I am overly satisfied with the service I received here from Precious the manger... she was such a leader! She displayed such professionalism, accuracy, and kindness... coming to places like this is never easy but she made the experience astounding! Went in for a loan and it being the first one I've ever done I was extremely nervous. The young lady who assisted me, Precious K., was however very patient and informative. I instantly felt at ease and had a sense of comfort. Got approved for my loan hassle free and was out in less than an hour!

Revised: Last week I visited this location for another try. The customer service was much better. I spoke with the manager after the incident and she took care of the problem. This type of busy will always have upset customers....due to the nature of their business. Thank you for your immediate response! Previous post: They need customer service training! I am going to contact the owner with a strong recommendation......maybe they will get the help they need.
