The ladies at oportun were extremely helpful and professional. Adriana finalized my loan and was very sweet and thorough with all the details. I highly recommend this company if you need cash and have a fair credit score. Most of the payment money goes towards the loan itself. For instance, I have fair credit and was approved for $2500 which is what I wanted. I make a $91 payment twice a month. $75.81 goes to the principal and $15.19 goes towards the interest of each payment. I'm not a loan specialist but I think it's a good deal. And the customer service is outstanding!!

Applied 8 days ago provided all my documentation no one has communicated with me at all in regards to the status. I have checked online and called multiple times and the answer is it is under review. UNACCEPTABLE! When I ask to speak to a manager they hang up on me.
