Honestly the staff are super awesome!! I love it at Mega Pawn 1. I always feel welcome when I come in and leave satisfied.They have been working with me on one of my payment plans for a while now and I still no issues. Any item I purchase I’m educated on with my choices. Also the options of things are endless and very useful for reasonable prices. In all they are all pretty cool and genuine people. I’d definitely recommend people check them out if your looking for cheaper ways to find good material.

Megan Hurst is a real people person. She is very caring and spend as much time taking care of your needs as it takes to have a satisfied customer. She is so friendly and she will give you a great price. I have purchase a lot of quality jewelry from her, including my wedding rings in which she made it available to customize the ring, which we did, by picking a single large diamond to replace the little round ones that were originally in the center setting. 8 years later the ring is still beautiful and durable as I wore it during a big yacht renovation in Turkey and no damage to the ring. Megan is the greatest and I will Always go to her for my needs.

Outstanding. Went in with a host of questions, and got expert information, and useful knowledge. I walked into Mega Pawn 1 with the intent to just ask several questions about purchasing a firearm. I had a few small ideas about what I was looking for. Everyone I spoke with was engaging, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I primarily spoke/associated with Sam, but got a good bit of info from Brian, too. I even got information about a good CPL instructor. Over the course of my visit, I got such good info and guidance, I wound up purchasing my first handgun, and I'm more than happy with my choice. I plan on coming back very soon!

Service is great!.... extremely helpful staff!...I needed a pneumatic crown stapler to finish a job and I had extremely limited cash and so they worked with me on the price and got me out the door so I can get back to work!... I would definitely recommend mega pawn!!

Never told me a layaway was a final sale until I saw the receipt asked to cancel two business days later. Highly doubt they lost business on that product when I put it in layaway at closing. Otherwise they would have a great review for how they treated me as a customer while there.
