I can honestly say I didn’t think it was possible for me to be able to get a vehicle in my own name. And to be able to get approved so quickly without any money down! My experience with New Roads and my agent Wunikka was so amazing and supportive. The process was smoothe and she was there every step of the way every time I called and trust me I called. She guided me in every vehicle I looked at and she was on point she made sure I got just what I wanted. I’m still in disbelief but when I walk out and see my Chevy Traverse reality sets in. It’s mines! I would recommend New Roads to anyone regardless of great credit or poor credit they will get you in a vehicle.

Stumbled on this one, and found it to be an awesome experience! I obtained approval, found a vehicle I loved and could afford, obtained Insurance, and now I have my vehicle. No threats of it being sold out from under me. My Loan Agent, Lori Heaton, was totally Awesome!!! She made sure I received 5-star treatment from the dealership. Heck they were very happy too, finally receiving 5-star treament from the finance company themselves. First time I experienced both sides (buyer and seller) satisfied and happy. What an experience. I just wanted a pre-approval done so I could walk into a dealership with confidence. All of a sudden, this great agent Nathan Gold, contacts me and is asking what I'm looking for. I share my interests and he's on it. He's sending me links to cars in my area. After his patience in waiting for me to get back from vacation, dealing with an un-named franchise that was clueless, he finally found me the car I was looking for. This by far was the best time I've ever had dealing with financing a vehicle. I recommend New Roads Auto and Nathan Gold to anyone who has challenging credit. Nathan was straight forward with what information I needed to get started. Got approved within a couple of days and started my vehicle search. The best part about it was walking into the dealership already approved. Felt powerful.

Got into a high interest rate loan at the dealership and the very next day was able to refinance with New Roads at 7% lower. My Rep Javier C was very helpful and explained everything to me. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Recently out of bankruptcy, wanting to establish my credit, found these guys and they made it so easy. My loan officer Nathan Gold was awesome! I told him what I was looking for and the price range i wanted to be in. I wanted a certain vehicle and he didn't have to do this but he looked for it and found it at a Mazda dealership. We got a 2016 SUV with zero down! We are very grateful for this. I highly recommend them!

I had been to several dealerships over the last few months hoping to buy a car but because of my bad credit I would spend several hours there only to be told that I would have to make a big down payment in order to be approved. This was the best loan experience I have ever had! My car had high negative equity due to a loan being consolidated into my car and I needed to trade it in due to the mileage and cost to maintain it. No bank would approve me unless I have 7k-10k down. I applied to New Road Auto loans and was approved for 0 down and they absorbed my negative equity into my new loan! The interest rate was much lower than a bank would give me with my credit as well. Nathan was my loan agent and he was patient with me and helped me every step of the way. I had the experience with a professional loan officer, who took care of me from start to finish. When I found my vehicle under their guidelines, it was down hill after that. I initially got a loan from Consumer Portfolio Services/New Roads Auto Loans for my Hyundai, but Unfortunately got into a car accident during the beginning of a tropical storm recently, which totaled my car. I was in need of a new vehicle and in need of another auto loan. The agent I worked with was Nathan G., and I have to say that he was an outstanding and knowledgeable agent from start to finish. Not only did he get me the loan for my vehicle, but he also kept the sales people at Bomnin Chevrolet in check when they tried to slide in hidden fees that had nothing to do with the vehicle you’re buying. Nathan sincerely looked out for my best interest. I’ve never had any kind of problem with the company on my previous vehicle which they financed and the process for my second vehicle was smooth. Although, if you live in the Miami area, avoid Bomnin Chevrolet like the plague, but contact Nathan at New Roads Auto Loan and you won’t regret it. The guy, seriously was on his game and looks out for his clients. I can’t say that enough.

Very fond of New Roads! Ed was super helpful and very quick about his responses and helping me get everything done. From getting approved to getting in the car I wanted it took less than 2 weeks. Great for working with little to no down payment and struggling credit. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely awesome didn't think it was possible to get financing had a charge off 1 year prior. Did save $ to purchase a infiniti g37 last October in cash thought it would be last car purchased for a years well life thought different as car was totaled by driver with no insurance . We were having a hard time getting approved anywhere and THEN... let me tell you. We ran across this GEM. Out credit is challenged although we have been working hard at fixing it. We hit a spot where waiting for a vehicle wasn't an option like we had planned. Our house and my car burned down last year and we have small children so we needed something ASAP. We toughed it out as long as we could. These guys made it happen. And not to mention.. whereas everyone else wanted an almost 25% interest rate and a load down. New Roads Auto Loans got us approved with 0 DOWN and we signed for a significantly lower interest rate! Nathan Gold was our loan agent and he was phenomenal from start to finish. Very professional and on top of things. Made things a breeze and worked his butt off to make it happen for us in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to get ahold of. Very upfront and honest man! The process was easy. And it was all done via phone/email. Super blessed to have gotten this opportunity with them! If you think you can't get approved or these other lenders are using your low income/bad credit to slap you with high interest rates, etc.. give these people a shot. It's worth the try. I applied for a loan to finance a car, I received 1 phone call, and was left a voicemail. I returned the call the same day and did not get my loan agent. I called 2 more time on separate days, and left voicemails both of those times as well. Its been over 2 weeks since then and still have not received a call back. The communication is horrible, and the people you talk to on the phone are very disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just feel that the customer should be treated with more respect.

This company is a complete joke and extremely unprofessional! Total waste of your time. Agent lori is clearly lost not knowing AT ALL how to do her job nor most of them there (every time you call you get a different person and they are far from being on the same page - lack of detailed note taking) Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE your time with this garbage company. They will only run your credit have you have an inquiry for no reason!

Stephanie Stetts & Martha Valencia are excellent. I have had 2 great experiences with them in my car loan process. I bought a car in July of this year and unfortunately OCT 1 had an accident that totaled the SUV. So went back to new roads because of the great job they did. Had the most amazing experience of trading in my car with Jessica and Martha. I had negative equity on my old car, and they were able to tell me exactly how much I could afford with my new purchase (including all taxes, fees, etc!). Adding my prior loan on to my new loan was easy, and it was a plus that I didn't have to put anything down. I just cancelled my loan with this place. The service is slow and it took what seemed like forever just to get to the document part to be told they didn't like how I sent some of the documents. If you have time to wait I'm sure they are fine but don't expect anything to move quicker than a crawl.

New Roads contacted us due to the financial situation we was in. I contacted them and Pamela Marcias told me they look our for their customers. When I decided to go with New Roads Lisa Aragon was referred by Pamela. Lisa Aragon and Iris Amaya-Lopez went above and beyond!! From verification to closing they was there every step of the way. We was fully funded and Nalley Toyota of Union City went from bad to worse! Our salesman had a nonchalant attitude, complained about filing out the paperwork, threaten to sell our car to other people and ignored our calls! When we was supposed to pick up our 2017 Nissan Rouge he only answered our call to let us know he "tried to save our car but he had sold it". I had just told him the day prior the check was on it's way. Lisa Argaon let the Sales manager know in email only to find out from the GM he was off! Our salesman ignored her calls. Bottom line our sales guy sold our car & we was on our way to get it. We live an hour and half from the dealer ship. I asked him who authorized him to sell our car and where was our check for full payment! He said he didn't know! I was furious! Lisa Aragon and her supervisor helped us in our continued search. I was able to find another 2017 Nissan Rouge at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Newnan! Our sales guy Keith Halford was AMAZING!! He was very professional and worked with Lisa every step of the way! We left the same day with our Rouge!! Even after our purchase Lisa Aragon and her supervisor made sure we was taken care of from the horrendous experience with Nalley Toyota of Union City. omg so first let me start off by same our loan agent Wunikka Dewa was more then awesome is seemed like she never slept with the time difference of us being in Atlanta she was always ready to answer the phone for any questions me and my boyfriend Princeton had, I stumble upon New roads while searching for good finance company and the reviews are what brought me here and now i get to tell yall how easy and professional they wher to work with. Not only did she included me in every email sent to the dealer ship i was in on the phone calls from the dealership with the sale guy and , wunikka made sure we understood all of or paperwork before signing she even offered to look over the purchase order ahead of time to make sure we where getting a good deal, and even how negotiate a better deal based off selling price and we got a great deal from the dealership along with good interest rate with our financing , I could have asked for ea better set up or person to work with , me and my boyfriend where very lucky to have her on our side making sure we got the best experience, I will definitely refer her and anyone else i know to new auto loan and to use her as agent, they will not bedisappointed.

Heidi with New Roads was the best to work with and if it was after hours the staff that answered the phone were very knowledgeable about my search for a new truck. New Roads really helped out as I am a self employed person, only in business for a few years and they really understood it’s hard to find funding for those large purchases like a new truck. I received a call from Lori H. and she began to process my documents and paperwork that same day. Once she had everything processed she called me to let me know I was approved. Good finance company if you have a bankruptcy or extremely low credit score. Nathan Gold was my agent and he approved me within one day. Docs they needed were not much as well. Had outstanding customer service from Jessica and Nathan. These two were great to work with however this became a stressful process, especially when a third customer service rep, Ed, got involved. Ed was condescending towards myself and then was down right rude to my salesperson and his sales manager. If we were not so far along in the process, we would have walked after that phone call. Where do I begin? I was on TikTok and seen the infomercial and said let me try this. So I filled out the simple info, and I got an email 5 minutes later saying I was approved. After applying online and recieving an email that said I was approved, I received a phone from my agent Elsie Gonzales; she explained the process and how it works from start to finish. I see some people had positive experiences with these guys but I did not. First, it took them over 2 weeks to get all the paperwork straight (when I submitted everything needed within a day or two) , which left me practically no time to find a vehicle before my approval expired. Then they were very unresponsive in communication with helping me move forward, so I gave up. I was pretty much ignored with the emails that I sent. Maybe they were busy??? But still. I found cheaper rates and better customer service elsewhere. FYI try using Carvana finance! They approve ANYONE as long as you don't have an active bankruptcy and better rates than New Roads - plus super friendly and easy to work with and contact. Hope this helps someone make that choice!
