A great place for someone who’s trying to finance a car. It was my first experience with a dealership, or anything outside of private sale, Katie Rowland was so kind to help me through the entire process, everything she did for me, she did genuinely and I appreciate her help a lot, I’m young with a limited budget and she made it worth my while. Katie and George were very set on making sure I was going to be happy with what I took home and I am! Thank you Pierre Money Mart staff for great service, honesty and a nice new car I can rely on for an awesome price. I look forward to doing more business in the the future.

I applied last night, and within an hour or two I got a call to schedule an appointment to come in and take a look at some cars. not expecting at all to get a car, but with the help of Robby and a few other agents. I drove home with a very reliable and affordable car for myself. i’m very thankful for all that they did for me today because for the first time in a very very long time I am not afraid about my car breaking down anytime soon. they really made sure to take care of me, and when one car didn’t work out for me because it didn’t fit my budget they found a car that did and honestly I am so thankful!!

Great people to do business with. I had the pleasure of working with Katie on financing my new to me Chevrolet Volt and my experience was overall serendipitous! They’ll get you in a car that suits your needs and work out the payment plan in depth. All staff is knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward about your contracts. Very good.

Inquired online about a vehicle and Katie responded quickly and we set up an appointment to look at the car. the whole process was very streamlined and Katie was very easy to work with. Katie was great to work with and will definitely reach out to her for any future automotive needs

After applying online and being contacted by Peter from Pierre Money Mart, I drive 4 hrs to be totally scammed. I was assured by Peter I would be driving a truck home if I came in. I answered all his questions over the phone. I brought my W2 and most recent pay stub, which backed up the info stubs, gave him. When I arrived he immediately pawned me off on someone else. After approximately 25/30 minutes the final outcome was they didn't have anything I could get into. The gentleman that assisted me (Tom) felt bad that I had driven so far for nothing. Tom stated "if I had talked to you, I would have explained we couldn't help, I'm sorry you drive so far" . Peter never showed his face during the 30/45 minutes I was there, after seating me. I did happen to see him on my way out tho🤫😁🤫..... If you go to Pierre, stay away from Peter. Not to sure about Tom, he promised $100 for my fuel for my wasted 4 hour trip. Never saw that tho😏🤔😕

Janelle (the woman who looks like she got beat up in the face) was the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. I was supposed to meet with her to discuss financing and find a car. She immediately passed me off to her colleague who was very nice and helpful (ibrim I believe was his name the black gentleman). So they go to find a car and come back with the opposite of what I told them I was firm on so I tell her I’m not test driving the car I didn’t ask for. She then says “your a first time buyer that’s not gonna happen getting that car so bye” and left me in the room alone for 10 minutes until someone ELSE came in to check on me and ask what happened. I spent an hour and a half there with absolutely no resolution whatsoever. I wouldn’t dare waste your time coming here. It smells bad and the dealers smell worse. Except for ibrim he’s cool.

***** DO NOT GO HERE********* save yourself Katie is rude disrespectful behind text and it's my fault I purchased a car without test driving it. I was informed I had time to return it if something was wrong. Which I'm now finding out is a lie. I also told her over and over again what I wanted and still left with a LEMON!

Robby was great from start to end he did everything in his power to make sure I was able to get a car. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I would highly recommend this place to anyone they go above and beyond to help you.

I was in need of a new car because my old one died. I went to Pierre Money Mart expecting to get turned down because my credit is not good and I had no money for a down payment. I was quickly greeted by the employees there with smiles and guided to the office of one of their loan officer Bill Norcross and he walked me through the entire process. Bill and the team there were great, offering me water and making the process as painless as possible. Bill went through my credit history with me and assisted me in getting approved for a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage with a low monthly payment! I have to say this was one of the best experiences for me when buying a car. They were in no way pushy to make a sale and understood that I had no money to put down. They worked with me diligently to find a car that not only would fit my budget but also fit my family of four. This was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone!

Peter was a great help. He was determined to get me in a car and sure enough I did. He was polite and very respectful he made my day. Thanks to him I went home with a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord not expecting to love it but I’m in LOVE with it something I been looking for. I am a happy customer! Thank you Peter!

Daniel N was amazing! He helped us to understand how to build our credit. He didn’t give up…even with all of our complaints. He was a real trooper. My experience with Daniel Nguyen was so great one thing that I loved the most he even pick me up all the way to South Center mall . I bought the van with zero down payment and I was so happy. Very happy with our experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with such care. Due to our less than sparkling credit, we were pretty nervous about our odds of driving away in anything remotely like we wanted, let alone anything at all. Daniel N was my salesman. We spoke a few times on the phone before I came and already had me pre-approved. They actually saved me five hundred dollars on my down payment and gave me a full tank of fuel. They have all been more than helpful. My credit got trashed over the last year but they got me into a nice Chevy Cruze with very low miles. Couldn't be happier. Definitely try these folks.

Worst experience ever! They are so unprofessional there, aside from Daniel, who was honest, upfront, professional, and he was able to tell me what options I had before financing me in any vehicle. I live very far away and it was a complete waste! I went there twice. The first time, I was there for 3 hours and was sent away after. They were so dishonest. I’m so disappointed! I was told that I would get a call the next day, but instead I ended up calling them. I was told that I was approved for a car that I did not ask for, so they got me approved then decided what car they were going to put me in. When I asked the finance manager Christian why I was financed for a car that I did not ask for, he hung up in my face. When I called back, they picked up and hung up several times, as if it was a joke! I will be reporting to BBB. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and I dealt with Daniel because I did not want my credit run again at another dealership, and he tried to help me. He was very professional and upfront, but he was not able to help me, unless I got into something that I was not happy with. At least he sat down with me and told me straight up “ we will not be able to finance you for any of the cars you want, but here are your options. He told me that they run my husbands credit to put him on my loan, which was not authorized so my husband called the next day to talk with the finance manager and once again, Christian, who was very unprofessional, hung up in his face! All because he asked why did they do that without his authorization! How are they allowed to do this to people??? The next day, I went to a dealership 5 miles away and was out in 1 1/2 with the car that I wanted! Much respect for Larson Cadillac in fife! Go see them! Don’t waste your time, as I did!

Had an awesome experience working with Daniel. Did everything they could to get me approved without a co-signer even with subprime credit AND a current auto loan with another lender! Even worked with me to set up payments for the down payment. Lastly, even before I finished signing the final paperwork, they had found me an even lower rate, lowering my monthly payment even more. Not only that but they were able to follow me home, deliver the vehicle without me having to find a second driver. Super friendly, fast and by far the best customer service I’ve had! Highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase, especially if you have below par credit. And the real shocker and cherry on top was them offering & buying lunch for my kids and I (since they were getting hungry and antsy). If this isn’t going above and beyond for their clients, I don’t know what is. Def the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had!!

The car blew up with less than 30k on the odo. I had to figure out how to get another engine. Dont buy an early ecoboost or but one without warranty with it. Im so upside down in this car the bank wouldnt give me a loan to fix it.

*******DO NOT GO HERE*****Save yourself the headache. They will trick you into coming by telling you they have a ton of inventory and your preapproved. They run your credit mulitple times, over 8-10 times. Katie was rude and over talking on the phone when discussing the credit inquiries and being very dismissive.Looking at a car on their website and was told it was available but when arrived, that car wasnt there at all. Terrible customer service from katie. Also, they didn't verify employment but paystubs were provided. When time came to pay the car note, they wanted to provide employment verification . had to call global lending services 5 times to give the phone number for them to call and verify my employmennt. When asking for a supervisor 4n times, Neshawn refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Katie was warm & welcoming from the first contact. Buying a car is stressfull under the best circumstances, but this time I needed a car and my credit was very bad. She and the rest of the team got me through the process with compassion & it was a great experience overall.

This is my first time buying a car on credit. I have spoken with many places about it, but was always put off, turned down, etc. Peter made me feel comfortable with the process and Tom handled the financing quickly and painlessly. Went in with credit challenges last year after an accident took my previous vehicle. I got a descent deal on a newer car for very low cost, but the devil is in the details. They use your credit score in any way to weaponize higher payment plans against you and basically steal your money. Only in America do you get such disgusting and deceitful business practices from people. They are all basically con men looking to rip you off. Do yourself a favor, save your money and even buy a used vehicle 2nd hand while rebuilding your credit. Do not go here at any cost. No one that works here as ANY integrity. Consider yourself warned!

Me and my husband worked with Richard and let me tell you this man and his team is so amazing. We have had a hard time with dealerships but he was able to get us approved for a brand new 2021car that we love. We really appreciate it , a thousand times . Sorry to say I have to change my mind. I was guaranteed a refund of a $1000 refund of a warranty I purchased from them on the car I purchased from them before I bought my current car. It’s been four months and I still haven’t received my refund. I won’t be going there for car care or for buying a new car when the time comes. Pierre Money Mart was very professional, courteous and helpful to work with. He went out of his way to help me get the most savings he could on my purchase. He was open and honest and worked with integrity. I’m a repeat customer because of him. Thank you Peter! Sorry to say I have to change my mind. I was guaranteed a $1000 refund from thema warranty from the car I bought from them before.

Worst mistake ever so I call and apply before I head all the way out there I drive an hr she tells me on the phone that she could help me for sure I called and asked her again if she was sure so she says yes and tells me to come in I rush in after work I get there they tell me I need a co-signer than my co-signer comes in and than she comes out and was like it's not gonna work I legit spoke to her the day before and she convinced me they would be able to help but I wasted my time I would never recommend them they lie and waste ppls time

We highly recommend these guys!!!! Remember, Peter Beheshti is his name!! He worked really hard from 5pm to 11pm past closing time just for us. He did everything to make sure we drive home in our dream car and we did! We got a Mercedes Benz and that was a car we never thought we would drive in a million years! Peter made sure we got the help we needed. Our first car dealership ripped us off and it was so hard for us to trust another dealership, but Peter went above and beyond for us. After visiting this dealership in person, I found out that they committed loan fraud on my financing application by submitting my application to banks for a vehicle I wasn't even looking at and never was discussed with me. They modified down payment and loan terms without my consent. This also exposed a very clear and documented 'bait and switch' strategy to try to sell me a different vehicle after getting me in the door. Based on my own personal experience and what I overheard that day, and also what I see people say in these reviews, this dealership could be performing a variety of financial and advertising fraud schemes. If you had a similar experience, please file a complaint with the FTC (I already have). I've purchased 7 cars in my life from a variety of car dealerships, financed 3 of them, and I have never experienced this level of deception, manipulation, lying, and blatant fraud before. This is more than a bad dealership, it is criminal.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Pierre Money Mart. Hammer and the team there really help us out not only with getting the vehicle we wanted but also in educating us on our credit and how to improve it. These guys go above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealer. I highley recommend them and will be using them for all future purchases.
