While shopping for a new car is rarely pleasant, especially in these times of car shortages, this was truly an outstanding car-buying experience. Our salesman Bryan was wonderful—knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and what he quoted us on the phone was exactly the deal we got when we arrived at the dealership, no surprise charges or fees. Purchasing our new Honda CR-V Touring was an incredible experience that exceeded every expectation. Jessica who handled the sale was polite, cheerful and helpful throughout the whole process. She patiently explained all the options and details to us, and didn't hesitate to clarify anything we didn't understand. She was also exceedingly sensitive to my wife's handicap and assisted her kindly in getting around the premises. Guy (his name is Guy) handled our trade-in very professionally and with a great sense of humor. He also made himself available to assist as needed throughout the sales process. We feel that the price we paid for our new car was extremely fair, and the trade in for our old car was generous. Everyone we have encountered at this dealership has been so polite and friendly, we have no need to go anywhere else for our next car!

I walked in without thinking I’m going home in a certified pre-owned 2020 Honda Civic Sport!!! Jerry W. came and introduced himself in the nicest way possible and politely asked if I was interested in any vehicle specifically or if he can help me out with looking for a car with my needs and wants. After finding the perfect Civic Sport with black interior and red dashboard lights I was passed along to Luigi who took over with financing. Luigi was the man who got me home in a Civic!!!! I will NEVER purchase another car from there much less EVER refer anyone to NORM REEVES HONDA SUPERSTORE in West Covina. Once I got through the most of the horrible experience with Carlos, he sent to me to the “finance manager” who was so rude once I turned down his warranty package deal including some kind of protectant seal for your paint, windshield replacement program and I don’t know what else. Which was presented to me as a package that could not be separated. I specifically asked Carlos if I could just purchase the warranty without all the other things I did not need nor was I interested in and he said no, they do not separate this package. Low and behold once the finance manager gave me his presentation and I kindly turned his down he right away explained to me he can separate the package, I of course said no thank you to everything in this package at this point. Then I was told to wait for Carlos again, then Carlos then took me to my car and added the sticker to the windshield and handed me the keys. He did not go over 1 single feature on the car. I did not know how to adjust the steering wheel. I am 4ft 9inches, I had to watch a YouTube video just to find out how to do it. Then I noticed a big stain in the back seat that was not there when I test drove it a couple of days prior to me purchasing it. To top it off the car was almost on empty and I did not know how to open the gas tank, again because my sales rep Carlos did not bother to show me anything about my new car. I will be writing a yelp review as well.

From the moment we met with Carlos Garcia to the moment we left Mr. Ek’s office the process felt seamless and stress free. This was our first time purchasing from Norm Reece’s Honda, and it won’t be our last, due to Carlos’s attentiveness and support. He answered all of questions, and if he didn’t know an answer, he was quick to find someone who did. My wife and I are beyond pleased with our experience at this dealership. Even in this global shortage, Carlos made sure we paid a fair price for our vehicle.

My experience with Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina was impressively pleasant. Most dealerships feel like they are trying to bribe and/or hassle you. Our Sales Associate, Larvell Hollis, was relaxed, honest and kind during our entire visit. By the end of the experience, we left happily with a car, but what made it best was the sincere customer service we received. If you want to be taken care of and not taken advantage of, go to this location and ask for Larvell and Andy.

Salesman Miguel Anaya is super nice, Friendly, and the only person who greeted my family and me when we walked in after walking by 2 more salespeople. He tried his best into getting us the deal we wanted, but the finance manager Chris wasn’t willing to give it to us. At the end it came down to a $10 dispute that he wasn’t willing to give up, I wanted a 450 payment and he said they could only do 460, at this point I was regretting leaving my 15 year relationship with Toyota whom have always found ways of selling us the car we want at a reasonable payment. The only reason I walked back to get the car was because both my son and my wife had fallen in love with it and ended up giving them a $500 dollar down payment to get the payments down to 455. Now while all this might sound ridiculous to some, to me it isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle, if a multi-million dollar corporation is willing to let a new customer go for $10 it’s beyond me. This left a sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately I won’t consider recommending Norm Reeves West Covina to anyone, and if I ever do decide to purchase my lease or trade it in, it will be at a different dealership, or I’ll just go back to Toyota.

Gabe - Sales Luigi - Finance BLUF:Overall, best car buying experience I have ever had. Trade in and 2 x New Vehicle Purchase within less than 6 hours start to finish. Started shopping on a Monday at 0900. 1st stop was Toyota (Ontario), salesman was so miserable he acted like he didn’t even care if we purchased. 2nd stop was Penske Honda (Ontario), salesman was a complete 180. Super aggressive, super desperate. 3rd and final stop was the Norm Reeves Honda Dealership (West Covina). Gabe: After requesting information from multiple dealerships the day prior. Gabe was the only one to actually reach out via phone (not text or email). Genuinely nice, calm, cool and collected professional. Did not try to push us into any vehicle we didn’t want. Honest and upfront from the get go, no BS with the current market. Explained the MSRP vs Invoice vs Addendum, Tax, Title, Registration etc up front. Got us into the finance office as quickly as possible. Luigi: Did a fantastic job of laying out the extended warranty visually (based on our daily commute, the extended warranty was a necessity). Even though the extended warranty was needed, Luigi never once pushed or tried to “fast talk” us through something we weren’t aware of. He went above and beyond to work several different loans to get the best deal for us. He didn’t just settle for the first thing offered. Honestly, this review doesn’t even do these 2 gentleman justice. My family has purchased over 6 different vehicles in the last 10 years and this head and shoulders above every dealership experience we have ever had and with the current vehicle market, that’s really saying something. I never post reviews but after reading what "Jennie Suguitan" wrote i felt compelled to write one as I had a very similar experience last year. The salespeople i encountered were excellent. They're the only reason Im even bumping it up to 2 stars. Once I got to the finance department.. the price that was agreed upon with the salesperson jumped considerably higher. When I declined all the warranty and add-ons the whole attitude changed. Very cold. Had sarcastic remarks for things and made the whole situation uncomfortable. If this person could just understand that some people may have a budget to adhere to and show a little understanding.. they'd be doing themselves and the dealership they work for a huge favor. I wasn't even trying to negotiate the price -- I was ready to walk away because the numbers werent going to work. Buying a car shouldn't be a miserable experience.

We were shopping for a new Honda Accord Hybrid. We went to and spoke with several dealers. The only dealer that was honest and attentive was Norm Reeves. I will be going back for all my future cars.

I'd like to give a major shoutout to Chris Poole!! Wow! He sure knows how to make you feel right at home! He made my first time buying a car at a dealership amazing! He has great communication skills and he truly wants to get you the best deal possible! I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and Chris helped me out very well. I very rarely leave reviews but after this horrible experience and how I was treated by Jesse Mischner, General Sales Manager I feel compelled. I purchased a used Ford Escape and 8 days after having it the transmission went out on the freewat...on Easter Sunday. I had two kids in the car, a full Easter dinner going to my 86 year old father who lives alone. VERY long story short, $330 to get the car towed back to the dealership, threw out a $100 Easter dinner, my father spent it alone and my kids and I had to Uber home. The next day I received two phone calls, the first was a rude guy who was only calling me because he was told too and knew nothing, he literally said 'I'm going into a meeting but wanted to call you quick.' Hours later another person called who was nicer but knew nothing. Tuesday comes around and it's 2:30pm and I still haven't heard from management and I am borrowing a car to get to work and my kids to school. After multiple emials I finally got a call from the used car sales manager Vanara Luch who was nice, but knew nothing. Knowing that the only way I would get this resolved, was to take a vacation day and go to the dealership. I had no intension of getting a Honda, but I settled on a nice 2019 CR-V. Knowing how much I had been through, I expected some type of compensation on the price. Jesse Mischner, General Sales Manager came over, arrogant, dismissive and gave me 2 minutes of his time. Flatly said the asking price is non-negotiable. Because I was between a rock and a hard place, I needed them to authorize the cancellation of my first loan and they had my $7,000 down payment, I accepted $270 off the asking price. So, everything I've mentioned that I went through, my daughters went through, and God Willing I'll still have my father here for one or more Easters....that is only worth $270? Let me preface to say the Escape was a temporary vehicle for the next 6 months while I test drove new types to make a decision. I make over 120K a year and over excellent credit. Key take-away, if you buy a used car and something goes wrong with it, you will be treated without respect. Horrible experience. I will be keeping the CR-V for the rest of the year and trading it in. I want nothing to do with Honda.

I honestly would give Francisco and Luigi an 11 star rating if there was the option but they did an amazing job was a bit optimistic about getting a brand new car but Francisco made it happen and I am extremely happy with the service that was provided to me by them I would 100% recommend all my friends and family to come to Honda of norms reeves . The experience was ok. So.... I submitted the application online. Somehow the website said that the car was at the dealership. I put my info and all... The same morning I received a call from " Gabe" that I had to go to sing some other paperwork. However, he never mentioned that the car was in transit ... So 3 hrs later I showed up to the dealer... I introduced my self to the guy a t the door and he was like oh yeah " Gabe is waiting for you" .. 1 more hour . Gabe shows up saying .. " I didn't know you were here" and endorsed me to another guy" Andrew"... Andrew ran my credit and showed me the numbers right away.. He is the one that told us the car was not there yet.. I was like ok no biggie... I've been searching around for months anyway... Next day , mister gabe called me that the car arrived and that they were getting it ready... I wasn't expecting to get it so soon :). So the day went by and it was already 9 pm... Another dude called me and went over the same paperwork I went over with andrew..I got upset because why going over everything for the third time .. when I submitted online, then showed up to the dealership and now " BY THE PHONE!!" so I was like I already went over all these... I want such payments and not adding anything else and the third guy had such a rude attitude... I gave 2 starts ⭐ 1 for Andrew showing numbers right away ⭐ 1 for Gabe delivering my car at 10 pm the next day -1 for them not telling me that the car wasn't there and just telling me that i had to go for paperwork. I'm not a kid. -1 for Making me wait for so long -1 for the third guy's rudeness

LUIGI made me pay $50,000 for a Honda Accord Sport 2022 WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW ALL OPTIONAL CHARGES ARE OPTIONAL. He slided through the ipad and let us sign contract without showing all final numbers for us. The car should be around 34k and he made me pay 16k extra without knowing it. Who wanna buy an Accord sport for 50k!!! That price is for a better car like Lexus or Acura or Tesla. This dealer is too shady. I WILL TELL ALL OF MY 55,000 FOLLOWERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER COME TO THIS HONDA WEST COVINA TO BUY CARS. I will open my eyes to see how this dealer making profit in the next years.

Jason and everyone at Norm Reeves Honda made buying a car during what is otherwise a stressful, difficult time to buy a car a total breeze. Jason kept in touch with us when the car we wanted had arrived on the lot and worked with us to get the price we were looking for, without any pressure to upsell or anything. I had a good experience with sales but unfortunately the finance people are the wolves you have to watch for. They will try to sell you an alarm KARR system that is not worth the price.

Super low key, easy and fun. We did our research, knew what we wanted and Larvell and Ryan got us through the process quickly and painlessly. We live near another Honda dealer, but we drove an extra 20 minutes to get there and it was so worth it!

So to begin with I want to make it clear that I don’t ever take the time to review any car dealer or salesman what’s so ever because I’ve never felt as if they really care about the buyer and their just money orientated. However, I find myself in disbelief reviewing Norm Reeves Honda! Before I walked into this dealership I had been dealership to dealership from morning to night for two days in a roll. I had no car so it was important for me to get a car asap. Each dealership I walked into refused to work with me, most didn’t even bother to talk to me because of the way I was dressed. I was beat up and tired from searching for a car and nobody would meet me half way on what I wanted. It was the third day of car searching and at this point I was torn apart. As I was waking to Norm Reeves Honda I stepped on a puddle of water both my feet had been soaked. I had ripped paints, I was a mess to keep it short but this very well dressed young man approached me, his name was Joel Ortega. Every other salesman I had dealt with made me feel less then them. However, Joel made me feel as if I was of a higher status than him. It was crazy to me how humble and articulate this young man was! He worked with me got me exactly what I was looking for. He just made me feel good! If every salesman was like Joel the car industry wouldn’t have such a bad rep. I really hope Norm Reeves Honda takes care of this young man because he really brings something special to the table like none other! This man is going places no doubt! He was honest, direct and humble. I’m trying to make a point about this young man because I’ve never ever had such a great time buying a car! He explained everything about the car, all the functions and everything. I have never experienced such an unprofessional display in my 55 years. I went in to get a quote perhaps shop around a bit but it felt like I was being watched like a hawk despite no one helping me. I heard some disparaging remarks from someone named Jen (I was able to see their name tag) about my age and weight and was ready to leave within minutes until a very nice man, Kent or Kirk, stopped his conversation with someone else to see if I was doing well and asked what I was looking for but I was already out the door. This place will never see my business!

We were looking for a Honda Civic for my step son this past weekend. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to go with him, so I went to support him and look at the car. When we got there, Jerry Wang was so helpful when we were looking at it and took it for a test drive. Everything seemed good and of course I don’t know what to look for in a car and I was hopeful that Norm Reeves Honda Super Store in West Covina would not be like a broke down dealership. I knew it was a certified used car, 2019 Honda Civic sport. This was our sons first car ever, so we were expecting this to be the best experience for him. Once Jerry got our signatures, he told us that someone else will handle the finance, but never returned to check on us, offer water (every other salesman offered water to their customers). That isn’t what we are upset about, what it was is that we got a car fax stating the car was never in any accidents. So we finally get home, my husband returns from work and takes a walk around the car. This is when we notice that the right back door and fender had dents on it, actually you can tell it was re-painted on that side but the color wasn’t as matching as they probably thought. This was what we were afraid of and I feel guilty I allowed them to do this to my son when he was so excited. I’m not bashing the dealership, but now want to ask, are they going to do a full inspection to check the frame work and make sure that that area of the car won’t dent in over time. We know there are chances you take buying a used car, but frame work is expensive and this should have been told to us instead of leaving us with a surprise.

I’m very thorough when it comes to researching and buying a car, so I’m pretty hard to deceive. My problem has been finding a dealership that doesn’t waste my time or try to BS me. It’s insulting and if I’m making a purchase this large I want to be able to trust who I’m doing business with. I found that and more here at Norm Reeves West Covina. Sam Romero was more than helpful, honest, transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy. Jason was also very fast, honest and upfront. If you need extra help with setup or questions he is definitely your guy. I went to two other dealerships before purchasing here. Norm Reeves Irvine was terrible, the first salesman that contacted me didn’t work there the next day and I was passed off to three different salesman who were very flakey but promised a great price. Shams was the one I met with, but his lack of knowledge, difficulty with numbers, and obvious deception caused me to quickly ask for my keys back and leave. I immediately drove back out to West Covina to buy it there that same night. The difference was so apparent, my decision became quite easy. Not only would I buy here again, I would trust sending my mom here. Which is saying a lot considering she is far too trusting and easy to take advantage of. I’m very happy with my decision and appreciate any business like these guys who operate at a higher standard. Thank you!

Although there are 15+ Honda dealers closer to me I decided to drive over 60 miles to this location because I was really satisfied with the service and price I was getting from my dealer Renjie. Renjie went out of his way to accommodate me and my wife and was never pushy making the sale. He was very pleasant to work with and I am glad he was my dealer. The buying process was smooth, no games, and none of this back and forth on negotiating (which I encountered a lot getting quotes and talking to many dealers through email). I've done extensive research prior coming in and I know what price I was willing to pay and we both agreed on the price. The rest of the staff we encountered was also great. We are very happy with our brand new 2019 Honda Accord EX and hope we can do business again in the future!

This is my first time experiencing a lease buy out at this location. I’m from south central so I’ve experience the Honda at DTLA. Compared to West Covina it was a pleasure. Like any vehicle transactions things happen some good and some bad. For me the way David Ochoa handle it was very professional and he made things happen for me to get my pilot sooner then the expected ETA. Overall the dealership and it’s employees have been attentive but not over bearing. Appreciate the help I got/get.

Overall the experience was okay. It just took so long but understandable with everything going on. Chris was great he gets 5 stars for sure. But to buy out my car the manager guy just couldn’t knock it down $5 more. That was disappointing. Car payment is now $305 to purchase compared to lease payment of $250

I went there to look at a pre-owned vehicle. The salesman Kevin was amazing this guy went above and beyond to get me financed in the price range that I was looking for. The finance manager and the general sales manager both pitched in and they were able to get me financed and I've never dealt with nicer sales people. Most of my experiences at the dealerships I've always felt like I'm being circled by the vultures not it was not a high pressure thing. Came in to get my AC fixed, they charged me an arm and an leg for everything else; did not fix my AC. I called back and this Chris guy said I didn’t mention broken AC and asked for another $160 just for AC diagnosis. Even said he “takes great notes therefore he couldn’t have missed it”. Way to shift blame onto the customer! I was a loyal customers for 4 years because I bought my car here. Not anymore! Trust is broken. Bye bye Norm Reeves.

UPDATE: I called and spoke with the GM and he was very prompt in response and coordinated a check to be picked up. I think their response to it was handled very well, and efficiently. ** Be wary of selling car to dealer - Confirm all amounts ** I decided to sell my accord to this dealer, back in Jan/Feb. and it the most long drawn out process which involved constant follow-up on my end. I sold my 2018 accord, and the appraiser had sent my finance company the wrong pay-off amount which caused them to send me a separate check for the overage. Which is fine, but i had gone out of my way to call the appraiser myself and leave a voicemail confirming the amount. I also hadnt heard from them in a while, and had to follow-up myself. The appraiser did do a good job about calling back right away, but it wasnt without me calling first. Then the issue with the fact that you dont get the check without getting the title from the DMV first, which again, makes sense but it was a longer process for me because of an out of state issue. However, due to this, I had to constantly check in to see if the title had arrived because title = my payment. Finally, I called in today to see if the check was there yet but was informed that the title arrived on the appraisers day off and the check was being MAILED to me. When I had stated and been asked if i wanted it mailed or i can go to the dealership myself and pick up the check (I chose pick up myself) Again, I understand that this is the process but the appraiser said the check was mailed Monday but I hadnt received a single courtesy call saying 'Hey! Your check is on the way' and I don't know why the appraiser couldn't have made a note saying this customer requested a check to be picked up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have the time to constantly check in for yourself.

THEE place to buy a car, hands down. I submitted an online inquiry for a new 2020 Honda Civic, and had the fortune of working with Gabe Torres. I had my new car within 24 hours of submitting my inquiry! Gabe contacted me and I told him the budget I had in mind with the features I was looking for. He got the exact vehicle washed and ready for me to pickup and made my budget work out perfectly. I stopped by the following day and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. This was my 3rd car purchase and I was initially very hesitant to buy another one because I had been badly hoodwinked at both Toyota and Nissan. Toyota bait and switched me and didn't give me a car with a backup camera, and Nissan gave me a lemon which I had to sell. As you can imagine my anxiety to go for a 3rd try, but with Gabe helping me 3rd time was the charm! He was also super nice and respectful about me saying a quick prayer for my 3rd car purchase (as you can tell I was very superstitious and wanted this car to be THE one LOL). I've had the car for about a month now and I can't imagine my life without heated seats and the LaneWatch camera. I'm so thankful for my quick and hassle free experience. The sales person Kunaal was professional, polite, and made me feel he was trying to help me out. Bob, the finance manager was great! He really went above and beyond for me with a certain request. While going over the paper work process he made sure I understood everything and explained in detail. I highly recommend anyone to go into this dealer and request to work with these two.

Unreliable phone line. I kept calling all week about 30 times each day hoping to reach the finance department as my billing information is incorrect. After 5 consecutive days of trying to call I have not been able to get a hold of the department. Even left voicemails and have not been contacted back. Also spoke to operator who kept redirecting me to finance where no one picked up.

They were all very helpful including Mo from finances, had a very positive attitude. Johnny and Ricardo also were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. And helped me with anything I needed. Thanks guys!

Amazing experience from start to finish! I was nervous about what I was going to encounter (based on bad experiences at other dealerships) but I was pleasantly surprised! I had heard good things about Norm Reeves Honda, but the quality of service and relaxed atmosphere blew me away! Extremely disappointed in Honda and the Norm Reeves Superstore. I dropped my Honda off after it broke down on the side of the road. I filled out the drop off form, talked with a service assistant, and left my keys on the dash, as instructed. It was busy, so I understood it would take a while until my car was looked at. I was reluctant to take my car here, as dealerships are KNOWN to overprice their parts and services. But, I needed the care and excellence I thought only dealerships could provide. Four days later and I had not received a single call. Twice I inquired, over the phone, what the status of my car was. Both times I was told my car was being worked on and the mechanics assigned to it would give me a call. Enough was enough. I drove to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore to find my car sitting in a new parking spot, unlocked, with my keys on the dash. After talking to a service advisor, Anthony, we realized my car was never processed and was sitting unattended for four days. I am appalled at the lack of care. If the car was able to start, I wouldn’t have been surprised if a stranger drove off the lot with it. The assurances by service representatives over the phone that my car was at Norm Reeves AND being worked on were baseless. There was no accountability for my vehicle nor responsibility toward me as a customer. The only reason I am giving two stars is out of optimism. The Honda brand has always been strong and Anthony assured me that my car would be taken care thoroughly and quickly. I will likely update the review to one star after I see the exorbitant bill dealerships are known for.

Happy with Armando Garcia and with Norm Reeves in general. Armando greeted us pleasantly without being overbearing during the whole process. The pricing was fair and straightforward. We didn’t waste anytime getting paperwork done or about costs. I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership than here. Highly recommend everyone to ask for Armando, sweet and honest! Carlos Garcia was very helpful in getting me set up with the exact model I wanted for a good deal, even with me being a first time buyer with no credit. He was very transparent and patient as I made calls to my trusted sources and did research through the process. It took some time but was more than worth it and I definitely recommend asking for Carlos Garcia. He is very sincere, thorough, and won't mislead you into anything you don't want or can't afford. Got the grey Honda Clarity back in 3/14/21, several dents as pictured, tree sap, several areas to the point that they had to send it to the shop for a week. I spoke to the general manager Mr. Balouev and he told me I would get a rental that this didn't reflect their business model, I go over and I get the blue civic as pictured, still with the dollar signs, a used mask in the passenger side and expired temporary tags that expired in January. (this happened Mid March) so I took it and just took some pictures for my record. Then I go pick up my car and now the finance department, Mr. J. Dababneh, calls me, texts me and emails me to go signed a new contract because they "messed up" the original contract, I was like really, how do you messed up a contract? I was busy so I had him overnight me the document and I returned April 12th (yeah almost a month since I got my car and they still didn't have the right paperwork). Fast-forward to today, 2.5 months later I still have not received anything from Honda, no statement, no account reported to my credit report, no license plates, NOTHING! I texted, emailed, and left voicemail to the finance guy Mr. Dababneh, and NOTHING. I emailed the general manager and NOTHING, so I decided to share my experience with people because this does not reflect their rating on this site. I just cannot believe how inept they can be and it's frustrating when you have to be dealing with all of this when this dealer is the one that messed everything up from the beginning. I've leased 5 cars from them and referred 3 people to them already, will NEVER do business with them again and I will update how long this guy's take to fix this problem. I'm also filing a complaint to Honda and this dealer. Thank you for reading my post and please take your business somewhere else, definitely don't deserve your or my business.

I thought the team - from the online sales manager on down to the guys detailing my vehicle - were very professional, courteous and were good at what they did. That said, they could improve a bit on being more up front and communicate the ETA on when things are to be done. A good experience.

I have been trying to get issues resolved with this dealership since 3/21. I have left voicemails for the GM down. No one ever returns a call. Super frustrating. When I have reached a live person they promise to return the call and never do. I just today filed a complaint with Honda America after failing to reach a live person via phone at the dealership again. Maybe I might get a call back now. Worst experience ever!

I went for Oil Change but end up in changing the Transmission fluid for $139 without tax and whey they are delivering the car - Service Consultant( Brandon Hanson) said Transmission fluid cap missing but still filled the oil. I came home and checked my previous history of receipt where Transmission fluid change price is around $50.35(Parts + Labor + oil) I really don't know why they charged me $89.60 extra, I really feels that I got cheated, He literally lied on to my face by placing $139 upfront during the initial estimate itself. Brandon said that -Fluid cap ordered and asked me to call back in 2 days to ensure they have the cap to place it, but I'm wondering do they really care about the fluid oil spill without the cap and are they going to refill the fluid again before placing the cap?

I was looking for a specific car that I had seen online. I spoke with Jimmy Teng in sales and he confirmed it’s availability. When I arrived, Jimmy showed me the car immediately and sent me out on a test drive. I loved the car. He immediately returned with my trade in value and we got the paperwork going. Norm Reeves Honda gave me a great surprise with how much they offered for my 2015 Jeep! Jimmy did a great job handling the sale. I was handed over to finance, where Gabe finished the paperwork and found me an unexpectedly low APR. He made all the numbers work and was great to talk to. All in all, I was there for 2 1/2 hours, not a long 6 hour day of haggling and frustration. This was a very comfortable and quick experience and I’ll be back when the time comes.

Had a terrible buying experience. Waited almost two hours after buying the car to drive off. This was after I had already signed. The car was not fueled up or cleaned. The sales person was more concerned about his next customer rather than finishing up my buying experience. Manager doesn’t seem to have people skills, only engaged with customers when debating the pricing. Compared to other Honda dealerships and American car dealership this has to he the worst level of service I have ever had. I’m sure then would be even more successful if they actually cared about their customers and the full buying experience.

The service was fine. Staff were pleasant and explained what type of inspections would be conducted at that particular service. Of course they suggested some additional inspections which were not necessary in order to generate more revenue. Pretty standard for most dealerships. They did not press however and took care of what was needed. We had to call to find out that the car was done since they didn’t call us, which they said they would. Overall the experience was satisfactory.

Norm Reeves Honda has been so consistent with service that this is my third time purchasing a car from them. This time around a gentleman named Kunaal Sharma assisted me along with the process. He was very straight forward and transparent and welcoming. I was very indecisive on the two models I was considering and he went into the specs of both models to help me make my decision.
