This is not your typical loan/pawn place. They are such good people who have no judgement and just operate with the utmost integrity. I had a horrible experience with a similar business. I was late with a payment so they told me my things were gone and sold. Yet when I located it all on eBay they would only let me buy it back. Not for the interest I owed, not even for what they lent me for those pieces but their own selling price! Q’s Loan would never do that to anyone. They are not a business that tries to take advantage of you when you are down. And sadly that is rare nowadays. I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite some time but I knew nothing I can say can quite express how much respect I have for these business owners and how grateful I am to them.

I love this place. I got a god awful knot in my favorite necklace and it took absolutely forever to get out but it’s out and I am soooo grateful!! But not just that, these are the kind of people that know your name when you come in and that says a lot about a business, so many are just about taking your money and sending you on your way. Not at Q’s they are friendly, fair and professional!!

I love qs loan because Chris is one of the most honest and loyal people and I feel safe with my stuff in his possession esp when times are rough and he bared with me and didn’t get rid of a very special belonging of mine until I was able to get right and I will never be able to thank him enoug!!! Chris and His Father gave me outstanding service for more than 2 years. Always courteous and very people oriented. I had many close calls on being late & they went out of their way to help bring me back on time and get my items when needed. Everything I got a loan on was a great price. Excellent employees and the owner is even better. Very helpful knowledgeable reasonable and understanding. Straight forward and Chris gives the best prices for your things and or if your buying they always have great stuff to be purchased also.
