This was the best customer service experience I could have experienced. I went to Loan masters and the gentlemen who helped me was beyond rude wich led me to Mississippi loans. Kat was there and rest assured me that my experience would be pleasant. She was so friendly and made the process very easy. We also realized we have the same birthday. 🎂🍻... Although I never needed this place for a loan my friend recently used this place. Listening to my friend vent it’s a pretty cool, easy place to get what you need, but the professionalism after the fact has been the worst. Almost never answer calls and when they are answered, they just answer the phone and quickly hang up .. continuously does so( lol I’ve def witness several calls like this). Businesses should def appreciate and respect customers who appreciate and respect them

I was glad that I chose Mississippi title loan in the time of need . The two ladies at this branch were very nice helpful and patient . I would recommend this branch. As of November 1, I went in and paid title loan off hoping to get my title back the lady that sit at the first desk gave me the wrong title and she claims they sent my title off . I was very upset because I thought they keep titles in a safe until it's paid off. I don't know if they lost my title or gave it to someone else by mistake. I'm still waiting for my title. I paid my loan off about 10 days after I got it. I am very upset.

Ashley Clark is the best CSR in the Coast area. She is thorough and very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and more. I might just come back to see her.
