Had a very nice experience at the Alamogordo location. Yolie was great! Very nice professional and personable. That girl was working her butt off to give everyone the best experience possible. All by working by herself. In my lowly opinion she needs a raise, a bonus, or some sort of monetary reward.

The staff was very professional and courteous to tending to everyone in a timely manner. Prior to visiting the Alamogordo branch I had called to gain information on what exactly was needed. Even During Covid-19 lockdown they did there best to maintain a high level of customer service! Definitely recommended if your looking for loan or information on any of the other services they offer!

The staff at Payment 1 Financial made me feel valued at a time when I was in a bind and didn't look so fabulous on paper. Their rates were lower than the other loan places in town and they were so very kind to me. They even called again the next day and thanked me for my business. I plan to pay the loan off early and I will know that I have help available if I'm in a bind again. Thanks so much.
