Mr Money Installment Loans W 12th St, Ogden

I have been a server for many years at a nice restaurant. I own my own house and do well. I wanted a loan because I was going on a trip to Europe to make sure that I had some extra money. I called the location on 150 Washington, talked to someone there and told them this situation. They said that would be fine because they can go off my yearly income. When I went to the 12th street location they were prejudice and rude! I was there for two hours filling out paperwork to be told that I am not denied but she couldn't do anything without the manager there so I needed to call the next day to talk to Lizz. I called the next day and she was worse. She said that they can't loan to servers period. I went to Lend Nation and got $700 very quickly Follow up, I did get a call from the manager Liz. They were able to find a way to quickly get a loan. She said that it was a misunderstanding.

Liz is the best! She helped me when no one else would. Payments are super affordable. If you talk to Liz she will be very flexible with payments when you talk with her! Hands down recommend to stop in and get helped by her.

Lizz and all the staff I have encountered here have been super friendly, and explain thing super good all the time.

Be careful!! I had an account with this Mr Money. I called to get my payoff and they requested 5% convenient fee to pay over the phone. I asked if I drop into the drop box (would not make it in office hours) if I would be charged an additional interest fee. The lady I talked to told me no as long as I drop it in before the end of night. I dropped the full amount only to be told I need to pay another day in interest. Be careful of the communication because they tell you one thing and do another. This is only one example and am disappointed that I am a good customer (on time payments, regular customer) and they are trying to charge me on another day of interest on an account that has been paid off. Don’t believe what is said unless it is in writing in a text or email as they just go back on what is verbally said.
