I came here for the first time to get a loan & Sara helped me. Sara was wonderful & her customer service skills were exceptional. She was really great into explaining the steps & making me comfortable throughout my loan process. Thank you for such a great service!

Let me just start off with I had a very bad day and this was my last errand to run for their Friday evening. Now I was so stressed out that, the atmosphere in the building changed my mood. Who would’ve thought great customer service could turn a frown upside down. The employees here are amazing. I had an excellent experience here. This young lady, Celestine was amazing. She was very professional and made the process very easy for me, which took all the stress from my body. I also felt safe and secure with their process. Thank you Money Mart!!! You’re the best:)

I went to apply for a payday loan and Nathan was there helping customers by himself. He was absolutely fantastic at multitasking and giving wonderful service to each customer. I was truly impressed with his skills and he was very kind.

So far both times I went were extremely easy and quick. Everyone there seems really knowledgeable and I’m confident that they will keep my information secure. Even when I call on the phone they are extremely quick and polite with the transactions and questions I had. Seems like the employees are also great under pressure because when it was busy the second visit I went the employees were extremely calm and great at multi tasking; none of the customers including myself seemed upset or bothered about the minor wait
