I am not normally a complainer but I'm frustrated. I have never had a issue with this store I'm a pretty chill guy so I typically let things go. I have tried to call the store day after day for about a week and a half and I never can get a answer. The hours say 9 to 6. Is this false advertisement? I understand people get busy but day after day and different hours. I have even tried using my sisters phone and calling so I know it's not just me. I'd hate to see how many customers your loosing because of this. Hopefully this issue can be addressed. Once this is addressed I'll change to a five star because before this well Mr money was amazing. They always take care of me. But due to the customer service in the store lately I can not change this until the service goes back to being amazing customer service.

I had a very bad experience at the Sandy store on 8172 South 700 East, on Nov 9, 2019 I went there on a Saturday afternoon after being pre-approved. After I entered all the loan information online, at the store I had to totally fill out the information again on paper. This increased the time of getting the actual pay advance to almost closing at 3:00 pm, trying to get 4 references, if the address didn't show up on their map they couldn't be used. Even if the reference had lived there a good deal of time, no map - you didn't know them. By this time it was a few minutes after three. It had been over an hour filling out paperwork. The employee kept looking at her watch like I was an "inconvenience". After all of this it was 3:15 the process was almost completed she looked at her computer screen n and said, "corporate is wanting me to ask you to leave, we are closed." Are you kidding me? I left the store, immediately without the advance. My recommendation is the employee was very unhelpful, not concerned that she didn't close a transaction. I was treated badly and without respect, thru no fault of my own. If you decide to go to this establishment, I strongly recommend, if you don't want to be treated poorly, I would go to another site or completely go to another business. Poor customer service.

Myra, The District Manager was absolutely amazing. I had a very frustrating situation that she helped me with. I was pretty upset, and she remained calm and did everything in her power to help me when she really didn't have to. I recommend Mr. Money anytime you need some extra cash for a bill.

Never get a loan from them they charge more than 1 1/2 times what you barrow in interest and they refuse to settle the account for less interest. If you do get a loan from them don’t repay the a single cent and help put these con artists out of business!

I have been going to Mr. Money off and on for the pass few years, when I am going through difficult times they have been there to help me to get through my personal ordeals. What I am finding more convienent is how quick and faster this process of a loan has become. It literally takes 10-15 mins for the loan process. I am sure it wouldn't be possible though of the great staff at Mr. Money. Brittany from the start to finish maintained qualites any owner of a business would look for and would be proud of to have as an employee. She was friendly, professional, quick & efficient, great time management, always had a smile and good rapport skills. If you guys had 5 more stars added I would in a heart beat give you 10 stars. I don't know anything about this place. I don't need a loan. But because someone hacked my account and gave it 5 stars center finger to whoever manipulated my account to give them 5 stars.

Quick, easy, and no credit check. They have you bring in a check from your bank to fill out as collateral, but it is smooth sailing all the way. Great rates compared to a lot of places! And the staff have never been unfriendly. This place is my go to for emergency money.

Roberta Was a lovely lady. She didnt let me walk out empty handed. They were able to work with me with the only paystubs i had for the time. They found a solution on the things i needed and was able to give me sometime to pay back the money i had loaned. I am def comming back for an extension in the future
