Every time I visit this location I am treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I am always taken care of in a timely manner and the staff members work well with communicating every step of the process. Store manager Joanne and CSR Kyla are always friendly faces I love to see when I visit this location! They always go above and beyond and meet all my expectations is quality customer service.

JoAnn was very helpful and very support of helped me get through my rough situation. I have anxiety and she helped me through every process, she told me everything was going to be OK, and she did her best when vouching for me. All of the representatives up were very helpful. Highly recommend JoAnn. This was a great and blessing experience for me and this I will never forget.

Great place to come for any reason, whether to get an installment loan or title loan. The store manager Joann is extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, all around a great person to interact with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and also add to speak with Joann for any and all needs you may have. Great experience being the first time in this establishment and I plan on returning for all my PLS needs!

I want to tell about the exceptional customer service I received from PLS Loan Store. Their customer service rep Kyla is the best when it comes to taking care of all your loan needs. She is very detailed oriented and very organized she will never leave you leaving the store with a negative experience. I vote for her to be a manager and train others to treat the customers as people like she has done so. Reply: You are welcome and maybe you can implement some sort of a reward incentive for employees that go above and beyond what is expected of them to do!!! As a business owner, it is imperative to show your appreciation to your employees. Just a FYI have a great day.

The Manager, Joanne, & Staff is AWESOME! The Customer Service is Excellent. They know how to treat people with Respect and Dignity. I was looking for a Loan. I was taking a chance to see, if I would get a Loan and get Approve. And had not so good credit. I GOT APPROVED! I WAS SHOCK! I WAS AMAZED. This location gives exceptional customer service! Hector, Janelle, and the other associates have the greatest personalities and they are always professional. They are always attentive and very nice. I appreciate this type of service which is why I will only go to this location for my financial needs.

I visited this location to take out a loan and Yasmin made me feel so valued.. she was very friendly and polite always with a smile, she explained my options and was very patient with me. I recomend you this place for a quick loan and ask for Yasmin she's awesome.

JoAnn was an excellent representative!! I called on yesterday and she was very professional and friendly. And when I came in and met her in the store on today, she took her time, explained everything to me, and was able to help me with the money I needed!! She was like an angel to me!! When I walk into the PLS Loan Store. I am greeted by a friendly staff member like Hector and Sharon Tobias, I always feel like family when I enter the store. My visit is quick and easy, I never wait long for my turn. The service is AWESOME...

Janelle and the assistant manager Brittany were very helpful and they were very pleasant even though I came in when it was close to closing but they still helped and made it a wonderful experience..even had some great laughs.. keep up the great work and customer service ladies.

I've been trying to take out a loan at this location 2 times, both times I was left waiting while only one girl was working at the front with a customer, two waiting to be attended while the manager was sitting at a desk texting, although she greeted me saying someone would be right with me that didnt happened since she never got up to assist me. Both times I left I consider this bad customer service.
