I financed a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser in 2017. It has been an awesome experience throughout. Angela knows her job and handles it very well. Everyone that I have met, or spoke with over the phone, is pleasant and informative. I made it a point to keep Angela informed of what was going on. This allowed for both of us to be satisfied with the outcome of any given situation that may have come up. When the time comes and I need a new vehicle, I will be stopping in at Rowe Credit first.

We had liteally no options but needed a car NOW. Angela at Rowe worked with us and was extremely professional! We bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic, well worth the money!!! So worth it 2 years later to the day we bought a 2011 Jeep Compass. Another great car/ SUV. We will always highly recommend Rowe Special Credit!!! We have had the greatest experience here, friendly awesome service!!!

Well I'm stuck on whether the polite manners and being the only dealership to help me is worth the 3 star rating compared to what I'm going through only 6 weeks after purchasing my car from Rowe. I called ahead on a Friday and was curious what the price was for down payments, availability of vehicles and what I would need to get a vehicle. I was told they had plenty of vehicles to choose from and to bring my paystubs, ID and references. So that Monday I brought what I was told I needed and when I got there I was told sorry they only had 2 vehicles left in my down payment range, which was supposed to be 500 and ended up at 1000. I said ok I'd like to look at them and did. My car I had drove down was past its last leg and shouldn't have been driven at all. But I needed to get to work so I had to choose from a lime green car that I couldn't fit my groceries in or my Jetta. I test drove it and it seemed great, except the brakes were quite noisy. Angela said it's because they were new and it had been sitting. I'm still having issues with my brakes being noisy and squeeks... They work so no big deal. My BIGGEST ISSUE is that on my 2nd week of having this car my EPC and check engine light came on. I lost power and had to pull over on my way to work. I was so scared and upset. I work nights and have an hour long drive so this wasn't good at all. I let the car sit for a few minutes off and decided to start it back up and try to make it to work. The mechanic hooked it up to the code reader and said it was just a dummy light and it should be fine. Well it's not fine. I barely made it home tonight. Both lights are on again and it is much worse than before. I have also been dealing with blown headlights, both, within the first 2 weeks, my radio volume going bezerk, the car revving up by itself, in idle my headlights flicker and you can tell the wiring or electrical has serious issues. I'm completely devastated because I have nothing bad to say about the people or the way they tried to help me when no other dealership would, but this car has given me nothing but headaches and now I'm going to have to miss work because it needs to go into the shop ALREADY! It's been 6 weeks! I'll be without a vehicle, unable to get to work which means I'll be unable to make my car payment without working!! What do they expect you to do? How are people supposed to be happy with a purchase? How can people sleep at night knowing they sold a vehicle that clearly isn't safe and then charge triple of what the KBB value says???? I know some people have had great luck, I'm happy for them. I'm just another one of those other people that is having the worst luck. And I'm sure most of the issues my car is having won't be covered under my warranty! 🤬☹️😳🤯😫

I came here last year because I couldn't get financed anywhere else. I was skeptical but didn't have any other options. I've had the car a full year and have not had any problems with it. I just took it for the annual inspection and it needed nothing. I'm very happy with Rowe and my car!

Honestly, I wish I had done my research, the people there are friendly but the car we received has had now 4 fuel pumps go in less than a year and a half. The vehicle breaking down a lot has nearly cost us our jobs and our lives on multiple occasions and yet we are still stuck paying for it. The longest it's stayed on the road, safely is 5 months, or less. I wish they would just take it back and put the credit over to a different vehicle. We've paid as much on the loan of the vehicle as we have paid toward the price of fixing the vehicle... it's truly sad. When we first went there I thought "Wow, these may be people we can trust" but the rose colored glasses have fallen off. I am feeling like we got stuck with a lemon.

I personally will never get a vehicle from these people ever again not having my vehicle for a year and the transmission blows and with the warranty it took them over a month to fix it's a sketchy place you have to make all your payments in cash and if you miss one they repo the car immediately I wish I never got a car from these people they're crooks.

I'd like to start off by saying their 2.5 star rating is not accurate or deserved. Some of the reviews on here can be very discouraging to someone looking to get a vehicle that you don't need credit for. First of all Angela is a sweetheart, she was very accommodating and helpful from the moment we called her until we got our new vehicle. There's no hassle here, she let us know what vehicles were in our price range which was a great selection for as small as they are. She let us check them out and test drive anyone we wanted to in peace and not hovering trying to make a sale. She was upfront and honest about everything. They have a great warranty on their vehicles and the vehicles they have are beautiful inside and out for being used cars. We are first time customers but I can tell we will be doing repeat business and referring friends and family here if they are in need of a place that goes on the good faith policy that you will make your payments. Please read all the reviews and the good ones will let you know that there's probably more to the story when it comes to the bad reviews given. You can't please everyone but those you do please are why your business stays in business for years and years. Thank you Rowe Credit😊

I have bad credit, and they showed me eight cars that worked for me with only 500 down. Then showed me cars that worked for 1000 down. They make it easy. Jeremy was honest, quick and to the point. All the cars had new tires it seemed, new inspection stickers, and car faxes presented immediately. You expect to pay more because you have poor credit, but I wouldn’t say the price is outrageous. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I’m really not impressed with the service I received this morning. We are looking to add a second vehicle to our household and I just want more information on the vehicles that they had in stock to see if any of them would work for us and all the saleswoman could tell me is the down payment, the price per week, the make and model and mileage of the car. If We are going to be spending thousands on a vehicle I want more information before I sign papers or allow you access to my banking information... she was almost forcing us to do paperwork before we could even test drive or look at vehicles. Felt as if she didn’t even want to help me from the moment I walked through the door...

When not a single place would let me finance a car due to credit problems from college, Rowe special credit was there for me the second I walked through those doors. Being in desperate need of a car and needing it for work and school, they approved me the first time and made my payments flexible with my pay rate from work. The car was in great shape and the staff have done nothing but help whenever a problem arises and always understanding. I would suggest Rowe Special Credit to those in need of a car with low credit. Amazing place all around.
