The employees are very friendly and try and do a service but I found there was no follow up on transferred funds and title releases. I had to call and request it twice. Other than that they were great.

my 70 yr old husband has been with this bank 37 yrs. Teller refused to give me change because i am not on my husbands account. of course they dont mind taking a IRS refund check with my name on it. my husband is a disabled vet and i do all his money management. i am not on his account because i was in a car accident that is unresolved. this is just a person who choose to be rude because she could. shame on this bank for defending her

My account with this establishment is supposed to require a pass code for ALL transactions, they never ask for the code. While using the drive through one can only deal with a video or the machine. I called to verify how to deposit a check from my husband; then I made a special trip on Saturday with my husband and they refused to deposit the check. I am moving my money to a competent institution where it will be safe and the policies are consistent!

Not Only is this my favorite bank but it the best bank in montana, it truly is a family bank. That is all thanks to Robin Kinniman her EXCELLENT customer service is something that is hard to find these days. I truly consider her family. This is always my go to bank for personal or auto loans because it not just a "approved" or "denied" Robin always goes above and beyond not only for me but anyone i have ever sat in her office. If this bank is looking for there next branch manager my Vote is for Robin Kinniman. Thank you Robin from the Sanders Family

Bank has a ton of hidden bank fees. I had a credit card account linked to my Montana Credit Union account by accident and unknowingly pushed payment to that credit card through Montana Credit Union. Got charged $60 in fees (One $30 fee for each instance my credit card company tried to push the payment) for the first instance this accidental payment occurred. Montana Credit Union refunded me for both fees. I forgot to remove this bank account from my credit card account, so the payments pushed to my account again the following month. Montana Credit Union Customer Service would not refund me the $60 in fees for the second instance. My advice, look elsewhere for a checking account. I'm in the process of switching banks and will no longer be doing business with Montana Credit Union.

Worst bank ever. Provided my personal information to my family member when they weren't even on the account. Won't ever go through them again.
