Mrs. Cece was incredibly nice and showed amazing hospitality when we walked in! We really had a rough start to the day and this loan saved our home I’m truly blessed and grateful for her and her co workers were a great team. Elisa helped me get processed so QUICK I wasn’t expecting anything at all & she really went above & beyond for me & my situation. Thank you BOTH truly Queens. Will refer everyone we know

Service here is slow - expect to wait if you come in to make a simple payment. If you are in a hurry that is an inconvenience. However, it is difficult for people like me that work full time and have to care for others to get into the office and pay in cash and I was given a hard time anytime I tried to make a payment any other way. I would be told that making a card payment is "a one time courtesy" every time I said I could not get to the office during business hours, yet their website clearly states that they take card payments. If this place were more customer-oriented I would consider using them again, but definitely will not unless things change.

I had an awesome time here the office there sweet caring an on time. I walk in an out no complaints at all the woman she was so great I recommend them over anyone . Thank you all 💗

I love how I walked in unsure if I would get the loan. Raven was training and she did really good. She made sure I knew ALL details of my loan. They got me approved in under 30 mins. Would definitely recommend those guys!!! Thanks Raven!!!

I think both Elisa and Cece were very professional Each time either young lady help me and spoke very fluently making sure I understand the whole process also I like the way all the ladies greeted each customer that came the store with respect .

I had a easy experience with Elisa she was prompt and got me out the door quickly.

I came in and Elisa greeted me and told me the things she needed. She even helped fill in the spaces I left blank (anxiety). Very helpful and patient. I came in feeling like all my life I had to fight. Jessica was also very nice and professional. They made me feel welcomed and wanted to help. The office manager walked around a few times and didn't acknowledge me, however that did not take away from the great experience.with the ladies. I would highly recommend.
