Omg!! I love this place. From the moment I walked in on Hallowseve Alison and Natalie were so welcoming. They helped me figure out just how to do a title loan, and got me approved the same day! Today I went in again to refinance my loan, and Natalie and Alicia went above and beyond to help me and at extra cost! I swear this place and it's employees are fricken awesome! Keep up the greatness! I love that they helped me when I thought I couldn't get approved. My loan was based off my income, the interest rates are within reasonable percentages compared to other places. Natalie was very helpful at this location to get a quick loan for a weekend trip to Tampa. Was able to use the Drive Thru and after a few verifications I was able to leave in under 12 minutes. I can almost assure you these "good" reviews are fake they charge 574% APR for a personal loan and you didn't read that wrong five hundred seventy-four percent. So if you get a loan for 1000$ you owe them 5740$ plus your initial 1000$ so 6740$ by the end of the year. Sounds like a joke to me.

The good reviews are not valid customer experiences. They offer you candy on your first visit in exchange for a quick five star review. This is nothing against the employees here or the customer service in general, as these ladies are very sweet. This one star review is against the Payday loan industry in general. This industry is a trap that will quickly get you into a larger financial bind than you were to begin with. If you are in dire financial straights, or bad with money management, you will quickly find yourself in a deeper hole using these services. They charge outrageous interest rates. And the ease and convenience of applying for a loan makes it that much more appealing to get one, and that much easier to fall into severe financial hardship. There are low interest apps out there such as Brigit and others that don't charge you outrageous APR's. Or better yet, manage your money in such a way that when an emergency does arise, you have a tiny bit to fall back on. Payday loan companies are predators and take advantage of the poorest among us.
