Speedy Cash Venice Blvd, Culver City

I went in the morning last week on a Monday for the first time and was helped by Alejandra. There was not that much of a wait time which was nice and you can see everyone is doing their part to keep customers pushing through. I was helped by Alejandra and would give her 10/5 stars if I could, she was extremely efficient, had great customer service and answered all my questions I had and then-some. I have had bad experiences in other cash places and will continue to go to this location preferably with Alejandra even though it’s an extra 20 minute drive. Thank you for your patience and all your help Alejandra! Give this girl a promotion! Hope this helps.

Daya helped me she was very professional she asked if I had a debit card and I had a PayPal card and she had such a good eagle eye she said we can use that government visa card for unemployment. The transaction went smoothly and she was very polite and it went very fast and very friendly. No you can give her a raise a year.

BEWARE: I would like to request that the store at 10404 Venice Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 be investigated. About 9 months ago, we went to this location to get a loan and the same day later he got a notification that our card number was trying to be used at a store down the road from that location. After that, we were using the location on 1801 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90057 with no problems. Yesterday 1/28, we go back to the store on Venice to repay a loan from 6th street and they asked for our card and we're like you don't need it to repay a loan, and then she's like oh, I thought wanted another loan...sorry. Once again, someone is trying to use the number at two different locations in the Hollywood area. I don't want this to happen to anyone else BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I came into Speedy Cash after going to another location that couldn’t do it, to pay off my auto loan and Esmeralda assisted me with the process with ease, the best professionalism, and in a timely manner. She provided me with great and exceptional customer service! She was a tremendous help!

Went to speedy cash to get a small payday loan due to me just moving to california and being drenched to zero funds. Guillermo was very awesome and gave me everything i needed with no problem. He was very nice and he got everything done within 15 mins. Recommend this place if you need a small loan.

I love going into this location the staff great you right away when you walk in. And today my Clerk was amazing like always nice and courteous and professional. Aljaiyra I think was her name pink hair barrettes and very nice artsy eyebrows.

I came here because my bank had new hours and was closed. I needed to cash a check, not deposit it. It’s my first time using this service and it was so easy. I called and had questions before I came in and spoke to Esmeralda and she answered all my questions and was super helpful and friendly. She told me I could ask for her when I arrived. She greeted me and took me to Natalie, who also was very friendly and made it easy for me. I appreciate them both so I have and am happy to find a place that will help me when I need them again.

Chrystal helped me today... she was great! She and the manager on duty totally saved the day! I will absolutely return to this location in the future. The office was clean and organized and provided hand sanitizer at every window. Off-street parking was available directly in front. There was not a line so I didn’t have to wait at all. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They were efficient, thorough and completed my service quickly. Thank you, Chrystal! Happy New Year!

Very bad bad service, the girls at the front are very nice, but the manager lady is so rude I felt like I was racially profiled because she asked questions seemed like logical, but other questions no making any sense, I felt like she just don’t want to give me service. She made me thinking of not going back there, and I would never recommend that place to anyone.

It had been a while since I’ve been to Speedy Cash for a loan. Hadn’t been to this location being that I moved to this area just last year. Both Dayanara and Chrystal were of great help! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. One of them let me know I may qualify for a bigger loan and it would be better than just getting the small loan I had come in for. The other girl helped me with getting my information and giving me the bigger loan I was qualified for. Definitely left a happy customer!

I was in and out within 15 minutes, money in hand, And with a full understanding of my loan agreement. This company helped Me buy myself my very own luxury car today, and approved me even though my credit needs some work.
