Went here hoping for an Nintendo switch, luckily they had one and, Johnathan (I believe) was super helpful and making sure I knew about it the small defect of the switch, and when I bought some game to go with he he was super nice and gave them at a small discount. Pawn 1 is amazing. I bought a ps3 about a week ago and when I got home the controller didn’t work right. Because I live about an hour away I was just today able to make it back to try and swap it out because I had also purchased the 60 day protection plan. When I arrived I noticed they didn’t have any extra controllers on the shelf they could exchange. The new employee first attempted to search for one online I could get in town for cheap with store credit for the one that was broken, but then instead of letting me leave empty handed, the newer employee and the manager(forgot to get there names) talked and then they grabbed a controller that belonged to another console waiting to be sold and even included an extra long charge cable. The mission was a success!! They went above and beyond to help me. I’m so thankful for the customer service the employee and manager provided and also the consideration they showed by putting themselves in my shoes and knowing where I was coming from. They were very friendly both times I have been in there always willing to work with me and I WILL be back. My first stop when I am in need of a pawn shop for sure!!!

This place was awesome, their customer service was phenomenal. My son bought his first gaming computer from them and they threw in so many extra's. It was a great experince and we will be going back.
