I have to say that Melissa is a pleasure to speak with and is genuinely kind hearted , happy to have been a client of hers . Melissas attitude made the experience all the better , and I have to give credit to both her and Raphael for using top of the line equipment for gold and silver coin verification and this added to the experience being positive and over all professional knowing that my coins could be verified while being handled with the correct machine and the coins not having to be removed from their cases or capsules in order to verify . I went in today to buy my children a chain and a pendant with their initial of their first name and Carlos help me get exactly what I wanted for my children. I’m from L.A, came to Lancaster to visit family. One of my family members told me about this place so I decided to check them out. First is they are overpriced compared to the jewelry stores and pawn shops in L.A. Second they mostly have 10k gold which isn’t worth anything. Third they try to have their female employees flirt with customers just to spend money ( like it’s a strip cub or something) very weird. I wonder if the people out here know all they have to do is go hit up the jewelry district downtown L.A and they will be saving BIG money compared to this place. I will not be returning.

I usually have done a lot of business with platinum I got along with everybody there very nice people got to know them on first name basis really nice caring guys there have not been there in awhile,went today the help I received was way below from what I was use to the female gave me I slip for a female ring when it was a man's ring the 2nd time did not give me a slip for my drill gun had resign slips twice had a hard time finding me there system was flirting with other guys that worked there instead of paying attention to the customers spoke in different language about my stuff impolite, she was a short young girl with big fake eye lashes it did not look good at all she could be good looking not the way she looked then her appearance and the way she flirted and the kind of mistakes she made makes you wonder how she got her job there. Terrible can't wait till I see the guys I use to know they look forward to the kind of service that people receive there I will not go to any other place I will keep going to platinum there the best in the Antelope Valley maybe even further than that great job guys!!! The staff are nice and cordial. The only thing I dislike is that they recently changed their policy. If you are getting your merchandise out they are only accepting cash. If you are paying off the interest, they will accept a debit card. I didn't know that until I came in to get my merchandise.That is an inconvenience to me because I feel most people don't carry a lot of cash on them anymore.
