Bret is amazing, he’s genuine and knowledgeable. I really enjoy hearing him teach/talk. I also enjoyed him sharing his experiences of life and business. Bret Martin gave a 5 day training on the Mom and Pop business solutions opportunity for 5 days. I must say that the training was on time daily and precise to the point on how to succeed with his business model. He kept it simple and professional. What i liked most is that he is for real with people about being successful and almost anything you try not just this business. Have been thinking about taking the training for a while now and was notified it was free so basically had nothing to lose. Although some may think Mr. Bret Martin is a bit unconventional in his training style I actually enjoyed it he is himself through and through and you have to respect it. The most fascinating part was how simple the process is from start to finish marketing to closing a deal. This is my first week and I haven't closed one yet but I must say having the power of my financial future in my hands and being able to write my own checks based off of my effort is a beautiful thing to me. A brief background may be helpful in understanding my review. I am a retired independent real estate Broker from sw Florida. My wife and I moved to Texas in April of 2020. Over the last few years I was hit with some fairly serious health issues. Fortunately, I have recovered and am doing well. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my finances. I wanted something that made sense and would allow me to tap into my business background and, bottom line, earn some decent money on a part time basis, working from home. I investigated a number of opportunities and although they seemed to have the potential to satisfy my requirements, I wasn't quite comfortable with them. About a week or so ago I replied to a MPB Funding ad. Shortly thereafter, I was taking part in Bret Martin's training course. Over the years I had been involved in a number of training seminars, focusing primarily on real estate sales. Some were fine, some were terrible and a few were helpful. Bret's class was unique, entertaining, sincere, informative, helpful and convincing, very convincing. Bret's unconventional style was refreshing and although there were a few, come on already get to the point moments, I believe they all had a purpose and were actually effective, as I found what I was looking for. I imagine some may criticize his marketing methods are somewhat dated however, as a seasoned pro, I do believe in the old adage, ' if it ain't broke don't fix it. I am anxious to get started this week as I have found that I have not been as intrigued about an opportunity in quite awhile. Follow-up has been as advertised and Bret has reached out to me personally, by both email and phone. That doesn't usually happen, especially for an owner of a company to connect. As someone that has done sales and marketing most of my adult life and also as someone that has gone through many sales training programs I can say I was very impressed with the training Bret Martin gave us. I learned at least 2 new marketing approaches which he said I would've never seen but I didn't believe him but-guess what? I took Bret’s course this past week and was quite impressed at the thoroughness and attention to details displayed in his training. I venture to think the reasoning behind this was to address the needs of his audience many of whom are probably approaching the business from other fields of work. While Bret can be a bit long-winded in his use of stories to emphasize key points I found this to be merely a minor inconvenience in the learning process.
