William is a good employee at the speedy cash in downtown LA . He is a very chill employee. For most people if you need to go into speedy Cash something has already gone wrong in your day week or life, lol , that you need to borrow money. William just made that whole experience for me very smooth and procedurally on point. He gave me the list of what I need and is required for a loan and we exchange documents and information very easy and procedurally and I was approved. Know too much extra talking or chit chat the whole transaction was very robotic which I appreciate. The women who work there however I cannot say the same about my experience with them and I wasn't even their customer. Over the course of an hour and 30 minutes that I was there, I observed that Every person who went to the women tellers left with a bad experience. One man was trying to pull out his own money from speedy Cash, but had lost his debit card and they told him a good and solid No, like not even like with an apology or maybe an option that he could work on getting his money back. They were like brick walls. Well long story short if you want a good experience go into speedy Cash in downtown and ask for William.

I recently found myself in some financial straits and needed a payday lender. I'm so glad I came here. I spoke to Brenda on the phone and Maria at the counter and both did stellar jobs of communicating effectively. Speedy Cash also has online payment options which make doing business here a no-brainer. Absolutely recommend. Some people are critical of payday loans but the reality is sometimes it's what us common folk need. This company makes it tolerable. :)

My experience here was exceptional. Not only did I arrive minutes before closing, I was a new client who needed to do paperwork. I struggled to find all the information I needed to complete it. Angelica's patience with me was remarkable. Even though I was keeping both her and Angel working well after closing time, they remained friendly and helpful throughout the procedure. Thanks to them taking the time to get me through the application process with ease, I was able to get the loan I needed even after I gave up hope that it could be possible. Angelica went over and beyond what anyone would expect and never once did she or Angel make me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing them at all. Thank you. I arrived there flustered and out of breath and left feeling appreciation and a new found respect for people on the other side or the glass. I would highly recommend visiting this location, even if only to experience customer service the way you hoped it could be, especially if you, like me, have written off the possibility that good service has become only a fantasy or a lost art.

This is my second time trying to get approved for a payday loan and I did. I was denied the first time and was told to come back. Both times I came Angelica was at the counter with a smile waiting to help. Both times I was there she was very professional and explained everything in detail. He called me and told me to come into the store, so I did that and he just so happened to be the person who I immediately walked up too... and he remembered who I was too from the phone call. Speedy Cash made the process of getting money simple, stress-free, and as their name suggests SPEEDY. Arturo, the gentleman who assisted me, was awesome! He walked me through the process and made sure that I was taken care of. We had a great conversation, even talking about the film “Lion King” that was playing on the TV. We shared personal stories as we waited for the application to go through, which it did, and I walked out with Cash in Hand in less than 30 minutes! The team went above and beyond in their customer service. A few weeks later, I received a “personalized” card from Arturo that I have since saved and placed with other memorable cards I’ve received from family and friends over the years. Thank you, Arturo!
