I understand people have bad days but please leave it at. The girl in the front couldn't answer one question I had there. The manager was very rude. We have been there many years. I will be be paying off my loan and not going back.

usually this is a great place! I have been using Payment1 for a few years. I highly recommend NOT doing any tax services with them though. Specifically Tammy. She is unmotivated, has no customer service, not knowledgeable about ANY of the tax process, doesn't know much about Payment1's policies and procedures. Tyka and Steffanie are awesome and have always done a great job. However now this new person, is a joke. She had the door locked at 5:15 even though they don't close until 6. she didn't want to work. she is lazy and unmotivated! she gave us the complete run around for hours. if you have to go to payment1 i would recommend not doing taxes through Tammy! BEWARE!!!!
