My Loan Officer, Sammy demonstrated high standards of professional conduct in walking me through the process in obtaining my new boat financing. Sammy effectively translates complex information into common terms and took the time to explain anything that I did not understand. Her ingenuity in anticipating and meeting unexpected situations allowed her the ability to obtain the lowest interest rate for my loan. First off, our loan officer Cindee was fantastic. Just like you I went off reviews for My Financial and am glad I did. I loved having a personal loan officer to answer questions and go over the process with. Other online places never followed up with my quotes and therefore lost business. My Financial had competitive if not better rates than other places including our local credit union. I have to admit it was a little scary wiring the down payment from our bank to them but I assured myself by checking the BBB for complaints and there were none in regards to money transfers. I still can’t believe that our transaction for our trailer has been completed within 2 weeks. Great communication, overnight paperwork, and step-by-step instructions. Couldn’t be easier. We highly recommend My Financial and if you are lucky enough to work with Cindee you will enjoy the process.

Brandon was a huge asset for us in this process and most definitely had our best interest. At one point we were trying to buy a trailer through a dealership who were playing games and trying to blame him. Which was not the case As he is so thorough he includes you on every message that goes out in email, We never felt out of the loop at any time. In fact his experience Picked up the fact I was trying to buy a consignment trailer which I didn’t know that was the case. as well as them trying to over charge me . In the end we ended up going private party for the same unit I was wanting. He got the deal done! Not only did he keep us in the loop as I said he also kept the seller in the loop at all times too. The service provided by Maria was exemplary from the point of first contact to completion. Although I contacted several potential lenders in Jan for a custom ordered coach, Maria was t the only rep who kept checking back and following up. It took seven months for the coach to be built and Maria was there checking. Once the coach was completed, she provided a very competitive offer that the RV dealer couldn't come near. It was also below anything else I could find. Service was great and she let me know where things were at and kept me informed of the process as it continued. She was there to quickly answer any questions that I had. I'm very satisfied with the process which was about the simplest I've ever had. This is my fourth RV.

We originally were working with another bank for the RV financing and they were taking weeks with no information on when the loan would be complete. Our loan agent was Ryan T. What an amazing experience! I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews but everything was seamless! We were very worried about the online progress but so glad we did it! We had absolutely wonderful communication back and forth and no problem getting help if we needed it! Which is always nice if we wanted to go to the top of that! If you go through a private dealer please make sure they will not sell from under you! This happened to us, and backed out process of getting a new RV about a week. Getting approval is relatively quick and easy process. However, thereafter it's not as clear cut. Customers need to be prepared with a scanner, email and text platforms to interact. It's done totally online with limited access to the Loan Officer. Mine, Cory, was good at returning emails so I didn't feel completely out of the loop. It does take about 2 weeks to complete so be patient.

Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was super useful as a first time buyer. I’m not sure about Cindy and Corey, but Christian is the one you need to talk to for the best experience!
