I have purchased 8 or 9 cars so far in my life and this was by far my best experience. 👌 Jeremy was honest up front and low pressure. I walked in without an appointment after searching high and low all week and I was instantly taken care of. Front desk guy whose name I forgot called over a free salesman who treated me very well. When looking at several different cars he took the time to get to know my needs and specs I was looking for. He was able to tell me "you might like this one but it has a problem with X, Y, Z." He helped me find a super cheap vehicle that still runs great and I'm extremely thankful to him and this location. Put a new battery in the car and handed me 20 dollars cash 💵 from his own wallet when I asked if they could throw some gas in the deal. Seriously I recommend this place very highly

First I'd like to commend Aaron at the service desk. He did a great job of taking care of my needs. He would probably say that he was just doing his job, but he did much more than that for me. I am not one to ever leave bad reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. I bought a brand new car from this dealership a few months back. The first issue is the dash/digital speedometer did not work when I bought the car and they said they were waiting to get the part in and they would fix it. Well after picking my car up THREE different times they finally got it fixed. The second issue is they forgot to mail my title/paperwork I would need to pay my sales tax and register my car and I wouldn’t have known unless I called to see where it was. So I had to drive out of my way to the dealership to get the paperwork. The third and worst issue of them all is they put new tires on the car when the car came in (tires I did not ask for) and they did not recalibrate the car after they put the tires on. I noticed my car seemed like it was going a lot faster than what my speedometer said so after downloading an app that tells me my speed I was actually going 10mph over what the speedometer said I was going. Once I took my car to them to look at it they tell me they can’t fix it and I would need to buy a machine that would cost me $400 to do it myself or I could take it to a guy in Fort Smith and pay for it to be done. Really??? A BRAND NEW car that was not cheap and they want me to spend $400 to get something fixed that they SHOULD have fixed before selling the car??? If I would have known I would have all these issues I wouldn’t have bought the car. I will not be buying another car from this dealership and will not be recommending them to anyone.

The absolute worst car shopping experience anyone can have. Very deceitful and morally bankrupt sales people who lie to you with a smile. And their manager is exactly like they are. Don't allow them to lie to you about a lower price because it'll be more expensive than anywhere else by the time they're finished with you. I will never recommend this place. To respond to the owner/manager who asked that I reach out to the management team concerning my comment, I've called, emailed, and texted the manager, but no responses at all. The manager had no intention to deliver on his promises. I just hope that no one else will get conned like I was. Very dishonest and deceitful. People.

The Absolute worst experience & service since I’ve owned Fords… i made an. appointment cause of hesitation when push on gas.. i took in a day early so they could test drive and see the issue.. i took on tuesday, on wednesday i called late to see how doing they said not had time to look at .. i called thursday said maybe that afternoon will look at their behind .. each time i was the one who had to initiate the call all the while the service advisor tim or taylor ?? said i’ll keep you informed 😂 a joke o guess not once did i ever get a call i had to do it.. i finally get a call said all ready to go.. we’ll go figure The Car ( I bought New there) is still hesitating when push on gas.. not one question i asked advisor could he answer.. I asked while they had it do a 60,000 mile service check he said did but no evidence they did? they say d they fixed a recall? but vague about it ? so i have a car still hesitates dangerous ⚠️ to drive stalls in intersections etc not fixed .. they never test drove period and just one excuse after another about being behind.. will not let service dept there touch car or recommend them due to poor follow up and follow thru.. made appointment different ford service dept … wouldn’t waste my time or money in the springdale one..

I took my truck to another dealer for rattle at start up (Cam Phasers) and they said they could find nothing wrong. Took the truck to Springdale for and they found bad cam phasers right away, had the truck in the shop, parts ordered, and returned to me in just two days. Awesome service, friendly employees. Pricing was fair on top of it. I will be returning.

These guys are great! From the mechanics to the front desk guys they really work hard to service you. Professional yet very competent and friendly at the same time. The work is always done in a timely manner and done right. I transferred from Fayetteville Lewis Ford because frankly they are terrible in their service department. Springdale Lewis Ford is the exact opposite. They have proven this over and over I absolutely trust them in their care of my truck.

I had a transmission problem in my F150 from a prior improper service from a quick lube in another town. Derek in the service department was great to work with and troubleshoot the problem. Mark the transmission tech was very informative and explained what had happened and the solution to the problem. 5 stars. Excellent experience. Problem solved!

While looking for my next truck, I went to several dealerships and ended up walking away. However, this place negotiated a very good deal with me for the truck I wanted and offered the best trade-in value of any of the other dealers. If you need a fancy showroom or a fridge full of bottled water to choose your next car, keep looking elsewhere. However, if you want a dealership that treats you fairly and doesn't try to tack on a bunch of extras at closing, this is a great place to visit. I went to several dealers looking for my next truck. Jeremy (one of the sales reps) worked with me to negotiate a good price and the best trade-in deal I had been offered yet. They won my business.

Ronnie and staff in the service dept. are the greatest. I had to come from out of town to get my F150 repaired because my hometown dealer couldn't get me scheduled in time. I was going to be traveling and needed the work done asap. Ronnie got me in the next day and had me done a day earlier than expected. Great job! I'll definitely be back and will visit them first when it comes time to buy my next Ford.

Last year I went in for an issue with my F-150. It would die at traffic lights. They said they couldn’t figure it out or get it to recreate. Fast forward to yesterday. Check engine light comes on. Truck is running fine. They diagnose cam phasers. Warranty ran out 8-9 it’s not even a month out. They said it has been a known issue for some time now. I asked if it was the cause of the previous issue. They confirmed it was but could not give me a reason why they didn’t look into it. The bill is $4211.99. I called Ford and I was told there was nothing they could do. I’ve lost all trust in this dealership.

Service was excellent when the technician Mark replaced the engine in my Ford Escape within 4 days and the coordination between Mark, Derrick Fisher the service adviser and myself was outstanding. I’m a happy camper and highly recommend Springdale Ford for vehicle service.

Service was very helpful even though I brought my car in early in the morning they were not able to get it done the same day. I had to try to find a ride home. Than to make matters worse it was still making a noise from something the did wrong on it so I had to bring it back to have it fixed again. So not real happy about that considering how much I had to pay for the repairs. However the service dept has always been very nice and helpful.

Our salesman (Jose) was fairly knowledgeable, but the best part was him letting us ask and drive how much we wanted. Patience as well as I killed my bank with kindness to get the loan for the truck that was at a descent/fair price. It is a smaller branch, so if you want a fancy pantsy electric mustang or Bronco with more features than a Japanese Casino, they will have to make a call for one from their sister branch.

I got my new truck at Springdale Ford today. Billy is very very nice and he helped us went through every step during the whole process, including online order, information confirm, delivery and vehicle preparation, and final paperworks. The truck is a decent one. Brandon is also very nice and helped us finalized the sale contract. It is a clean and clear contract that does not have any “surprising” items. I brought my wife’s 2012 Ford Edge Sport in for a quote to repair the sunroof and/or to see if they could get it closed. I was told at bare minimum they could put a wrap on it to prevent moisture from getting into the vehicle if they were unable to close it. They were unable to close it, nor provided the wrap so essentially no change in status. Provided a quote for $1800 and charged $150 in labor. I would have liked to have known up front there would be a labor charge to receive a quote and take a look at it basically.. They did offer to apply the labor charge to quote should we choose to have it repaired. We have since found a mechanic who can fix it for $200 plus cost ($400) of parts. I’d recommend in the future all charges be discussed with customer before hand to avoid any confusion and to not over promise (no wrap provided). Other than that they were quick to get us in and responsive.

2018 Expedition had been having issue with water temp running high, took it to multiple dealerships and they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix issue. Car just wasn’t reliable enough to travel, we travel almost every weekend for our kids sports. Was referred to Springdale Ford by Lewis Ford in Fayetteville cause they couldn’t get it in for two weeks. Springdale Ford asked if I could drop it off, and maybe they could get in sooner, since there lead time was about a week and half. A couple days later issue was fixed. Aaron Thompson was great, would really recommend Springdale Ford service department, Thanks.

I've had dealings with most of the Ford dealerships in Northwest Arkansas, be it shopping or repairs. I like the people here. I've also never had to take something back to them, because they put the wrong bumper on it, or cut a hole in the drag pan. I feel safe here.

My wife and I broke down while traveling with a major fuel leak. Took my truck to Spingdale Ford first thing in the morning. Told them we were traveling and they got our truck strait in and found the problem and had us back on the road by late afternoon. While we were waiting they had their drive drop us off and pick us from local restaurant. Thanks for having a great and caring service department.

They had my truck for 6 weeks because they kept putting other vehicles in front of me. Did not communicate with me on status even after multiple voice messages. After spending $4700 with them truck still has the same idle issue once warmed up. I will be retirnimg.

Went smoothly got my truck in and out quickly. Cost me more points than usual which is why I stopped going to mcclarty Daniel. But I also got an air filter. Which maybe was the extra Everyone was professional and courteous. My only thing I would suggest. Is if you are going to replace an air filter. You should show the old filter to the patron. So he understands why you replaced it. But all together. Great job. On time with appointment.

We drove 1200 miles to Springdale because of a death in our family. Our car was needing to be serviced the week we had to leave home. Before we got to Springdale we had a message pop up on the instrument panel saying to service immediately. We knew when we got back home we had our family vacation already booked to go to WV on a ski trip so we would not be able to get our car serviced before that. So we called Springdale Ford and explained that to them. They were extremely nice and told us to bring our car on in. They serviced it and rotated the tires for us. That my friend is customer service at it's finest!!!

Springdale Service Department was good to me. 600 miles from home, I had a water pump start to fail on my Expedition under warranty. I started looking at reviews for dealers in my area and most were pretty bad especially for service. Springdale Ford however had pretty decent reviews for service and timelyness. I called them up and they assured me they could take care of my situation in the time frame I had. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and they kept me informed throughout the repair. They did what needed to be done and what I asked for without trying to upsell a bunch of things I didn’t really need. Being a former tech, the service writer was knowledgeable about the repairs I needed and was helpful answering and explaining the things I asked about. And when I pick it up they went over everything I asked for again at the car while I started it up to make sure everything I asked about was addressed and I was good to go. I try my best to avoid going to a dealer for anything except warranty work and even then I go in preparing to have to argue and fight but these guys did right by me and I’m happy to give them accolades for their effort. I hope everyone that goes here is treated as I was.

There are other dealers closer to me, but Springdale Ford was able to accommodate my schedule much better than they were. The repair work seems to have been done competently, and I was prepared for a larger bill than what I was actually charged. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

Took my 2019 F250 with 98500 miles in for a service they serviced the transmission, front and rear differential, repaired the air/heater under the drivers seat all in one short afternoon. Great customer service could not ask for more.

I have bought several trucks at springdale Ford and Billy has been the best salesman of all of them Ok here it is 2021 Time for A New 2022 F250 6.7 It’s been a little bit different this time getting a new truck most of the time Springdale Ford has what I want but this year had to order one . because of the shortage on everything but It didn’t take about five weeks to get it If you’re gonna buy a new truck go to Springdale Ford look up Brandon Moss And Billy can’t forget about Scott Hamilton them three guys there makes it happen they are the nicest people to and they know what they doing I’ll be back in about three more years I hope

Live in Fayetteville. Tried multiple times to book appointment in Fayetteville to no avail. Called Springdale and they picked up on First ring. Gave me good advise on my car and overall a good experience. Took truck to Springdale ford. Was able to save a week vs getting an appointment in Fayetteville. Friendly service knowledgeable.

We are so pleased with our new van! Jose was great to work with and kept checking back in with us whenever he got something on the lot he thought would be a fit for us. He was right! Their service department totally took care of me. Mike went above and beyond what is expected to help me out! I just moved to NW Arkansas and they helped me with a problem that another Ford dealership did/did not do correctly in another state. He even negotiated with the other dealer to get it taken care of! I went to purchase a car today because my previous car decided it wanted to become a large paper weight. Billy was my salesman and let me tell you he is excellent. Not only did he get me into the Focus I truly wanted, but he made it so easy to do. I would highly recommend Springdale Ford to anyone that needs a vehicle. My experience with the service department was abysmal. A week after having them inspect and fix issues on an old truck I had purchased, including brake sensors and such, the brakes went out. I sent the truck back to have the brakes fixed. Several hundreds of dollars later, brakes still weren’t right. I sent the truck to another dealership at the request of legal counsel to hear the other dealership’s tech say that he saw no evidence of brake repair work. Adding insult to injury, the never called when they said they would and based on my singular experience are not able to keep their word. Use this service with eyes open. After several thousands of dollars invested, I would give negative stars if that were an option.
