Roxy was absolutely helpful on the phone which is the reason I chose this location over others in the first place. As soon as I walked through the door, Toni was very helpful and made it a seamless, surprisingly pleasant experience. I was explained everything I needed before I came in by Roxy and she mentioned that if I did not have access to a printer, the store actually has a computer we can use. It was maybe 10-20 minutes before Toni let me know I was approved. They have multiple options here and I think I lucked out coming here over other places. Highly recommended.

I went in because I was having some financial hardships and needed cash really fast the star there Odalys was extremely easy to talk to and very friendly. Roxie was very helpful to ease the process along. Thank you so much for making me feel so very comfortable and welcomed A plus rating.

We arrived 15mins before closing and Roxy took her time and didn't rush us out even though it was July 4th and they closed at 4:00pm. She was awesome and patient!! Even Odalys who was the other Rapid Cash Representative was patient and didn't rush us out. They both stayed after closing time and we appreciate it a lot!
