Living in New Hampshire, it's nice knowing NHCash is not too far from me. They've responded to me whether by email or a phone call every time I needed something. Even if it was a question about my payments. With me having bad credit, they have been pretty good to me. They've given me a chance when a lot of places haven't. What I like also is my payments aren't crazy amounts of money. They are pretty fair when it comes that. I totally recommend them if you need cash right away. And they will always tell you if they cant provide the cash when needed. Usually because they're very busy. It's usually around a day or two. Depending on how busy they are. 4 stars because they were very polite. But since I got my approval everytime I try and call the number back and it has me put the last 4 of my social in, it does not give me the option to speak with a person. Tried sending an email to ask questions and I got a response saying I was approved and to view everything sign into my account. When I sign in I see $0, no payment amounts or anything. How can i speak with someone over the phone?

NHCash has always been there when I needed extra cash fast and on time. Not a lot of phone time, I just tell them what I need and afew days later funds are in my account to be used.

Struggling a little bit with the review. I was given a loan, and was making the monthly payments and the balance was decreasing. So that helped. However, I had the ability to pay off the loan early, and tried to use the website to make a payment and it errored out every time. I then called the phone number and got stuck in an account status/information loop with no ability to talk to anyone. So I then noticed they accept Venmo payments. Looked them up and made a payment based on payoff amount their website calculated. This was 6-13-2022. Venmo shows the transaction and my bank showed the amount withdrawn, but my online account does not reflect this payment. 2 days later (6-15-2022) the same issue existed, calls do not get you anywhere so started a text chat with one of the reps who stated that the payment is not reflected in their system. Interesting, but everything on my side shows it as paid. Provided screenshots and transaction id's and was told the IT department needed to look into it. Odd. Well here it is 6-17-2022 and still the same issue. Account payment not reflected. IT still looking into it. Is it a ploy to get more $? Not sure. Unclear why they are not able to reconcile a Venmo account even though they say it is their account and they have a transaction id. Stated I was not going to pay a $.01 more and wanted the account closed. So I am torn on the review. I got the loan, but difficulty paying it off.

I has requested a draw down of funds. They ask you to select a date so I had. I called and inquired about it and the lady ln the phone got real snippy when telling me it could take up to 48hrs but yet no where when requesting a draw did it say that. The only thing it asked for was what date I'm requesting the draw down for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she says I can't she's the only one there. I don't buy that.

NH Cash has a wonderful customer service staff. They are friendly and eager to help in any way they possible. The application process was easy and they work with a vast majority of credit scores, from great credit to poor credit. They seem like they look at the whole picture not just your FICO score. You get a cash loan amount and you decide when and how much you want at a time. You can borrow up to your credit limit in increments just by a simple request button on their website. It’s nice to have that availability of funds there in case of emergency or when you need it the most. It’s like a savings account. I have been a customer over a year now and highly recommend NH CASH.

I am so happy to have NHCash there for me when I need it and even when I dont I still reciprocate the same and give them my on going business.
