Melissa Halfpenny was very professional and diligent in getting our titles and various paperwork correct. Melissa took the time to call the other parties during our closing to make necessary changes to names and to verify everything was as it needed to be when it was just her and us in person working with out of town sellers and financing. With other companies, errors might have been ignored or required us to delay closing.

We had an absolutely horrible experience due to title issues with the seller of our new home. The agent with whom we were working, Nicole, took her frustrations with the situation out on us, the buyers, and screamed at my husband and me on the phone. I have never in my life been treated so rudely, and therefore would never recommend this agency. At closing, Denise was very kind, and we do appreciate that. This by no means, however, excuses how we were treated by Nicole.
