Very hesitant to use a payday service because of the bad reviews you hear about it in general. I worked with Jordan and she made it very easy and simple to understand. She told me what to bring in advance and explained the why behind everything they needed. I would recommend this to anyone who is in a random bind and looking for a quick fix before payday.

I have used this company a few times The last time I was in there Sandy Office, the manager was not in, I felt the person replacing her was not as friendly as I was usually treated. I am used to being treated better at that location by the regular employees. I made a complaint, and was contacted by upper Management the same evening. I felt that they were understanding, and asked I work with another one of their locations, while the manager was out. The next day I went to Mr.Money and was treated very well. I have had a good experience when going in their locations, just not a fan of the replacement employee that was in the Sandy location when I choose to go in there.

Pretty sure this place is using a review tool that filters out negative reviews. Anyways, I work for a start up company that changed payroll and hadn’t paid us on time. I make good money and don’t ever need financial assistance, but had bought hotels and tickets to HI lol, so I needed money. I found this loan place and got a loan for $600 for a couple of my automatic bills that would be going through. First the women in there were so rude to me, almost seemed bitter to help me, kept acting like I was lying about my references.. this is after they saw how much I made. Maybe that’s why. Not sure. I ran around got all I needed to do the loan, and these people are here to help people right? Well no they were pretty attitude with me, and I didn’t understand. Anyways I was in a business meeting on Saturday, and had received one missed call where the phone rang maybe 2 times, a couple text messages that’s it. In our text conversation I kept asking how much of my payment is due? She wouldn’t answer that question and just kept saying come in we’ll explain. I am a busy woman, and I felt they were purposely going out of there way to make me feel the way I was. That was the last conversation I had with them. Woke up this morning in Hawaii guess who cashed all my checks without a call text email nothing. They did, customer service goes a long way in business a nice text call or email saying hey Kristin we plan to cash your checks if we don’t receive payment would’ve been wonderful. Communication. You can’t attempt to contact someone ONCE and that’s it. People are busy especially me. Luckily I am someone where I am fine you processed it, and am happy you did now I won’t need to worry about it. But for someone else that could really mess them up financially. I’ve been poor, I’ve needed help financially. I’m just shocked at how I was treated and my overall experience. I will be going somewhere else if something like this happens again. Customers are the bloodline of business, and communication, kindness are key. Kassandra and Korin were the ones working with me, be kind to other women. Even if we make more money than you. Just saying.

As soon as I walked in, the woman that helped me was smiling and she was ready to help me as soon as I sat down. She was so friendly and she was so helpful with filling out the loan application. I ha such a good experience here. Most loan places are awful, but this was the best place that I've ever been to. I would recommend them to everyone!! :)

My family and I were in a very bad situation. Filled out online application twice and it took a little bit for a response/call but when I finally received the call from Tesha she was very understanding. The process was very easy and quick. I would recommend using this branch in Sandy. Everyone is nice and honestly the service by Tesha has been the best experience.

This place set up all the money that I honestly didn't borrow then they try to sue me and they serve me at an address where I lived about 4 years prior. This place is the worst of any payday loan place I've ever dealt with then they continue to attack when and say I have court dates but not notify me of any court dates this place has been the worst place to do business with Ben ever any loan place I've ever dealt with. I mean this place is a scam company. They stay in business by lying. I just cannot tell you how disgusted I am with this place more than any other loan place in the world.

The ladies in the sandy office were very pleasant. They made it quick and easy. Even coming in with my toddler, they have a “kids corner” with coloring to entertain her. Thanks for making it a positive experience.
