I went to this office AFTER working 16 hours in a very busy Los Angeles ER. The staff was very friendly - everyone greeted me upon entry. Alex, was the young lady who assisted me. She was professional - yet friendly and HAPPY. Yes, I also watched interactions between her and other customers ..... she is the real deal. In my opinion this young lady represented SPEEDY CASH in a genuine manner. I hope this company recognizes and rewards these types of employees.

Ive used their office in Pico Rivera for ten years with very satisfactory results. When I moved to Whittier I was dismayed to find their office on Telegraph Rd refused me a small $50 loan twice. They wouldn't even call my employer(one mile away in La Mirada) to verify my employment as proof that I could repay the tiny loan. The experience was both surprising and humiliating. Their TV ads say " We're here for you". That wasn't my experience at all. If you're really in need of a short term loan don't waste an hour at Speedy Cash Whittier and end up embarrassed and denied like I did. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to warn others about this place.

Very fast and easy to pull out a loan. Stephanie was really able to help me out. I totally recommend this place if your in the need of money. Or for any other things. Like postal stamps, cash out a check etc.
