Mimi is BEYOND helpful. Whenever I come in, she always greets me with a professional and courteous attitude. She is beyond efficient and always has me in and out in less than 5 minutes. She’s an all start employee.

We would not survive in this community without this check cashing services. I can't explain how professional the employees are. Mimi is wonderful. She helps everyone without it being a problem. She always makes sure that you are satisfied with their services. She is very people oriented and that is why this works for the people in this community. Had a pleasant experience coming into Money Mart. It's a nice feeling when they go out of their way to call and keep up with clientele.... something that is lost in these days. It's been almost over 2 years yet I was greeted by a voicemail from Mimi that was a pleasant and made me actually come back in. As someone who has been in the service industry, the fact that I walked in and she remembers my name is awesome. I am glad that she is still working at the Money Mart in Oakland...nice to have consistent great customer service.
