Easy quick application. It’s my first payday loan and I was really worried with all the horror stories I hear about these. This place it the best place to come in and cash your checks!! I walked in and the girls greeted me with professionalism! It was very fast as they say it is and it wasn’t a hassle like other check cashing places🙄 I really want to thank Cynthia for taking her time and assisting me today she’s very great and professional so happy with her today and Mayra for originally helping me my first visit and a reason why I came back. The customer service is amazing. I'm a management trainer for a large retail cooperation and as such I'm always on the lookout for talented managers to bring into our company. Julie and her entire staff continues to exceed my expectation each time I arrive at there location. They not only provide great service they treat everyone as a close friend or family member. This type of service they offer at there location could leave some customers feeling embarrassed having to apply for a loan, however the professional manner in which each one is addressed makes it a pleasure and makes the process personal and makes you feel as though they care. Awesome experience. Had gotten a few offers to come in the mail and via email and finally made some time to do it when an unexpected expense came in. Not the best solution with the expectedly high interest rates, but when you’re in a bind it’s a godsend. Came in, was immediately greeted and made to feel very comfortable! Have applied at other places before, and have always felt like a other number and felt no warmth from the staff. Not here. Every single person that interacted with me was amazing! Katherine ended up helping me go through the process smoothly and have me in and out within minutes with exactly what I needed. If every company I did business with had an employee like Katherine my life would be so much easier. Would absolutely do it over again, and will continue being a loyal customer because of my experience with Katherine!

This place is awsome, the customer service is great. I lost my card and they were able to get me another on with in 15 minutes. The young ladies that work the counter were fast and efficient and worked together to make sure I was taken care of before I left. I like this location for speedy Cash. It makes it very easy on me. I just wish they opened sooner or stayed opened later Ugh.

Fullerton location is the best out of all the locations of Speedy Cash. Everyone that works there is super nice and goes out of their way to make the customer happy. I always get a payday loan which is no more than $255. I always paid on time and I never had an issue. The people there are always very nice. From what it looks like, all the negative reviews come from people with bigger loans. You can never go wrong with a small payday loan

I came in to this not knowing if I would be approved and was kind of skeptical at first, after talking to Diana and running my application all went well I was so surprised and happy that I was approved within minutes she was very courteous and explained the process in a timely manner. She was friendly, and helpful, wow she was helpful, unbelievable the patience she had as she guided me through the loan process. Having worked for a large chain of Grocery Stores (Kroger) for over 10 years I didn't have to be told the importance of Customer Service. It was a no-brainer if I expected for customers to return, I had to give no less than 100% Customer Service each and every time. The young gal that assisted me (Cynthia I believe) was great in explaining the different loan options available and repayment plan. She has great customer service. At no time did I feel pressured of having to get the loan. I went in there just to see how this works and if it was going to be the right chose. Went back the next day and since I already knew from my previous visit the docs. I needed the process was very fast. I would recommend anyone lookin for some money until the next pay day to call or pay them a visit.

Want to say thank you to Julie, Lorena and Noemy for helping me with my stolen card info that was used by some idiot. The wonderful ladies at speedy cash was able to stop the pending transaction and cancelled my stolen info from my old card and got my money back. Great place. Always try to work with u as long as u give a notice ahead of time. Great ladies inside always trying to do what they can. Customer service on point as long as your not an angry client or visually aggressive then everything is A ok here. Never had problems here for the past year...though I wish I didn't have to come in the first place xD

For it being my first time taking out a loans like the kind speedy cash offers the teller was helpful n patient even tho it was also late. She explained everything to me to the best of her ability which i do appreciate. Will definately refer any friends who need loans to the fullerton speedy cash
