Went in and made a couple purchases, Ashley was so friendly, professional, and she is just hilarious. I’ve been in a few times before but this last time I saw her and she was great! Great addition to the team pawn central! Keep up the good work Ash!

Great bunch of people that work here. I have noticed more and more their positive impact on the community as well. All in all a great place to shop with fair prices and friendly staff. On the pawn and sell aspects things are just as good. I have used them for a fast loan a few times. I believe that I have always been given a fair deal. Would always recommend pawn central if you need a quick loan or looking for that special gift.

It is always a pleasure to work with this business. The employees always work hard to try and keep wait times to a minimum, even tho the lines can get long. They have also made their space more appealing by rearranging some of the layout of products and shelves. Employees are pleasant and it's nice to see the same faces among them. One of the best pawn shops I've ever been to, friendly staff and always something new to see. Good prices and easy layaway terms make getting what you want easy. Getting a loan or selling is super easy too and they try to make it as quick and painless as possible.

Excellent customer service 👍 Interesting selection of items covering all spectrums. I've always been treated fairly regarding prices (buying, selling or pawning). Justin Chaney always calls when there are items available that I might be interested in. Their layaway program is my favorite way to shop. Can't beat a small down payment and ten months to pay 👍

I absolutely love going here. Everyone is so friendly and know what they're talking about. Stay and look as long as I please with no hassle. Have never had a complaint. But.....the highlight of my visits are Nova. Ryan accuses me of spoiling her but I'm only keeping that trend going. He's the real culprit there! I just take her triple hamburgers. Such a sweet dog, well behaved and loves everyone. Would really miss her if she weren't there. (Or everyone at the store for that matter!) Thanks! Wow 🤩 very happy with the purchase and their price was very reasonable and cheaper than any other place. Drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up but it was worth it. customer service was excellent Justin Chaney was very professional and friendly plus the place is very nice and organized!!! Just a friendly heads up about an experience I had. If you get a loan, ONLY give them what is listed on your receipt! My expectation that I'd be able to pay off the loan and get the item back was incorrect. But even though I got a loan on ONLY my Nintendo Switch... but after I didn't pay the loan off... well it's sad to say, but even though I've been a customer there for years now, they kept the Nintendo Switch console obviously, but also my carrying case, console grip, headphones and even a physical game cartridge I'd left in the case as well. I was disappointed to say the least.

I drove an hour away to find 3 of the same things for my kids for Christmas. Not only did I get a better price than the pawn shop in my town but we walked away w 20 free games with them!! They offer $20 game credit for every console u buy! Boom my Christmas panic was gone.. the gal that helped up was super cool n very helpful n patient w me. They also have 15 DVDs for $10!! What?!?!! Yesterday, I was in a hurry and knew what I needed but I would like to go back soon so I can browse the store. I overheard a transaction being made whole I was looking at the DVDs, and honestly the folks that work here are genuinely nice people... Not to mention to coolest store mascot I've ever met! We will definitely be going back!!

I love going into pawn central when I can. Usually have great deals. I've had a few problems before with games and movies but they always have a fix to the situation. Since I’ve I first began going to these guys and till now still get great customer service and still the jokes which every business in my book needs to make their customers feel at home!!

Gotta go there at least once a week to see Chaney. When it's good, it's good ;)

Bought a laptop over the weekend thinking it would be a nice investment. Edge was coming off the casing, didnt run well enough for me and was told when purchasing it, if I didnt like it in 7 days I could return it. When I did a few days later they charged a fee to refund me. And this whole experience was my first time there. mid-June 15th, 2021

Prices are fair, easy to work with and great staff!

Had never been in here due to past experiences at pawn shops but this was a very different experience. Staff very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rich helped me finalize my purchase wit ease. Layaway program is awesome! 10 months no interest with only 10% down and on line payments. Will be back!!

We have never had a bad experience when we go into Pawn Central! We typically stop in to check out the video game selection which doesn't disappoint. Justin Chaney always has a smile on his face and is extremely helpful! Awesome person to deal with regardless of the purchase.
