The only complaint I have is, if you don’t have a checking or savings account you are only able to pay one monthly payment with debit card. This is the way the company makes their interest which high. I am satisfied with my purchase of product, but won’t recommend monthly payments to anyone. The service representative’s have been very helpful, friendly and efficient service.

Purchase my Generac as a major investment. Preferred Credit agent Chris was very nice and kind. My experience so far as a first timer was great. So glad Companies/Departments are getting staff back into the office. You receive much better customer service opposed to staff working at home providing horrible service (placing you on long holds & hanging up at their convenience). Moving forward, I think I would recommend Preferred Credit.

called customer service to make a payment. I was told there was an $11.00 service fee to take payment over the phone. I decided against proceeding with the payment by phone even though it would be faster. I decided to pay online instead. I was sent a link and it was user friendly but it took about 20 minutes to set up account. the payment went thru with no problems.

A little update on this company, they continued to disappoint, I contacted Brigette and she flat out told me and I quote “I read your account, and I cannot do anything about your account.” I requested her to call me after 4p lady Thursday and no call back. This company is disastrous. Service is a 1, attention a 1, retention 1, assist me: 1, disastrous service: 5, only care about themselves: 5, they hire careless people: 5, further more leadership Is a waste of your time. Either pay them off not to affect your credit or your credit will Tank. This lady is a director, she needs to go back to training. The President of the company needs to reassess who he has in leadership. I will also comment on your Facebook so everyone can know my story of the bad product you have.

Had trouble logging in to make a payment today so I made a call to customer service. My call was answered quickly and I got quick and helpful support, she stayed on the phone until I got to the payment of putting my payment amount in to make sure I didn't need additional help.

Price gouging, poor customer service, misleading. scammers for sure. The contract for financing also serves as the contract for the sale of purchase. My Purchase date 6/10/22 from Natures Solution, Chattanooga, TN,. They have a 3 day return policy which states To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any OR ANY OTHER WRITTEN NOTICE , or send a telegram, to:" ( the distributors address). Well my written notice was an email during the 3 day window. They then said they needed the cancellation form. I sent that signed during the three day window. All of which they rejected when trying to return the machine. Here's what's another clue that it's a scam - I called the manufacturer to get help with the return. It took several calls to them to get nature's solution to get in contact with me. When they called, I answered and they immediately hung up. I instantly called back, no answer. They waited until 12:09 AM to email me telling me that they needed the signed cancellation form, This would have been 9 min after the 3rd day to contact me. But I bought the machine on a Friday. Sunday is not a business day for PCI so technically Tuesday would have been my third day to return the machine. There are several reviews just like mine on the internet. RUN when you here Nature's Solution or Preferred Credit Investing (PCI).

Will never turn to PCI for a loan ever again. Terrible experience! My husband and I were paying off a loan we had with PCI. We called and asked for the pay off balance and wrote a check for the amount. A few weeks passed and we were concerned because the check had not yet been cashed. We called PCI to ask if they received the check. I'd also like to add that we were put on hold for an extended amount of time and we're not called back until a day later. Very uncomfortable when you are dealing with money and loans. PCI finally calls back and says no we didn't receive the check. We said okay that's fine we are cancelling the check, here is the check number and date it was filled out, please do not try to cash because it has been cancelled. They said no problem when we receive it we won't try to cash it. We proceeded to pay our loan of online which worked out fine. Our loan was paid off we were happy. About two weeks later we receive a letter in the mail from PCI stating that we owe them $25 because they were unable to process a bounced check. We call PCI back and shockingly are put on hold and not called back until a day later. They tell us that we have to pay the $25 or else they will send the amount to a debt collector and the amount will increase until we pay it off. We explained to them that we had reached out to them before they received the check and said we believe it was lost in the mail please cancel do not cash we will pay online. PCI did not care and said there was nothing they could do about it and that we had to pay. We weren't upset about $25, we were upset because we called and explained the situation and they completely ignored what we had told them. Tried to cash the check anyways and then charge us for it. They made the mistake and then handed us the bill. Great customer service guys.

There customer service is Amazing. I wasn't sure what's was happening with my account and I needed help dealing with a payment and one of the representative was not only able to get me on track but also informed me what was happening with my account to get me back on track. Never ever ever go through these people! I bought a vacuum was told I would have no interest one of my payments went 15 days late because they had the wrong bank info so I was charged all of the interest so 1,100 on top of the 3500 I already paid them absolutely horrible I called to try and get it figured out and they told me that there was still a payment of $75 after paying 3511 like I was actually going to pay that and then they told me they will not refund me at all and they attempted to get a hold of us and I have phone records stating differently this is is horrible place highly highly recommended avoiding

This company is the WORST! There was a door to door advertising and I financed a Kirby vacuum cleaner, I was mailing my payments in and somehow I had my dates mixed up. When I finally realized, I mailed my payments in early to catch my account up. PCI would post part of my payment and by the time my other money order posted (that was in that same mailed envelope)I would get hit with late fees and extra interest! Fast forward to March 25, 2022, I paid the post office extra for PCI to have the funds ($160)within 3 days and it's now April 5, 2022 and my funds still has NOT posted and all I am told is that they are not able to locate/track payment, I would have to track it, even though I called about this issue before when only part of my funds was posted, a rep asked for the reference number and allow 24 hours to try and find payment. A few days ago, I sent $500 via regular mail, one money order for $200 and another MO for $300 (ALL IN THE SAME ENVELOPE) so hopefully all of this will post before my due date or I may consider getting a lawyer because they are trying to profit more off of the interest by posting my funds as late payments and this is unacceptable! NEVER AGAIN, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! I just want to be DONE!

I recently financed a major purchase thru Preferred Credit Inc. I chose PCI because of their favorable payment options. Due to extraneous circumstances, it was necessary to cancel the financing contract. The entire process - application, approval, cancellation - was simple and flawless. A couple of pertinent phone calls and it was done. No red tape. No repercussions. I'm happy for the opportunity to highly recommend PCI without reservation. Given the need, I would seek them out for financing any other project.

I called customer service because I have reoccuring payments set up and for some reason the payment scheduled for 1/3/2022 did not process. The call to customer service today I expect was successful. The representative was friendly and patient even thou i am sure my frustration came thru in my voice. I am told due to the weekend I can not see the pending payment that is to happen by 1/11/22. I have been assured that i am will within my time to not be penalized for the delayed payment, that was explainedto me as a system issue. So the 4 star is for the Representative that did help me. I left 1 star due to the system causing the issue of the delayed payment. Thank You Nancy Hayes

The first time I was called i was at work and couldn't take the time to leave my client to process a payment and the male on the other end of the line drove me absolutely insane. I heven had to say, "My hands are not free to even hang up the phone at the moment or I would." And he still didn't let me go. Thankfully the woman I spoke to that evening redeemed this review so it's a 3 instead of a 1. That is all.

I cosigned on a small loan for my daughter. I was not contacted until after 30 days once it could be reported late on my credit file. I contacted them to do a settlement of full payment for removal of account from credit file. Per Supervisor Lashawndra no removal of account could be completed with full payment. Absolutely horrible customer service to not contact a cosigner prior to a possible late payment. I advise possible cosigner DO NOT DO IT!

Horrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend. Paying off an account should not be as hard a Supervisor Maria makes it. Never doing business with them again.

i had no idea what a scam these guys are when i purchased my vacuum.. been paying it off for two years now at $180 a month .. not even half way there … don’t do it ! you will pay double and then some … crooks!

Today, Melanie helped me increase my monthly payment amount and set up automatic payments using a credit card. I was disappointed these options were not available on the PCI customer payment portal. She apologized and said PCI was working on improving their payment portal. Anyway, Melanie was VERY helpful and creative in devising a "workaround" plan to defeat the incredulous rule that a payment COULD NOT be made with a credit card in excess of the purchase contract's minimum rate. PCI has some work to do on their digital portal BEFORE I can recommend your company as a financier. My 5 Star rating is for the customer service I received today, not the THREE different calls and the 25 minutes it took today to resolve fairly common place digital commerce services. Thank you.

Kim, csr, was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My one negative is regarding your exuberant interest fee. Wish i had known about it before as i would not have agreed to the purchase. I did increase my monthly payment to payoff this debt in 3 years versus minimum payment in 11 years.

I thought i had ah problem with ah past due payment and thought i was getting ripped off and boy was i wrong the lady that helped me not only dealt with my actions on the phone but helped me calm down vary professional service from her also the company didnt have to help me get the money i needed at the time 2.5 years ago but took ah chance on me for 4000 bucks and i appreciate it alot PCI is ah AWSOME company if u need ah loan

I am a procrastinator, and bills often get put off and not paid on time regularly. However, they DO get paid. When these people call to “remind” you the payment is late, they threaten with late fees, credit damage, and generally act as if you are taking the money from the callers’ pockets. Examples of things they’ve said, “it’s your responsibility because your name is on there too“, “you need to pay now”, “you need to take care of it”, “why can’t you pay now?” And many other things while going in circles w my partner after being told I am in charge of finances. Their tone and delivery is rude and pushy. One call lasted 10 minutes of the same round and round, “she’ll pay it”, “why can’t you? You’ll get reported to credit bureau”, “cuz she handles finances”, “ but this is your responsibility too”, etc. if you want to work with a company that shames you for being a month late on payment and/or act like they’re doing you a favor by selling you they’re product, this is it. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t enter this agreement based on their communication skills alone.
