My loan experience with them was great. Today I came in and had a different experience. I missed the bank and went to cash a check from my employer. I was told after waiting an hour, that they could not confirm the company I worked for was legitimate. I have done legal work and I'm a HR professional. I know you can check the Secretary of State...and in addition I have a copy of the w9 ON ME AND my boss is the COO of whom I have all his contact info...they refused everything. I'd rather be told the truth..than told some whatever just so I'll leave. Never try to cash a check here.

The crew there are really knowledgeable, fast and courteous and willing to help the clients feel comfortable no matter the reason for the loan. They greeted me with a smile, and made me feel this was a friend of mine giving a hand up, not a hand out. Emergencies happen, I know where I'm always welcome when they do. Waste of time at this place, they denied me. Went to Money Tree and they gave me a $1,000 payday loan right away. They look at your credit score here, dont bother to come here, staff looked more in a hurry to go home, I showed up an hour before closing on a Sunday, provided everything required and was denied. My feeling is staff just didn't want to help me. Anyone that is posting that their staff is professional and experienced is definitely a lie. I sure didn't see none of that, I was nice and polite. Money Tree they have top notch staff, I was treated like a human being.

They are very friendly and fast, they don't make you feel like a bad person for having to take out a payday loan. They are helpful and even provide resources to help get your finances on track, one time I got a small refund for paying the loan off early! No one does that!!! I have only dealt with this one location but they are the best! Thanks guys!!!

All the Ladies here, although sometimes a little unprofessional, are super nice and always pleasant. I have been coming here for years and they always take great care of me!! But if you get a payday loan, I would strongly advise paying it off all at once instead of in installments. You'll save way more money that way it won't be looming over your head!!

This is the most unprofessional businesses establishments I've ever encountered. A friend of mine needed a loan just for 2 weeks until he received his 1st paycheck so we called in advance to know if he would qualify and what he needed to bring. Not only was the Information given to us wrong but when we got there the same rep denied he even spoke to means refused to take accountability for his actions when I addressed our our previous conversation. When I asked to speak to a manager that was even worse. She had a horrible attitude and didn't want to try to help. Took our business elsewhere. Entire management and staff need re-training.

I came in around lunch time and was helped by a wonderful tender named Morgan. The only thing more fantastic than her attitude was her businesslike and professional manner in handling what problems she experiemced during my somewhat troublesome visit. She tried everything she could to make sure my checks were cashed THIS DAY. She seems to be proficient in available knowledge as far as every facet of her job is concerned. I was able to come in on my lunch break and get back to work in time! I will definitely be coming back again because of how SPEEDY my experience was. LOVE this place. Morgan is absolutely a doll.

Can't give answers over the phone only allowed to talk to you in person. Not driving 20 minutes for you to tell me something you could have over the phone. Wish I could give them 0 stars

Genuinely don’t understand why they make it so difficult to cash a check from my former employer or why their employees refuse to make the verifications necessary for said check. A disgusting business who doesn’t care for their clientele at all.

I have used your service for several years and it's been very convenient when I've needed you. However, based on my income I'm not eligible to borrow more than $200. I've always paid the loan back within the 90 days without penalty. It would be nice if I needed to borrow more than that my payment history could be taken into consideration. Other than that I'd recommend your service to anyone in need of financial assistance.

Horrible experience with a new trainee Marie. Totally inhospitable, Kept making funny faces behind the computer as she was judging me for some reason. Then at one point it was as if she was questioning what I had put in my application. She started to raise her voice at me. By this time I had had enough and asked for my paperwork back as I did not want it to go into their computer. She told me she had to keep it for "Record keeping" I asked for a manager who politely said its okay, We already have his information. You can give him back his paperwork and ID. hahahah! I saw Marie's name tag and it read "Trainee" clearly no one has trained her on customer service yet! Will NEVER go back to this place for any reason at all.

Reyna made me not ever wanna visit another speedy cash again! Get rid of that rude POS ASAP! She didn’t even calm down to listen to the case in front of her. She just profiled me and was beyond rude. I will be contacting more people about this

Speedy Cash makes it so easy to get funds from them and the staff is so friendly. They not only do they give you time to pay your loan off but you can also reapply the same day the loan is paid back and walk out with funds the same day. This is a place for me when I'm in a pinch.

It's never pleasant having to borrow money at desperate times, but I found they worked well with me.Good customer service both at the location a few weeks back and today with my questions on the phone. Maybe other people had some problems, but the only thing that went wrong for me is I forgot my umbrella because it wasn't raining when I left that day.
