Getting a loan or borrowing money can be very stressful and embarrassing, however, Kinsmith Finance in East Ridge, TN made my visit a very pleasant experience with quality results. My customer representative, Ms. Brooke Evett, was very professional, courteous, and helpful. She quickly took my information, reviewed everything with me in a timely manner, and I was quickly qualified and walked out with more money than I had anticipated. She made me feel comfortable and and put me at ease during a very stressful day when I was experiencing a financial hardship. The process to get a loan is painless! I have been with them for a bit off and on, and if I am in dire need of money, it is always available. Fantastic Customer Service. All the staff are kind, efficient, and genuine. This seriously makes a difference when you are at a low point these days.

I would give 0 stars. If you apply online, they'll tell you you're approved but you need to stop by the office to finalize. Once I got there I had to fill out all the same forms that I already filled out online. Funny that online I was approved but in the store nobody was helpful and pretty much I was told that there's nothing they can do for me. But why would you approve me online but not in the store. I would never recommend this place to anyone
