My favorite thing about this place is when I came to try and get a loan, I was informed that the UCMJ action against me was preventing me from obtaining a loan. When I informed them that the situation had been cleared up, I was informed by the underwriter that in order for me to get a loan I would have to get my rank bank… Even though the UCMJ action was no longer the issue. But I guess getting rank back is standard policy to obtain a loan.

By far the best customer service that I have ever experienced. During my 5 years of Human Resources I'd like to say that they set a very high standard when it comes to taking care of customers and allowing them to feel at home, welcomed, and appreciated. There is a great team out here at Fort Campbell location! Erica and Jessica established a great impression by leading from the front! Thank you!!

Omni Financial has great customer service, very informative service as well. I feel welcomed every time. Erica has always helped me from the first time I came in to now. Hailie helped make out my loan and always informs me about all or any changes. Thank you Omni!

The Customer Service at Omni Financial was amazing. I personally worked with Angelica and Laurel and they both were very patient and helpful with the process. Laurel and Angelica both did all they could to help me get approved and that the process was as easy as possible!!

I have been doing business with Omni for the simple reason that they know what they are talking about. The processing of the Loan with Ana was clear and concise. And the customer service provided from Erica and the team was outstanding. As a military service member, I would not recommend anywhere else.

Laura Freeman was very friendly over the phone and in person when she contacted me about refinancing. Janissia Mills was very speedy at getting my account put in quickly and approved within hours. Great experience.

Amazing group ever!! I have worked with previous employees at Omni and they never compared to how great these people are. They are all very friendly and are extremely knowledgeable of their job. The Clarksville location has great customer services rep. Erica Frantz, she is precise and gets the job done. If you need any help make sure to pick her. You are in and out when it comes to her. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I needed a loan as quick as possible...trying from all other sources proved fertile in till I heard of Omni.To be honest it was relieving to receive a message after 3days I was approved. I came here for a quick loan for a family emergency, Angelica was quick and professional in reaching back to me to help start my process. After getting approved Erica was knowledgeable and kind when helping me walk through the steps and getting me on my way to take care of family business. After starting the process it was only a one day turnaround and I was in and out of the office within minutes. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience working with both Jessica & Erica. Will most definitely recommend to anyone in the military that is needing money quickly. Only waited 2 days, and was immediately notified that I had gotten approved & could come in the same day. Will most definitely come back here, if I ever need the help again. Went in for an emergency loan that I really needed, got attended really quick and got helped even though they were minutes to closing. I got approved the very next day because it was late at night to send up but went back the next day and Hailie was very kind to help with issues I had with my account. This is a great company. I First went to mariner financial and they gave me a high interest rate. OMNI was very fast and made the whole process easy. Jessica helped me up front and she made everything easy as well. When my loan was approved Erica helped me and got me in and out. They are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a loan. especially in the military.

So as a long time customer of the Clarksville TN office I would have to say I’ve had nothing but amazing visits coming out to this office the staff are very welcoming friendly and professional it’s one of the reasons I love coming back but one thing I noticed on this last visit was that they wasn’t able to play any music and that was something that I miss it was a big part of the comforting an relaxing vibe that they had I really think you guys should bring that back it seems really quiet in there and it just throws it off I think

Upon arrival I was initially greeted my Eva who was very professional and helpful, she also called to notify me that I was approved and that I could come in when I had time to receive my funds. Laura was the rep that help me in the beginning process of doing the application which was very helpful; when I arrived to close I was once again greeted by Eva with a welcoming smile and once I began the closing process Eva and Laura were more than helpful and thorough with the process Great Customer Service and Great at what they do!!!!

The ladies here are absolutely amazing. Over the phone Erica and Angelica were absolutely professional and always cheerful. Candace prepared my documents and was extremely helpful, while Karla worked my loan with the upmost urgency and accuracy. Erica took all my information and ensuring I understood the process while Angelica walked the approval with me, ensuring that I had time to fully read each document page of the approval and explaining any questions I had. Mrs. Mills and Mrs. Hailie were very professional and helped me paid very past. I was approved within 6 hours and the next day, I was paid the very next. I highly recommend them to any military personnel to receive a loan and would always go to them if I ever need a loan. P.S. they also help build your credit.

My loan was approved pretty fast and stuff. Lobby could use a popcorn machine but it's cool that they didn't have one. Ask for Angelica or Erica, they were pretty okay and stuff, polite yeah. Good parking. One of the ladies owned a Honda SI and I thought that was cool.

This review is of my application and receiving of my loan of 1152 dollars. Erica Frantz was very understanding of my situation and incredibly helpful in this proses in all aspects. She helped me start to finish including printing out documents and navigating to find then as well as explaining in detail all the fine print and all the information in my agreement with Omni. when I had a question she was quick with a great solution and was more then willing to assist me with it all. she made this proses witch for me at first seemed impossible seem like a breeze she easily made my day getting me approved for my loan in under 2 hours. I came in on my lunch break being the only time I had to apply and she stayed with me and made sure if I needed help or had a question that I got an answer always with a happy to do her job attitude. one of the best ladies at the Clarcks ille office!

Since we came before they closed we had to wait till the next day but we got approved for the full amount we wanted and our monthly payments are right in the range we needed.
