This was my first time getting a loan as a young adult. I really appreciated Derell who walked me through the process. He was very kind and easy to get along with. He made the process simple and easy to understand, but also was very funny which made me more comfortable. He definitely is carrying this business on his back. 10/10 for the afro too.

I have been a customer with speedy cash since March of 2020L and I have had moments like most wwhere I needed assistance with finances or staying secure, organized and accountable. Me and my friend went here to cash my friends check. For weeks we couldnt cash his payroll check, he only has his paper ID at the moment(we're minors), and we went to Emprise, Fidelity, even Walmart, and Walmart was the only placed that was willing to accept his paper ID, but the machine wouldn't work. So we tried Speedy Cash, and they got it all done! To any teens or adults trying to get their payroll cashed with a paper ID, this place will do it!! The employees who helped us out were Paula and Angie, very polite and professional, thank you so much!

I applied for a 150.00 line of credit to be put directly in my chime checking account and 4 days later it's still not in my account. when I called speedy cash to find out why my money was still not on my account they informed me to get ahold of my bank and see if there was a problem at my banks end.my bank had no record of recieving any funds from speedy cash. When i informed the woman by the name of Paula that my bank had no record of a deposit from speedycash she proceeded to try to blame the issue on my bank which I've no had problem with at all.she proceeded to tell me about an ach deposit that she had little knowledge of what it does and doesn't do .try another loan place if you need a quick loan, I know I will from here on out

If i could give this business and it's employees more than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat!!! PAULA, the manager, and MIKAELA, the associate (employee) were simply AMAZING!!! My husband and I are from out of state and were in a serious financial bind and They stayed an hour after closing to help us in every way possible and within the realms of company policies to help us... If it weren't for them, we would have been out on the streets for the night, maybe even two!! Not to leave out the fact that they stayed smiling, positive, courteous, dedicated, polite, helpful nice, happy even... The entire time, even when my husband and I were getting frustrated and upset (not at them but at our situation). Thank you two for everything you girls are the bees knees!!!! and thank you speedy cash for hiring such awesome people!! I will recommend this business

Today I went to Speedy Cash and the young lady name Brenda and the whole staff help me finally cash my check I've been having problems about verifying my check they went over and beyond helping me verifying it and cash it. They were helpful and professional and they will be getting my business again!

First time ever visiting this speedy cash. Both tellers were extremely energetic and attentive. Hands down best experience cashing a check in Kansas yet... Both Holli and Mykayla (HSR) might have spelt that wrong we’re amazing .. always nice to get cash from pleasant and beautiful people made me Friday a win already!

Deisy was the best agent I have worked with so far. As soon as an online line of credit had been denied, she called me and advised that I might be able to qualify in store by providing additional information. I was able to come in, provide proof of direct deposit via email (super convenient), and complete the loan application. Within less than 15 minutes, she had me approved!
