My experiences with AmeriCash is one for the records!!!!!!! Something very simple like paying off an old legacy loan turned into a huge issue. However, thanks to Marquita Estas at the 6-Corners location I was able to get what I needed. Marquita not only initiated the solution to resolve the issue she ran into trying to accept a payment for a very old loan; she went above and beyond trying to helping to clear up the account including staying past closing time to assist me. After Marquita connected to the right people at their corporate number, Sandy from headquarters, and Desmond at the HELP DESK were able to help her fix the issues. Felicia from corporate was instrumental with updating the system immediately, and even fixing my login password to after Marquita took the payment from me. In addition, Jessica the manager from Marquitia's location, saw fit to speak with me personally after hours in order to extend more help. After everything was fixed and I received my loan, the regional manager Seth offered me a nice gift for the time I spent in the store trying to work out the issues with the payment. I am very happy to continue doing business with AmeriCash! They understand real customer service and teamwork!
