I have loved this ever since I first got my loan last year. My experience has been amazing, customer service has been amazing, when I needed to update my payment info, they were very understanding and nice about it over the phone. Overall very very satisfied. Not to mention how quickly the funds are available in your account once you’re approved. definitely recommend.

OppLoans is an amazing company. My credit is not that great but they were able to approve me for a significant loan when no other company would. The application process is quick and easy and the customer service team is amazing and always willing to help. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a personal loan. This is my first time using OppLoans. I requested a loan a few short days ago and the money ($2,000) was in my account this morning. The interest rate is HUGE, but that is expected. I believe I will have to pay back roughly $1,500 more than I borrowed, but that of course, is over time. Forty payments to be exact. If you're in a bind and need money right away (2 days or so), this is the way to go, just be sure it's worth paying all that money in interest. I can't say anything bad about the company as this is my first interaction with them, but they seem to be on the up and up and legit. I've not had any issues so far. The language in the contract is straightforward and doesn't seem to be a scam operation. I gave only the four stars due to the interest rate. Maybe the rate is so high for first time customers (may go down after loan repayment...) or, could just be my credit...IDK.

Quick, Fast, and easy. I had the money in my account the very next morning. Applying is easy and doesn’t take long for approval like other loans. It’s actually amazing how fast you can get money from this company. No hassle; I would recommend.

Was approved for a loan. Money was deposited into the wrong account even after telling them it was the wrong account number and them correcting it. I was told the bank had to send the money back and then resign the contract. I was never notified when the money was returned and did not get the new contract. They then proceeded to tell me they could not reopen my contract even though I was approved the first time. They denied me for the loan after being approved. If you choose this way make sure your account number is correct. But I would not recommend!

My experience was really good. It took two applications but that was an error on my end. With my overall experience l have no complaints. The process was simple. As long as you have the documents you are good to go.

They make getting a loan easy and set your payments to your pay schedule so you never have to worry. I was able to build my credit keeping my account open with refinancing which is always super easy. The staff is super friendly everytime they call as well which is nice.

Got all my info and was even setting up direct payment with my bank, Gave them the info of my 2 main accounts. They had me sign all paperwork online and made me belive I was getting the loan then denied me. I make more than enough to pay it back, and was never given a reason for being denied!

Recieved a loan from them 2 years ago. Didnt miss a payment not was I late. Verified $4800 per month income.... I am taking these loans to simply build credit... the process to be approved a second time is insane. Uploaded everything they requested and still they want more. Same job, same condo, making more money... crazy that you would let me walk today. I'll get a better rate else where. Thanks

I appreciated that opploans was there when I need the extra funds but I gave it 4 stars because the interest is what bothers me BUT I need the $$ very badly at the time. If the interest was lower they would have received 5 stars. They are attentive and fast and very helpful.

Very easy qualifying, fast funding to your bank account, if you're okay with the overall cost of the loan, which is a bit high. But, they initially approved me when others would not. But again, with the fees and high interest rate, only use them if you're really in a pinch. So, it's an option I know I always have if I REALLY need them.

Very easy to apply get your approval/disapproval in the same day. I've had no problem with customer service they were very nice and professional when I called to ask a question. I refinanced my loan and was approved

Easy to apply and be approved. However, if you manually make a payment a few days prior to the date of the scheduled auto draft payment, they will STILL TAKE THAT SCHEDULED PAYMENT AS WELL. Nowhere on the payment page, of their web site, does it state that your manual payment is being applied to the principal, and not to the actual monthly payment, itself. Don't expect any recourse, either, other than, "we'll apply that payment to your following month's payment", because at this point, I simply do not trust them. In one month, I will update this review accordingly.

Getting the loan was easy. Once verified money was deposited. Easy payments and you can refinance with the equity if you need too. I have had pleasant experience with Opploans.

Approval was quick and easy. Are the rates high? YES! However, when you need help, desperate times call for desperate measures. I can pay it back little by little and i got the money i needed within 24 hours. I honestly hope i dont have to use them again but if im ever in a pickle, i sure will!

Probably a scam! Applied before got denied, received a pre approved letter in the mail today for $500-$4000 but yet still get denied, more than likely because I chose to opt out of receiving automated calls. Will not be re attempting to do any buisness with this company. Would not recommend them.

When I recieved the loan the process took minutes to get approved that was in February. So they kept emailing me and sending refinance letters I ignored them all. The I decided that I would like to refinance that process took over a week they said they approved it and then when I didnt hear back I called and they said I was denied. I find it interesting because it says there are two criteria to be approved. Never missing a payment and that you have paid at least 400.00. That is a complete lie. I paid more then half off and they couldnt give a reason for approving the refinance and then denying it. I cant wait to pay this off. Unbelievable thanks for nothing Opploan customer service department. Please stop telling lies to good people.

Opploans Is refusing to connect me to a supervisor after telling me my account can’t be cancelled even though the money has not been sent through according to my account nor has it hit my bank account. The contract clearly stated I could cancel no issue as long as I gave plenty of time…they are now breaking a legal contract.

After their bank verification was completed, I had to do it again, and the system wouldn't work. So, after 3 attempts to call and leaving a call back request, never honored, I am told to send copies of bank documents and proof of income. Proof of income was in the bank documents. Then I was told they needed proof the income was mine, like I'm stealing someone else's income. So, I send proof, of income, the very next day I was rejected for taking too long to, my application expired. This place is a waste of your time.

Well, the interest rate is not what I was looking for, but they treat you decently and respectfully. They are quick in their response to you and accommodating. This is the second time I borrowed money and I'll probably do it in future if I need to.

Iam approved for 1700 but the application didn’t say what type of routing number I needed so with that my loan has been sent back to be reissued for next tues. I was relying on those funds. But Evelyn was gracious enough to help me the manager on duty. Please be more specific on the application process so this doesn’t happen to outhersclike me. But overall very pleased

I've used OppLoans for emergency needs and my experience is always pleasant. Art was exceptionally patient, kind and went over and beyond to walk me through a refinance process. He explained everything to me to ensure I was ready for the decision. Make sure to ask questions in regards to your monthly payments and loan terms. The APR is VERY high, so I do not suggest to go this route if you are not 1000% sure you can fulfill the loan term. Amazing for emergency funds, especially if you know you have income on the way to pay off the loan before the length of the loan term to avoid some of the interest.

I don't have the best credit but was still able to get approved for a loan that was double what I needed. I only borrowed what I needed but the experience was good. Had the money in my account the next morning. Next time I'm in a bind and need cash I'll definitely be coming back here.

OppLoans application process was pretty straightforward, quick and simple. I applied late in the evening and received my approval late the next morning and was funded a few hours later. Other loan sites offered me smaller loans at higher interest rates. OppLoans is still high, yet still far better than the other guys.

I’m trying to rebuild my credit and this company gave me a good credit amount with a decent interest rate. It’s still high of course but way lower than other companies out there that are not conciderate and take advantage of your situation. I recommend it I’m glad I didn’t throw away the offer I received by mail.

Very easy to apply and very quick response. Fast email notices of status of the loan. The money goes out as promised. I talked to the staff and they are very friendly. The time to get the money depends on the bank the money is sent to. I've slowly improved my credit and have used OppLoans twice with zero problems.

Their customer service is so appalling they may as well do without, they'd honestly get better results. Their systems and process is more than wrong. I paid the balance of my loan 8 days before the next payment was scheduled. 8 days later, another full payment was withdrawn. A day later I finally got an email saying my loan was considered paid by they also showed where they charged $2.09 on a $0 balance. Sending them an email gets a generic "Please call us back" response, completely ignoring the fact that if that were even possible I wouldn't have sent them an email to begin with. But to get results, I put my job in jeopardy to call them only to get scripted lip service from someone who didn't actually speak English, never mind understand. Maybe I missed some clause in the lengthy contract where it says: "We don't care about integrity or good business practice, we're a bunch of pirates and we're gonna steal as much as we possibly can."

Absolutely horrible it seems that their customer service department is not trained how to take in information and properly enter it in the database I took out a loan with them because I was in a pinch and gave them my banking information only for them to not enter my banking information to begin with correctly so the funds that they were supposed to send me got rejected the first time then I got it all straightened out got my funds from them and then for some reason when they went to withdraw the monthly payments they did not have the correct routing or banking information on file?? Then I called them up and gave them the information once again and they were able to withdraw the money the next couple times then they were unable to withdraw it yet again saying that the information was incorrect. Meanwhile they did not take responsibility for these unfortunate events and actually dinged my credit as a late pay I eventually gave up and just went with Wright-Patt credit Union who gladly paid off the loan and gave me a lower interest rate I won't ever do business with this company again also be aware they told me my interest rate was only going to be 5% and reviewing the contract it was actually 98% interest

I was hesitant at first, after being turned down for personal loans, I didn't want any more dings on my credit. I gave it one more shot and OppLoans approved me! Quick easy way to secure a loan in an emergency. Be aware that the interest rate is extremely high so this is not something you should use as a long term option. Pay it off as quickly as possible as the interest can often get close to double the total loan amount.

So I applied for a loan 2 days ago had to keep signing papers total of 3 times now it's noon 3 days after applying was approved at 2:30 yesterday and still waiting for money to go into account

Awesome loan company! I applied on Sunday and had the money in my account by Tuesday morning! The APR is really high but they give you the option to pay it off early with no penalties! If your credit isn’t good this is a viable option.

To get the loan was a easy process and I’ve been paying faithfully but I’m steady get hits to my credit like I’ve just applied for the loan and I’ve gotten the loan in Oct 2021 and I’ve called them several times about this and also about my payback amount it’s like a thirty dollar difference than what the calculator is saying I got the loan to try and build credit but I so regret it everything that looks good ain’t good and the person I’ve spoken with is a foreign man and he got a attitude because I was questioning him about what I was seeing and he couldn’t answer me as of why it was happening so I reported to my creditor as fraud and also to the Better Bureau Buisness because there is no reason that they still should be running credit checks on me so disappointed I will never get another loan from them ever again

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never paid late and have been ruining my credit report. I have tried to dispute for almost a year now and their customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

It was very easy to apply an the cash was in the account in no time I wish I had known about them along time ago an the payment plan is affordable too.

I specifically told them that I was looking for same day deposit and if they could not deliver then I had no need for more debt. They assured me that it would be deposited that day, in the afternoon. It wasn't. All the hoops I had to jump through for the pleasure of exposing my private data to yet another possible breaching point just to be told something they couldn't deliver upon. If you need funding, use a lender that does what they say they will do. Not these people.

This company claim they work with all credit types with approvals of their services to customers of 97%. This is very false adverstisement. I receive pre-approvals in the mail all the time. I am more appalled when I was given the impression I was approved with a contract sent to my email address with the details showing the entirity of the contract of when the payments would start, how much they would be, etc. So full of bologna. Because I have my direct deposit going in 2 different banks, I am then sent a message thru the app, not an email, I was denied. I was told by one rep, "most customers have their money going to separate banks and your proof of how your pay is distribute is shown on your uploaded paystub., and advised, it was not a problem. Well, they are full of lies. I am in the processs of submitting a complaint to the BBB for it False representation and impression it gives to customers who are in a bind and need the emergency funds. If I could rate it a zero, I would, but the system will not allow you to.

Money takes way to long to post. Interest is high. I was denied. Then I get a text saying I was approved. Tried to call to let then know I was denied and didn't want the loan for 2,000 but they stated nothing they can do except tell me pay it all back within 5 days. The loan should post tomorrow. I'm still waiting for the money to post to send it back to them going on day three still no money has posted.

Opp loans is a great place to get a loan they give you a amount you can borrow you don't have to take the whole amount at one time but if you need it later on you can apply and get the rest of it at a later time and the payment's are not bad at all!!!

Pretty good customer service, and easy to work with. The only bad thing is the super high interest rate. No matter how many times you use them, the rates stay about the same. Super high payments are the results... other than that not a bad company to use if you have the money for the payments.

This company operated illegally in DC. They were sued by Washington DC's Attorney General in November 2021 for operating as a Pay Day Loan Business and preying on consumers by giving them high interest rates above 160%. They ruined my credit

I liked how professional, helpful, and thorough Opp Loans was. The system was user-friendly and easy to understand. The only thing I would change is the processing time. If it was same day approval and deposits, I would have given the company 5 stars. I needed the money same day but once received I was still able to take care of my obligations within a timely manner.

Discriminatory toward the deaf. I received many notices in the mail that I was pre-approved, so I decided to try for a loan. I was approved for $2000, but the process afterwards was extremely discriminatory toward the deaf. I had to call in, but their recording consistently hung up on me. It did not seem to like TTY/relay services. There was no way to get in touch with a live person for their verification process. A customer service agent, Jackie Greene, reached out to me, but she was beyond unprofessional and (pardon the pun) turned a deaf ear to my complaint that their recording system was not deaf friendly. After weeks, my loan offer expired and it said I was no longer eligible. This really was not my fault as OppLoans refused to communicate via any other method other than the phone. Most other companies I've dealt with are fine with email. Ms. Green finally had an agent, Evelyn, reach out to me via IP relay. However, after confirming my bank verification (which Evelyn said was the only thing needed to proceed with the loan), Evelyn suddenly had many more questions for me and with the call going on for almost an hour, I proceeded to hang up and re-do Plaid verification as requested by Evelyn. This clearly showed my deposits were indeed what I said, but the loan wouldn't proceed further without another call. In the end, my loan expired again and now I get rejected when trying to apply again. It seriously seems like Jackie and the other at OppLoans wanted to run the clock and make sure I got denied and couldn't apply again. If you are deaf, please stay away from this company. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (that they've pretty much ignored). I just want others to know how ugly of a company OppFi is to not accommodate a disabled person and actively go out of their way to make sure they aren't give a fair chance to apply for a much needed emergency loan.

Unfortunately, these kind of loans are costly, as far as interest is concerned. BUT.. they are on top of things. The application is basic information and their site is user friendly. Once approved, the money is generally deposited within 24 hours. They also report to the credit bureaus which helps in building or rebuilding your credit. Everything is in black and white! You know what you're borrowing, paying back, weekly payments- which are affordable & it's all spelled out.

The refinance program need to be more honestly. It’s a matter of getting you into another new loan with a higher APR and longer term , Do not do it , that’s my honest advice .

Ive had a personal loan through OppLoans for a little over a year now. They granted me a loan when my credit was not the best, and because of the autopay setup based on when I got paid, it made it easy to never be late, which helped build my credit. While the interest was a bit high, it was still doable with what I made. I recently decided to consolidate some of debt, with a much lower interest rate. As much as I hated to end a long standing loan, I needed more flexibility with my finances. Even though OppLoans does offer refinancing, the rate was just a bit high and not much in savings. So I paid them off, but ran into an issue where they accidently charged me twice. Which put my bank into the negative. I was very angry, but the staff at OppLoans did everything they could to rectify the situation. They offered to pay for any charges that may occur when the charges finally posted. They were quick to reassure me that it was their mistake and they would fix it, as quick and as best they could. I even got calls from them to check in on the situation. While I am leaving them for now, they have proven to be a worthy loan company. Atleast willing to go the extra mile when they make a mistake. The customer service was top notch. My only real complaint - they need better wait music.

extreme frustration even going through the application process. their website kept throwing up error messages telling me my banking info was incorrect, and for christs sake why do they need to know my actual bank sign in info???? they have absolutely no need to have that info. furthermore once logged in, and going through hoop after hoop and chat not working on their end, glitches in the web site, oopsy, declined. oddly enough, was accepted at 7 other lending sites. great research project for the piece i needed though

This most recent experience will be my third time using OPPLoans. I highly recommend it. Of course, it is an expensive form of credit as they warn if you follow their plan to pay back. However you can pay off your balance if needed to save some money. This recent transaction however I had a slight issue with getting my application to go through, even though I have used it before and never missed a payment, and paid off early. They weren't denying my application, but resetting it. I finally called and it was because they saw a Direct Deposit and a second one from my job that they questioned. Instead of calling me, they reset my application with no email explanation or phone call. A phone call to clear up the confusion would have gotten me the money faster. However, this was a very small issue. Otherwise, their site is easy to navigate and their team is quick and fast to get things fixed or accomplished.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have applied a lot over the last 2 years but I cannot even get approved with proper documentation and a 620 credit score plus exceptional payment history on both of my credit cards, but I know people with a credit score 540 and lower cannot get approved for credit cards but got approved for OppLoans. I also get preapproved offers. It really is disappointing and the people with the lower credit score get paid weekly just like I do.

The interest rate is pretty high, but they tell you that from the start. Vert easy application process. I've used them twice now. My advice is to pay the loan off early, the payments are pretty big, but I will use them again and I recommend Opploans to everyone in need of a personal loan.

Beware! Opp loans will not work with you to change your pay schedule without a check a check stub to provide them if you run into unexpected life changes. I currently went out of work due to health reasons so no check stub to provide them and needed to change to the pay schedule to once a month instead of bi weekly because I have supplemental income. I paid my first loan off with Opp loans and this the thanks I get. They want you to fill out the hardship paperwork which will cause you to pay out more in fees and interest. I do not recommend Opp loans be careful on those 5 star reviews they don't tell everything.

I've borrow 875$ in August Eveyday 2 wks I pay them 78$ from August until now its October... they said even if I pay that 78$ or not everyday they add 3.99 for interest. The 78$ I pay the split it in half 46$ for interest and the rest for principals.. from August that I paid 78$ every two weeks plus the 3.99 of daily interest they said that the remaining balance I got to pay theme is 749$🤔 ... when u call them and ask them to talk to a manager they don't wanna talk to a manager ... I asked them show me where in the contract says I have to pay a daily interest. .. they don't wanna show it.. it's it's fraud! Scheme..

They are very easy to use and vey helpful, matter of fact I just refinanced my current loan on 6/28 & the funds were in my account this morning 6/30. Awesome company, will always recommend them!

OppLoans helped me when I needed financial help because I could not get a small loan of $1,000 anywhere else. Their interest rate is exceptionally high - well over 45% and you have to pay every 2 weeks. I sometimes felt they take advantage of the financial problem people have. Their cash return on what is borrowed is well over triple the amount in 6 months (If you borrow $500 they get almost $2,000 back) so it is best to try your hardest to pay it back in a very short amount of time.

Sent me a letter saying I was preapproved but when I tried to fill out the application it kept not working for me and when it finally did it say I was denied even though the letter says preapproved. Tried calling to figure out why that happened and they where no help at all.

Very fast and reliable. BASED ON CREDIT report/history people don't get the amount that they need from the lenders but at least they help with something, so be grateful for that.

This is a very good option for "short/or you make your own terms" type of payback. Its higher percentage, but it allows you to pay off earlier, and if that is the case - your pay off is not as high as the original contract - so you have options. With everything going on the way it has this past year, its a great option to have. Would've gotten 5 *, but I'm still old school, and that bit about bank verification was stressful for me. Bottom line, I'm glad, and appreciate you're being there for me.

The first time I applied everything went smoothly, every payment was paid on time never missed, until it was paid off. Couple months later I applied again. Then they denied me said unable to verify applicant! Bothered me because I thought we built a good relationship together

I applied and was approved for a loan with OppLoans. I had a typo in my bank account number and called to correct it, the representative I spoke with told me it would be about 1-5 business days before the money was sent back to OppLoans and I would have to verify my bank information again then. After 5 business days I re-verified my account info and was denied for the same loan I was approved for just over a week earlier. I am in a serious financial bind right now and was depending on that money and spent a week expecting to get it once my bank account info was corrected now I can’t do anything but wait to re-apply in 30 days, which will never happen. Never doing business with OppLoans again. If I could give less than 0 stars, I would.

Fantastic customer service from everyone there. Took very little time and hardly any paperwork on my end. Rates are higher than your conventional brick and mortar banks but for the convenience of it all its worth it.

I received a quick response to my application and the money was available in my account by the next business day. I have borrowed with Opploan before and had a pleasant experience. It fast easy and reliable the only thing us they kunda tell you how much your getting even if its more than what you really wanted. I couldnt find anywhere to change the amount wanted so had to go with what they said.

While on the phone with Courtney, she has display a level of professional I have not experienced in a couple of months. I would call places and get a literal headache. But with Mrs. Courtney I understood everything she was explaining with no issue. Excellent customer service representative.

They offer great rates but they dont want to give me the amount i need. I wanted 3k. They only gave me 1500, and claim the amount given is based on how much im paid. But i make 2k - 2500 a month! Thats not enough for a 3k loan? So i would need to make 4k - 5k per month for a 3000$ loan?! Thats ridiculous!

I had an issue with repaying my loan due to COVID. She, the rep., was very helpful and was able to defer a payment without any problems. This is not my first loan with them and it wont be my last.

The service is outstanding and they really get you the money fast when you need it.

I took out a loan with this company back in November, it is not February and I have scheduled a payment to pay it off in full. In my contract underneath my scheduled payments on the first page there is a statement that says verbatim "Prepayment: you may pay your loan early without any prepayment penalty - and you may be entitled to a refund of part of the finance charge." That is ALL it says in that section, there is no asterisk, no see below, no nothing. So I take that statement as it is and I send them an email asking how I go about receiving that partial refund of the finance charge considering I've only kept the loan about 4 months. They respond and tell me to call their customer service number, so I call them and tell them and they have no idea what I'm talking about so I tell them I have screenshots of my contract showing this statement. They tell me to send the screenshot to the email support, so I send them the screenshot and they tell me to call. So I call AGAIN and this time I am told that it only applies if the loan is paid off within 10 days! I am furious because nowhere in my contract does it say that. How am I as the consumer supposed to know that statement meant if paid off within 10 days?? They have said there's nothing they can do so I filed a complaint with the better business bureau to resolve my issue.

Got "Pre-approved" status letter with offer code to apply. Applied and promptly got declined. It's a scam. They also took a bunch of my personal information and dinged my credit. SCAM. STAY AWAY. THE 4.9 RATING SCORE IS B.S.

Courtney was amazing!! It was like talking to a friend of mine for years! She was attentive, resolved my call, patient, knowledgeable, Professional, polite and engaging! She set the proper expectations regarding my loan and asked if I had any other questions at the end. If she isn’t working on your executive customer care team she should be or at minimum she should be training other reps! If I could have her work at my companies contact center we’d take her in a heartbeat!

Don’t like getting Pay Day Loans, but they are helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Always there in a pinch.

My experience with OppLoans has been great! Got my money within a couple hours. Whole application process only took about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend if you're in need of money in a short time. Obviously I wish the APR was lower but I've seen worse. If you are in a bind, this is a good choice. If APR was lower I would re-loan. Even with my great experience, unless I desperately needed to, I wouldn't re-loan ONLY because of the APR. There are other options out there with lower APR. I would have gave 5 stars if it were lower.

I used this service for when I needed the funds and the process was simple and easy. Not necessarily the best for a loan but it was best for when it was needed. Tracy who helped me get my final payoff was amazing with her customer service. Being in CS field myself, I greatly appreciated her.

One of the easiest loans to secure. They explain all fees up front and they offer additional services for financial assistance as well. I am very pleased with this company. The APR is really high and there's no prepayment penalty which is awesome! I would recommend this to everyone needing a loan.

I was super hesitant at first because I've never done a loan online & didn't want to get scammed. But plot twist.. SUPER thankful I came across OppLoans! 3/15/22 I went to OppLoans yesterday to apply for a small loan & was approved within minutes & the funds were deposited into my account this morning. It was so easy that I was shocked, but very happy! I am definitely happy with my decision. I will update later with more information about repayment & things I haven't experienced with OppLoans yet.

OppLoans is very efficient and very fast. I requested funds about 2pm on a Thursday and by Friday the loan was already in my account. Very thankful to them as I had a family emergency and they really helped me out in a short amount of time.

My first loan went great so I thought of them when I got into a pinch last week and needed funds this week. Made my application and tried to verify my bank, didn't work even though it sis last time, told top upload statements from the last 30 days, albeit I uploaded my most recent back statement but they notified me that i needed to cover 8 days that were missing, I took screenshots and uploaded them the same day. I never heard back. I call today and the operator on the line says he sees that they're there, he sees the last communication was on the same date it was uploaded, but tells me I now need to provide screens hots up to today. What?? Why was I backburned? The application was already under a manual review. Someone didn't do their job and now I need to accommodate them. I never made it out of the pinch by the way. "Thank you" to whoever messed up. 😒

Customer service is helpful and the process is straightforward and easy to navigate. The loan terms are incredibly high but that's the risk with bad credit. Though I didn't accept a loan because of the terms I would consider it in an emergency and would recommend to people I know.

5 stars hands down I didn’t have really good credit and I received a loan approval within minutes . They even tried to work with me once I lost my job due to CoVid unfortunately I can no longer get loans from them anymore because of the job loss and payments were late . But this is a great company .
