If you want to get calls 5 times per day because a situation beyond your control makes you 9 days overdue, this is your place (I have an irrational fear of answering phones, especially numbers I do not recognize, especially when the numbers aren't always the same ). This didn't happen a few years ago, when my hubby got laid off for 2 weeks, and I couldn't pay for 2 months because I opted to not be homeless again. I think I only got 5 calls that entire time The reason I am giving it 3 stars, is because the women who work there are amazing. I have never had any negative interactions with them- going inside is not what I'm complaining about. The second reason is that (I am awful with names, and don't retain them well) the gentleman on the phone today was amazing. By 11am, I already had two calls from Rapid Cash, and was not in a good mood, due to a variety of reasons, and he not only stayed calm, cool, and collected, but made sure to listen and get things done until I get paid next month.

The staff there are very polite, friendly, and professional. The process typically goes smoothly, and doesn't take much time. However, almost every time I go there I'm faced with a long line of patrons to have to wait in. I'm aware of the online, and over the phone ways to achieve my purpose with Rapid Cash, but I prefer to stuff like this in person. Plus, it's faster receiving funds this way. I would've given it an "ALL STAR" rating if for not the long waiting lines.

There should be someone designated to work the phones to answer phone calls, not the regular tellers that are helping customers that take the time to come in in person and stand in line then to just be put on hold because someone calls in, it's like stepping in front of someone in line. It leaves a bad impression and it shows poor customer service. Also there is a lot of room in your lobbies, may I suggest a number system that way you don't have the uncomfortable time standing in line without any seating and being subject to the smelly person that is invading your personal space.

I filled out an application online. They called and asked me to come to the store. I come to the store, stand in line. Get to the counter, tell the rep I filled out an app online and they asked me to come to the store. She asked to see my ID, gave it to her, she looked at it then something on the computer. She asked for my income verification. Then gives me a paper form to fill out, just like the one I did online. I couldn’t read it being visually impaired, thank God my husband was there to fill it out. She saw I had my printed out ban statements asked for that. After all that, 20 min later, she tells me you have all you need but your ID is expired so we can’t help you. Why couldn’t she have told me that 20 minutes ago when she first looked at my ID instead of wasting both our time. So frustrated at the experience; won’t look at coming here again for a loan.

I appreciate the service at Rapid cash. The last two times I have come in, the store has been very understaffed. There appears to be people in the back but they do not come help customers or even answer the phone. On my last visit there was only one person helping customers and up to 7 people waiting. My hope is that your scheduling can be improved and don’t have staff answer phone calls while helping customers who have waited 40 minutes to be helped. Thank you.

Poorest customer service in the world. Everyone is extremely rude and take better care of calls then the actual customers. I get off work at 6 and live 45 minutes away from Vancouver so I decided to wait in my car for them to open. Right when someone shows up I get told off for being parked outside even when I explained I was a customer she still treated me like a common criminal. After I pay back I will never be coming back to this location ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE with customer service! I waited 2 hours in the DRIVE THRU. As soon as it was, finally, my turn. I get told THREE times "I'll be right with you" "Just a moment". Like seriously? If it was one person working both the desk and drive thru, I could understand, but there was 4, yes, FOUR employees ALL at the counter. This is the absolute worst place. Do not come here. Ever.

Great Place to Do Business With! They are quick once you get their attention ☻ Their phones seem to ring a lot, so in-person customers have to wait for the calls to be taken care of first, which is a little unpleasant. However, the reps always apologize and the experience is always great. They work with you if you are unable to make your timely payments and the system is user-friendly.

The people who work there are pretty nice, and the process is pretty basic. Our main concern or complaint, is the line is often to the door with only one or two teller windows open. We have waited in line for almost 90 minutes before, and that's not an acceptable amount of wait time. The beginning of the month, and the end of the month really need to be better staffed.

The people at Rapid Cash is super nice super friendly and they always give you your your loan that you want no problem as long as you pay him back I just let it I've had a great experience the girls are hot and I just am going to keep going back

Horrible customer service. I have been working with rapidly cash for years and have never had any problems until this last exchange. When setting up an arrangement to pay my loan amount she refused to set up payments even though the employee that helped me at time of purchase admitted she has Kia informed me. Then before the date came that I told them I could have their money, they withdrew from my account leaving me unable to pay anything or even buy groceries for my child. Do not go to this location. They are rude and don't follow standard customer service policies.

I got in immediately helped but took the woman 30 minutes to cash a $67 money order. She stopped multiple times to talk to other employees. Absolutely ridiculous. All while she saw me struggling with my autistic son. There is no reason that should've taken that long. I won't be returning.

I want to thank you'll so much for having this service. I work 2 jobs to pay off my bills, and I lost one job. Your company gave me the GREAT opportunity to be able to pay my bills until I regained another 2nd job. Thanks for the stress-relieving extra cash.

Long lines there's always like 6 people in the back but only 2 working the windows. They really should have a line for express like the DMV. I usually take no more than 5 min when I borrow. People are nice just wish, more would work the lines.
