I was having a hard time with other places. So I decided to give it one more shot. Walked in and I was met by a wonderful young lady by the name of Andrea. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm so glad to have gotten a loan here and service with a smile only set back was the dang computer.. Time for an upgrade I believe. Kalila~ Branch Manager excellent at her job! I walked into the branch there were two people ahead of me. Kalila The office working alone due to her coworker being on vacation. She greeted me warmly and handed me my paperwork to begin filling out. All the while~ Accessing a loan for a client, addressing yet another clients questions, regarding their pay off. Answering the phone on 3 seperate occasions, inspected my car, greeting 2 more clients that walked in the door. Kalila had those 2 clients ahead of me and myself, taken care of and out the door~ all within 45 minutes. Kalila was VERY professional and took the time to explain the procedure and answer any concerns each and everyone of us had! As if all that wasn’t enough… HERES WHAT SETS KALILA APART from the average person/worker… she just kept giggling and humming and never became flustered or impatient with anyone! She was a pure pleasure to work with! Go see her~ she’ll most defiantly take good care of You!

That was so helpful for me as I just had a baby and even phone calls can be difficult. Betty was awesome and helped me from step 1.
