told me to reschedule for the balance. There was no hesitation on the “yes”. I’m happy they are close enough that all I have to do is make an appointment and they will help.

    Called ahead to bring in our vehicle. The lady on the phone in the service department was not very welcoming and kind of rude, but my Service Advisor was great! My price quoted was not correct so paid more than expected, but it was explained to me that this was a new system so some of the prices weren’t accurate online, also the supplies were not included in the prices so there was extra fees I was not aware of.

Check engine light, traction control light and not starting ( some times it will start some times it won't) have been charged $1130.61 tolal charge. Was told both times it was fixed it's still not fixed. Still same thing check engine light is on and so is traction control light. Got it back Friday 7-1-22 and it wouldn't start Saturday morning. No one will return any calls.

    Was misled through the entire experience. Was brought to the dealership to look at one vehicle that was not available all of the sudden and only given an option for a more expensive one. I hear from other reviews that is normal there. Then I was given a sheet with the price on it and they went over the warranty information and all of the numbers added up from my calculation of the price on the sheet and the warranty. I signed the paperwork that said I was financing $28,000 only to find out that it was $35,000 so I am very disappointed in the unethical practices I experienced at that dealership. I will not be returning and I will leave reviews so that no one else falls for that scam as I did.

    I’m not going to say anything negative about the car dealership itself. My problem was with a car salesman name Chase. I called and inquired about a Nissan Maxima, I was told it was going to be hard to finance because of the mileage. He then told me to fill out a credit application and got me approved for another Maxima. He told me he was going to drive to their Benton store the next morning and pick up the car. The next morning he texted me and said the car was sold that night after he left. I called two days later to their Benton location where the car was located and the guy said the same car was still sitting there. I’m not sure why Chase chose to lie but I thought they were in the business of selling cars. He then told me to come to the lot and we can walk it and look for something else. I guess he was trying to put me into something he wanted me to be in as if he was going to pay the note. Chase you are a liar and can’t be trusted!!

    Our service was better than excellent! We expected 1.5 - 2 hrs wait but it was done in 70 minutes. We expected a $310 bill for a new rim + more possible once they checked the rest of the wheels for damage from the pothole. Our tech was able to bend the rim back into shape and balance it and we only had to pay $24!!! It was such a miracle to us!

    I went to McLarty Nissan of North Little Rock to look at their 2021 Armadas. I was met with friendly and professional staff willing to help me with my car purchasing experience. Mark Halford went above and beyond getting me the Midnight Edition of the vehicle. It wasn’t on-site but he and his team got it there in no less than 3 days. Mark answered all my questions and concerns on and off the clock. He patiently went over all of the vehicle applications and factory details. He was very easy to work with and we came to a fair price on my trade in. Josue, who helped with my financing, also went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed in my package at a fair and decent price.     This was the easiest, smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! We were able to do as much as possible before we got there. I wanted to spend as little time in the dealership as possible given the Covid situation even though I knew they would be wearing masks.     You have the MOST unfriendly staff of anywhere I have ever had to visit. They do not greet you, they do not smile, they do not even acknowledge you are there. They just stare at their computer screens like they are watching a hunting show until you say something, then they look at you like you are bothering them. I absolutely dread taking my car there. I will only go if it's my last resort. Please replace them and hire some friendly people!! (The lady on the left is always so nice, but those 2 guys in there..... whew!!)

    You were very friendly on Monday 5/31/2021 the day we bought two vehicles but on Wednesday when we brought the Frontier back to get the scratch fixed and your attitude had really changed and you didn't even want to fix the scratch that was on the truck that you had promised to fix but we get there and you want 25 dollars to fix it! I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I looked on line at the same truck but they were cheaper and closer to home. I can't understand why you were so nice and friendly and telling us things that you didn't uphold, but on Wednesday when we brought the truck back to get the scratch fixed, what a change in your attitudes! Tyson is a nice young man but he promised things that didn't happen always after going to you to discuss. After driving the the truck more than a mile test drive, we realized the truck was not a good fit for us. I'm 84 years old and my son is 63 and the truck is hard for us to drive. We discussed this with you and you refused to let us out of the deal and go right next door to your own Ford dealership and buy an even more expensive truck. You offered no help!     Wonderful experience with the salesman Wafai. I have been eying the new 2022 Pathfinder and decided to stop in and see if they even had any to look at. First he checked out the computer for current inventory and told me when some where going to be delivered. We walked out to look at a Rogue because I had previously had one and loved it but just wasn’t sure the cargo space was going to be ideal. While doing so, a truck load of Pathfinders pulled in and I was able to wait and check them out. Everything worked out and I was able to trade my vehicle in.     A very good experience buying a vehicle. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and the experience was outstanding both times. Heather was diligent in asking me what I wanted in a vehicle and did her best to meet my desires. The vehicle purchased exceeded what I asked for. They met all of my price demands and worked hard to make sure I had a payment I could live with without sacrificing anything on the vehicle. Recommend Heather and this dealership to everyone.

    This was the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I originally put in and email request after researching online cars and suvs I was interested in. David Lee called to make an appointment and greeted me as I arrived. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about any questions I had about the SUV I was looking at along with purchasing a car. He took his time and made me his priority. He was not distracted and listened to all my concerns and questions. He made the experience a memorable one.     ********Jonathan Summons******* Get this man a raise!!! Something! 5Stars! Get him in a McLarty commercial he is killin it with customer service!! I told him from the start I was was going to be a challenge to get approved for what I wanted. But I felt like Jonathan had the “ Challenge accepted“ attitude!!! And WOWWWW not only was I promised I would be put in a car I wanted. But I received the best customer service and it was pretty convenient for me, I did everything through text all I had do was show up and sign papers! I really think Jonathan Summons went over and beyond helping me get in a car so quickly. He even was still there to answer all my car questions that week and several weeks after I have driven off the lot. THIS GUY REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I really appreciate how helpful and committed Jonathan was selling a car to me! He is someone I would not even hesitate to refer my friends and family to. I look forward to purchasing my next car with him!

    Our experience was not typical, I'd probably say. We were looking for an AWD Murano in white with black interior. There weren't any on the lot, but we wanted to test drive what was there. The sales team was able to find one in the right color in Fayetteville and setup a trade with that dealership in order to get us what we were looking for. Of course, this meant we wouldn't have the vehicle the same day and that was fine. We signed our papers and at that point were very happy, excited, and would have rated our experience 10/10. From that point, things took a downward turn for us. In a case of over promise and under deliver, we were told that the driver would head out early the next morning and bring our car back to NLR to be detailed midday so we could pick it up. When midday came and went, I started trying to reach our salesperson, but got no response via text or phone call. I called the dealership and found that she was out of office and the salesperson I spoke with would have to go investigate where our car was. This, of course, led to a bit of stress on our part as we no longer had our own previous vehicle and had no clue as to the status of our new one. The loaner we were provided had been smoked in and stunk inside, enough my wife couldn't stand to be in it so she was stuck at home, unable to do the things she needed to do. I left messages for the sales manager, Brandon, who never returned my calls and instead contacted our original salesperson to have her reach out to us. By that point, I had already called the dealership again and spoke with Vance a second time who told me that our new Murano would be picked up the next day, which it was. It took until after 7pm the next day before it was ready and we weren't all that impressed with the detail job that was performed. If the schedule with the driver was confirmed before we were given information on "it'll be here tomorrow" and we were given a more comparable loaner or kept our original trade in vehicle, our experience would have been totally different. Telling us one thing and not only not providing a status, which would have helped tremendously, but keeping us in the dark until I had to call multiple people, multiple times, and a manager who is unwilling to speak directly to customers just leaves us unwilling to do business with this dealership in the future.
