Well they shifted me to the side to help to other customers, wich I was done with my paperwork before the second gentleman could get to the window.Yet they still helped him instead of asking me if I completed my paperwork..Then I said to the customer what happened to customer service and putting us first and the lady that was helping me came over to the booth and asked what did I say?? My exact words were I’m speaking to another customer. Then finished him and helped me.Only when I scanned the code she started to be nice. Her name started with an L and I believe she may have been Hispanic. Just rude!!

Excellent location to come to after a frustrating day. Emily was so helpful and informative with every step along the way. Some places will send you out the door when they have to go through a verification, however she jumped right on it with no questions and got prompt results. Highly recommend to anyone who is having issues with checks! Thanks Emily!!!

In particular I want to say the young lady who assisted me with my loan was so friendly and knowledgeable I felt comfortable immediately she met and exceeded my expectations with the rapid Cash's loan process it seemed like only minutes I was walking out the door cashing hand. Needed some quick cash for some auto repairs. After some research and thinking it through I made the leap. Emily at the Washington and Rancho office was on point. She answered all of my questions, is there a prepayment penalty, how do I access the account online, how do I get a reminder, she explained the paperwork to the point that there was a legit discussion she was not pushy nor was she attempting to sale me. She presented the information and followed up with "are there any questions" she was informative, professional, and courteous.

Jasmine was a great help and has a wonderful demeanor and customer service representation. It was a very fast and Speedy process and great experience. I will be happy to do more buisness with Rapid Cash and Jasmine in the future. 10/10. 😁
